Ich würde mal Datum und Uhrzeit Deines Systems überprüfen...
Die Datei "rules.make" hat ein Datum das von der Systemzeit aus gesehen
in der Zukunft liegt.
Wenn das Problem danach nicht weggeht:
make mrproper
Anschließend sollte
make config
funktionieren.
