Im very interested in VLF comms @ the UK,s latest freq allocation

I am not sure how to work out bandwith restrictions with various data

but can I use pactor / amtor or clover for instance ?????
If not can anyone suggest a data mode wich is not bandwith hungry??
I have just aquired 4 Redifon R800 RX,s all i need now is a TX !! HO, HO,
