Hello Warren and anyone in the Geography 101 of Packetland U ...
no credits. No degree.
Now theres a jump from Siberia to the Ukraine, but then some in Kiev
still are for being part of a Russia led union ...hmmm ...but I
guess not the USSR. Something up to date and in keeping with the
latest reality of the world. Of course we say that in Canada, and
the north, and further north where there are no trees, and well that
was an experience.

"OK" .... And to answer your first comment, the bottomline is
education and up to date information for our budding geniuses
that will enherit our mess.
