I'm thinking about purchasing an ICOM IC-706MKII-G.
I'd like to hear your likes/dislikes about this rig.
Will this rig Cross-band repeat on the 440, 2M, 6M, 10M Bands?
What is this rigs receive coverage? Is it continuous 30khz. to 450Mhz.?
Is there a need for an inline filter to suppress intermod on 2M or does
the rig have a "Tight" front end?
Are there mods available that would allow transmit on the 27Mhz. band?
Are there any other mods available that would enhance the rigs use?
