-I agree. The problem arises, as I said before when Ray sends a bulletin
-and only then. HIs text goes missing and turns up somewhere else in
-another person's bulletin. Otherwise all works fine.I telknet through Ray.
-The problem with Winpack on the laptop is an entirely different matter

Bob, it looks as if you might have Winpack set up for auto-download of
Ray's bulletins. If so, try changing that setting and manually download
his bulletins instead.
