This has been mentioned on the RIG-L list (onelist) and I also noticed it
yesterday (02/02). However some are reporting it to be working on other
occasions. I have not had chance to monitor this bird for a complete 24hrs
but it was the early afternoon pass I got just the continuous tone and no
picture. Maybe the Russians are turning it on and off to suit there needs?
I am far from an expert as I have only been rx'ing for a few months so any
info gratefully received.
