Greetings All,
I am receiving very dark pictures from the NOAA's
12 & 14...on the visual side I have to turn the Brightness and Contrast
controls almost full on to see any detail...
The program is Prosat for Windows95, the RX is the
Timestep Proscan 4.1 with a Turnstile Antenna.
Can anyone suggest what I could do to improve things, at this time of
year I thought they should be getting much Brighter especially for the
early morning passes.
