He means Data Protection Act 1998. But that has to do with packet and
quoting his packet bulls is anybody's guess.
Whilst copyright always remains with the originating author, the long
established principles of fair use quoting means that we can, were
justified by the context, quote as little or as much of his bulls as we
like.
I've asked just why the DPA should apply to his bulls and received no
