Hello LF friends,
You have noticed that there was no signal in the air on 136,5 kHz
from PA2NJN with the kite on saturdaymorning.
The reason is simple: THERE WAS NO WIND
Near the dyke in the Northern part of the Netherlands is always wind,
there are many windmill parks to make electricity. But today there was
fog and in the morning and afternoon there was complete NO WIND.
We did have build up the complete station. We have an active antenna as
receive ant. We did hear several G stations with good signals.
If you use an active antenna, you must have a bandpassfilter
for good reception.
When the next experiment will take place, we do not know yet, but
you will hear it via packect radio.
