Hellow to one and all. I am having a problem with WinPack running under
Windows XP. I can not get the Bullitin screen to scroll using the mouse.
The same problem showed up a year or two ago, and some one answered me and
gave me a fix which worked well.
After cleaning up my machine last week, the problem has re appeared, and I
cannot remember what the cure was.Can any one please help.
