Thanks for reading this.

I am after details of the low earth orbit satellite (or satellites) that
can regularly be heared downlinking data on 137.70MHz. Is this one of the
new ones that has recently gone up ?

In particuar, I am interested in the format of the downlink. It sounds
like 2400baud FSK, but I could be wrong. Is it a form of HRPT ? I may have
a go at writing some software to decode it. Also, does anyone have any
Kepplers for them.

Many thanks in advance,

Simon,
