It has been said before by others, but during my first regstration days
I have seen the need to tell it once again (maybe regularly?):

At the web page <http://www.apritch.myby.co.uk/uiv32.htm> enter your
Call and your name in the fields for UI-View (above the list of
registrars);
then click the name of the Registrar for your area.
Your e-mail application will open a new message with
Call and Name in like this:
[[ <Callsign> XY1ZAB <Name> John Smith ]]
Don't enter anything more in this message, just send it.
The message can easily be imported into and processed by the
registration system.

Auf der Seite <http://www.apritch.myby.co.uk/uiv32.htm> erst Call und
Name in die resp. Felder für UI-View (oberhalb der Namensliste)
einschreiben;
dann auf den Namens des Registrars Deiner Region klicken.
Dann kommt eine neue ausgehende Mitteilung Deines E-Postprogramms mit
Call und Name in Klammern auf dieser art:
[[ <Callsign> XY1ZAB <Name> Michel Deutscher ]]
Dann einfach losschicken, ohne jegliche zusätzliche Mitteilung.
Eine solche Mitteilung wird dann in einer sehr einfachen Weise in das
Registrierungsprogramm importiert und verarbeitet.
