Hello,

i am planning to build a TX for the 136 kHz Band and I want to use my doublet
(2*15m inv-v at 10m, with 12m symmetric ladderline) as an antenna. I have got
some questions:

approximately how much inductivity do i need in the loading coil and what is a
the right way to wind the coil? (diameter etc)

i don't have the possibility for many radials here and I plan to use the
metal-tubes of the central-heating as a ground-system. has anyone made
experiences with this?

are there any fundamental hints one should know before going on air on vlf?

hope to get some feedback either via PR (dj1yfk@db0nos) or e-mail
dj1yfk@darc.de ...

73, Fabian dj1yfk
