Hi vlf-friends ,
Consider the CCW-BPSK mode using on 137Khz, because the antenna and the
transmitting power are little and very interesting ham-working.
You can to build a home brew A/D converter (sigma-delta board) for receiving
on serial-port. The transmitting work by soundcard/40baud , or D/A - 200baud.
