Hello

For some time the pass prediction for the Meteor-3/5 satellite by the
STSplus satellite-tracking program is not correct here. NOAA satellites
are
passing at the predicted times, so my timesetting etc. is correct I think.
I am using the latest kepplerdata i.e. TLE086.txt.
Is there anyone who can tell me what happened ? Many thanks in
anticipation.
