Hi & thanks for reading. I am looking for info on this old handheld scanner.
It seems to work after I sorted out the battey connections. But there is
something I don't undertand about the power up remembered channels, 4 of them
are out of range the model. However testing with a signal generator 3 of these
work OK, but U can't step up/down from these only overwrite the memory with
frequencys. 

eg 66-88MHz 118-174MHz & 406-512MHz (Advertized was 405-512)
   Power up frequiencies 30.050 (not working)
                         40.480 OK
                         49.900 OK
                         87.450 OK


So if you have any idea way it sould be doing this I would like to hear from
you. Also if you have any proper instructions eg hw to use the search limit &
hold keys as these seem illogical.
