As I add new features or if bugs or other problems come to light with my WINTNC
software, I will make available interim releases of the software prior to the
next full version being released. The update routine will simply replace your
current EXE files with new updated versions.

Problems fixed
- send message to sysop in PMS chat function didn't work for certain classes
of Sysop callsigns
- improved logic in FBB resync requests
- increased number of bulls FBBCOLLECT will grab in a session
Enhancements
- FBB header routine now captures headers with message type A

and help.
