To all packters
It is very sad to report on the Great Earth Quake waked in
the Noerth-Eastern Japan. This is the most deadly disaster
we ever never experienced in our thousands year history.
It devastated so many cities and towns and numerous hamlets
along the coast line of Pacific Ocean ranging almost 600 km.
At the moment the suffered people are counted as 22,000, dead
or missing. Evacuating in many shelters are totaling 300,000.
Besids the even more tragical problem we should contain is
the nuclear reactors which are in running out of control since
they are hit by the unexpectable large Tsunami wave.
Japan has the Tsunami experiences fatally hit on the same area
as it struck this time.
In 1896 deceased 22,000.
1933 :: 1,522. the same numbers are missing.
1960 :: 142. trans-oceanic wave from Chile.
They constructed anti-Tsunami gigantic wave-breaker in every
in-lets. And the continuous educations or drills were practicd
to evacuate at the speedy decision. But unfortunately the wave
surpassed the anticipations. Many young or middle aged citizens
are sacriffied their life while guiding the aged or female and
infants to the safty zone.
We are in the island nation where we suffered the natural disasters
repeatedly in our long history. But we waked up without abandoning.
Helping and supporting the each have-nots, giving the way for the
troubled ones. These are our way of resurection with the hope to
live in humble happiness.
We should say any thanks to the world people and Hams who support
us in various way and give us a hope to survive.
And pray for the nuclear plant to be cool down without giving a
nuisance globally.
