Again,  maybe in Austria but not so elsewhere.

One could always use "non-ham-wifi" channels, and incapsulate our info in
a VPN (axip????) just as good old internet worm holes operate.  I could
see no problem with using a private network infastructure (be it wifi or
wired lan) to carry Amateur Traffic so long as the ham related stuff was
not accessiable in/out of the VPN.
