GENERAL RULES OF LITHUANIAN OPEN VHF/UHF/SHF
CHAMPIONSHIP
DATE: 09 and 10 of October, 1999.
TIME: Contest is divided into four periods:
1. Saturday 21.00 - 23.00 UTC (144 MHz)
2. Saturday 23.00 UTC - Sunday 01.00 UTC (144 MHz)
3. Sunday 01.00 - 03.00 UTC (432 MHz)
4. Sunday 03.00 - 05.00 UTC (1296 MHz)
Note: The same station may be worked once in each
period of the contest either CW or PHONE (SSB, FM).
EXCHANGE: Signal report plus serial number of QSO,
starting from 001 and WW-locator.
SCORING: 1 point/kilometer on 144 MHz, 5 points/kilometer on
432 MHz and 10 points/kilometer on 1296 MHz. Final
score is the sum of all points in all bands during
the contest period.
CLASSES: 1. Single operator all modes.
2. Multi-operator single-transmiter.
3. SWL
AWARDS: Up to three highest scoring stations in each classe
of each participating country will receive the awards.
LOGS: The logs must be postmarked within one month after
contest period and sent to :
LRMD, P.O.Box 1000, Vilnius LT-2001, LITHUANIA
or
LRSF, P.O.Box 210, Kaunas LT-3000, LITHUANIA
