Are you sure that you have the correct part number ?
I've just downloaded ( for free ) the complete works for a Marconi
signal Generator TF1064/B5 from the internet.
It was the 1st item that Google found for me.
I did a search for MARCONI SERVICE MANUAL
and the URL of the 1st item was :-

After a little serching around on the site I downloaded the pdf file.
I hope that is of interest.
