According to a suggestion of Art N9ZZK I have released the version 1.0.0.23 of
APRSWW.EXE to create the text file necessary for the meteorological beacon of
the UI-VIEW.
This version works different to the previous versions because she doesn't need
the execution from the windows tasks programmer.
The program is executed directly from the UI-VIEW.
You can download from www.cx2sa.org.
If you change the version please remember to eliminate the programmed task.
