National and international HA-VHF/UHF/SHF contest 2002

The HA-VHF/UHF/SHF Contest is organized by The Hungarian Radioamateur Society,
MRASZ, according to IARU recommendations.
We herewith invite all licensed amateur radio operators to take part in the contest.
Classifications:  a. Single operator single band (SOSB) 
                  b. Single operator multi  band (SOMB) 
                  c. Multi  operator single band (MOSB) 
                  d. Multi  operator multi  band (MOMB) 
                  e. SWL s 
Contest period:   on third full week-end of June, each year,  
                  June 15. 2002.  14.00 UT Saturday to
                  14.00 UT Sunday (June 16.2002)
Control number:   RS or RST + serial number (separated on each band)+
                  WW QTH locator. But: instead of a number referring to
                  the report tone, a letter can as well be used for signing
                  the way of transfer (a = aurora, s= rain scatter,
                  m= multi path.)
Bands:            144 MHz, 432 MHz, 1296 MHz in accordance with
                  recommendations of IARU
Modes:            A1A, J3E, R3E, F3E, G3E 
Points:           one kilometer counts one point on 144 MHz, two points 
                  on 432 MHz and four points on 1296 MHz. 
Final score:      the sum of the points. 
Logs:             Prepare by wavebands with one-one summary in the usual form.
                  In case of transferring the logs electronically, possibly
                  EDI file format should be used, i.e. a program which can
                  generate a REG1TEST file.
Awards:           There will be a separate score-list for foreign and for
                  Hungarian stations.
                  The first three of each categories will be awarded with
                  certificates and the first foreigner individua  station
                  will be the Honorary Member of the HADX Club.
