Just to let you know that someone reads your VHF reports Bob.

You're lucky living where you do that such regular VHF and up propagation
is there for you to play with.

This quarter's DUBUS recounts the story of a contact D44TD had on 2m.
The distance was reported as 6880km ! (Insert more ! if you want).
Better the contact was via a repeater in Buenos Aires with LU1SS and LU7FFD
and I would imagine using FM aswell. D44TD says that as signal reports
were not exchanged (language problems) he doesn't claim the contact
as a record. Still 6880km on 2m is going some. It beats my 2m ODX by 5000km!

If you feel like subscribing to the premier VHF/UHF/SHF magazine Bob then
VK3UM is the local rep for VK-land.
