Greetings to readers,
I wish to build a standby power supply and have four
"suitable" diodes mounted on a heatsink, however, they look a tad light to
me and I would like to confirm their specs. before using them. I have
spent some time with Google in my search but although I have seen them in
parts lists I cannot find any specifications for this diode. The diode in
question is a Toshiba 3KC11, any help would be appreciated.
