Hi all,
Following several enquiries about his current state of health, I have
spoken to Roger this morning and he has given me permission to put out the
following bulletin:-
-----------------------------------------------------------
Following his recent admission to hospital where it was discovered he had
stomach cancer which had spread to the oesophagus, Roger has now returned
home where his condition remains unchanged. With assistance from visiting
medical staff, he is now being cared for by his wife and family. As I
reported in the first bulletin his condition is inoperable.
He has asked me to thank all those who sent him cards and messages of
support, also those who have made enquiries about his present condition.
They are all greatly appreciated by Roger, De, and their family.
-----------------------------------------------------------
A request from me. Please do not send him any queries relating to UI-View
or WinPack. His condition is such that he is unable to answer them.
Fortunately there is a fund of knowledge on the lists which covers most
situations. Please send your queries to the appropriate list.
Thank you all!
73,
Ken
