I need an 'N' channel gasfet to complete a rebuild of a 1.7GHz pre-amp.
This particular device has the letter A on it.
It's a very small device indeed and dates back to 1985(ish) and difficult,
I am told, to get hold of.
Details of a source of this device would be great...unless you have one you
dont need anymore ?
