Thanks for that David, I had no idea WLAN had made such progress amongst
none-radio amateurs in VK.
One submission which I read earlier, suggested they would be in breach
of a number of various regulations and their ISP's T&C by providing
their mate just down the road with access. It should be kept in mind
that their are lots of people in the UK just quietly getting on with it,
none-RA's. As in VK, they are covering whole cities with WLAN networks
and sharing their spare ADSL capacity to the general populace, and
perhaps less fortunate people around their local.
Rules are there to be bent and broken. If they can happily and so
blatantently get away with, why are we still operating in the dark ages
with 1k2?
