Me, not being a lawyer (*there is no way anyone was going to remove half
my brain!!), reading the vk ACA rules it appears that you CANNOT share
your ISP connection with LAN users (read WLAN as well) for profit unless
you are a Licenced Carrier, however, through the goodness of your heart
you CAN share your connection freely with LAN users, naturally this
depends on local agreements in the contract with your own ISP.
