The $L is nothing to do with Winpac but is actually
to do with a setting in FBB.

The $L means that you are a local user of the BBS
where you posted the message.

The L only appears if your sysop has set the L (local)
flag in your user settings.

If you post a bulletin is shows B$L if you post a
P message is shows as PNL.

The L is no longer there when a message is forwarded
onto another BBS, as you are no longer Local.

As I am a local user on my BBS when I post this
Bulletin it will only show B$L on VK6ZRT when it
is forwarded to other BBS'S it will only show B$
as the message was not locally generated.
