Hello Dennis,
If it's only a file format problem - gif and not bmp - grab a copy of
Irfanview (free download) and convert to the correct format.
Maybe the Windows Paint program will convert it for you. I don't use Paint
so don't know. Any image processing package - Photoshop, Photostudio, etc -
should also be able to convert it as well.
