UIV32/APRS/D-PRS DSTAR experiment.

HAVING been lost in the sticks for some while i decided to look carefully
at the option of DSTAR and quite to my absolute surprise just by changing
a few things i managed to obtain some good reporting. Using the
recommended path i was able to achieve good clear digi and igating. If you
are interested please SP me for details. Using my own original equipment
for UIV32.
