The purpose of these files is to report the UFO eyewitness and photo/video
evidence that occurs on a daily basis around the world and in space. These

Earth Could Be Scattering Life Throughout Our Galaxy
Microbes could ride on specks of dust, powered by the Sun's rays, says
William Napier, an astronomer at the Armagh Observatory in Northern Ireland.
Scientists have pondered whether life might ride between star systems ever
since the nineteenth century. Some think that a collision between a
life-bearing planet and another celestial body could scatter stones and
boulders into space carrying living organisms. These deep-frozen spores
could then make their way to other worlds -- an idea called 'panspermia.'
However, the chances are stacked against such an event. Spores would have
to survive the meteor impact and be thrown into space. The boulder would
then have to leave the solar system and land on another life-supporting
planet. It would have to get there quickly, too. The radiation streaming
through space will cook any organisms in space rocks. Typically, says
Napier, "The boulders will be sterile by the time they are ejected from the
solar system." But microbes might survive if they can escape the Sun's
gravity more quickly. And that might happen, says Napier, if the rocks they
sit on are first ground to dust. And the pressure of sunlight can quickly
blow grains this small out of the solar system. The same force might one
day propel spacecraft through the cosmos. Such a grain could travel about
six light years from Earth in 70,000 years -- far enough to reach other
stars. We could be surrounded by a huge 'biodisk' of frozen organisms
floating on grains of rock, says Napier, all of which can wander in and out
of our solar system quite easily. "The solar system is as leaky as a
sieve," he says.
Earth should spread its seed widest when we pass through a giant molecular
cloud, a mass of dusty material from which stars are born. This has
happened about five times since life appeared on Earth. Each time, Napier
estimates about three billion trillion microbes passed from Earth into the
cloud. The chances of some of these finding their way to an Earth-like
planet are quite high, he says. A similar process could even explain how
the Earth wound up hosting life in the first place, he adds.

Editor's Note: If we assume Napier is correct, life that is estimated to
exist on Earth for 3.8 billion years could have sent life to Mars. The
green vegetation that springs up almost over night on vast stretches of
Mars each spring look like green snow-ice algae that sometimes grows on
snow and in harsh conditions here on Earth. Areas the size of France are
observed to grow in days, while no dust storms can account for their sudden
appearance.
Editor's Note: I suggest JPL examine the European Space Agency photos of
green vegetation in Spirit's landing zone marked by the + sign. A little
water, a few spores and suddenly millions of acres on Mars turn green
suggesting growing vegetation such as algae. Geologists claim there is no
geological explanation for the green growth.
Mars Rovers May Have Found Salty Water
Robert Roy Britt writes, "NASA's Opportunity rover sent back new images
from Mars showing that small spheres previously found on the surface also
exist below, in a trench the rover dug." Hints of salty water were also
found in the trench, but much more analysis is needed to learn the true
composition. Meanwhile Opportunity's twin rover, Spirit, is about to dig a
trench of its own in order to investigate soil that sticks to its wheels,
suggesting the fine-grained material might be moist. JPL officials said the
soil at both locations could contain small amounts of water mixed with salt
in a brine that can exist in liquid form at very low temperatures. The
scientists stressed that only minuscule amounts of water would be needed to
create the brine. Water is the main thing scientists are searching for at
Mars, because all life as we know it requires liquid water. Spirits Gusev
landing site (marked +) was photographed by the European Space Agency
satellite showing large amounts of green coloring that is normally
associated with living organisms and not land forms or minerals.
Mars - Can Rocks Grow or Move?
Mark Fink has sent me Mars Rover images. He says, "There have been many
strange very life like things showing up in Mars pics (especially the
microscopic images)... but this is the first time that there are two of the
same thing close to one another. The navigation and a hazard cam shot of
the same location.. they just come out Tuesday Feb 25th. Mars rover Spirit
has imaged two "critters" sticking out of the sand near the same
location... there seems to be some signs of movement. (Shell like object at
bottom of photos may move.) Please look over these two images.. (see below
image to see a better view of the "critter" in the foreground.

Editor's Note: I looked at the images and found a different anomaly at the
edge of the left tire track.
In the first image the crab like rock has no claws, in the second one he
does. Can anyone explain how the rock appeared to grow?

Opportunity's spheres - At Meridiani Planum near the equator of Mars,
Opportunity has examined its self-dug trench. More data is yet to be
returned that should help scientists understand mysterious BB-sized spheres
they've found strewn on the surface everywhere in the vicinity and embedded
in a rock wall. Now those spheres have been found in the trench. Unlike
those on the surface, the spheres in the wall of the trench are "polished
and shiny," said geochemist Albert Yen of NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
No one knows why. Yen said it's not surprising that the buried spheres are
different from those at the surface, since they experience different
conditions. Some coating could be responsible for the higher reflectivity
of the long-buried spheres below. He said it was not due to just an effect
of lighting. In the broader sense, the spheres could have been formed in a
volcano or a meteor impact, or they might be the result of running water.
Those are the three hypothesis researchers have been working with for
several days now. Each is still a possibility.
Jupiter - Is Sending Radio Signals
NASA says the shortwave radio signals from Jupiter aren't a sign of
extraterrestrial intelligence. The emissions are generated naturally by
plasma instabilities in Jupiter's magnetosphere, a pulsing power beam. Most
space physicists say that ionized gas in the upper atmosphere above
Jupiter's magnetic poles sometimes behaves like a powerful radio laser or
maser. The radiation can be so intense that Jupiter frequently outshines
the Sun as a source of radio energy at ham radio wavelengths. The radio
laser gets its power from Jupiter's volcanic moon Io. Tidal forces from
Jupiter and its other large satellites superheat the interior of the moon
Io and make it the most volcanic body in the Solar System. Volcanic
materials are thrown far above Io's surface. Much of that enters orbit
around Jupiter, forming a huge gaseous donut around the giant planet.

E.T. Craft Are Made With Strange Technology
Robert Collins reports that his Los Alamos National Laboratories contact
writes on January 4, 2004.....Before answering your questions, you are
assuming that ET crafts are made with our technology based on your
questions. Many years ago, we made that same mistake and it took us several
years to correct the mistake and start fresh from the drawing board.
"Their" technology is nothing similar to ours. We do not utilize our
physics or chemistry in a comparison analysis. We started from scratch and
learned their principles of dynamics, physics, etc. The document I gave

Editor's Note: If scientists have trouble figuring out the craft with one
to examine, it is almost impossible for scientists or ufologists to
determine the exact nature of the craft. Apparently even the alien physics
is quite different. It is my theory that another non-human intelligence is
operating on the Earth that has advanced technology and the ability to hide
its presence. One aspect of their technology is craft that operate at
exceptionally high speed, too fast for the human eye to see unless they
choose to slow down. They can also penetrate earth or water at high speeds.
Science may be of little help in obtaining proof or their existence because
the aliens operate with a science far different from our own, that is not
understood or recognized by most of our scientists. The majority of
scientists work in very narrow fields often with grants, and very few can
afford the ridicule of attempting to investigate UFOs.
In recent years, George Ritter has been videotaping a series of blurred
UFOs behind a farm in Fostoria, Ohio. Noted artist and webmaster James Neff
has written that blurs on videotape are not UFOs but most likely insects. I
drove from New Jersey to Ohio to meet with George Ritter to investigate his
images and found him to honest and forthright. I believe he is honest and
forthright in his attempts to obtain video of Unidentified Flying Objects
and regularly captures remarkable images. George Ritter places his camera
on a tripod in his backyard and shoots video for several hours without
touching the camcorder except to set up and remove the tape. I was present
while he videotaped some remarkable images of UFOs. I did not see the UFOs
captured on the video, since they appear to move at very high speeds of
over a thousand miles per hour. This was determined by measuring their
progression from frame to frame and the distance covered above the farm.
The camcorder generally used by George Ritter is his RCA VHS video camera
Model cc 4251. While video taping UFOs the camera also video tapes birds,
bees and other insects as the camera automatically changes focus on the
object in the center of the video screen almost instantly. On wide angle
position the camera focuses from an inch from the lens to infinity. The
camera is capable of taking images at very close range as is apparent by
the image of the bird that is only a few feet away from the lens, while a
bee flies only a few inches from lens. The following image does not appear
to be an insect and we believe the Unidentified Flying Objects that appear
over the farm at a distance of approximately 265 yards or more are genuine
UFOs. George Ritter has always been open to have qualified experts attempt
to repeat his results with high speed film. Efforts have been made to
obtain help from Ohio State and Bowling Green University to evaluate the
images on site.

Photo New Jersey - Abduction Investigation
MULLICA HILL - Evelyn Gaulson and George Filer investigated the abduction
of Ann Francis. Investigator Gaulson writes, "When she was pregnant with
her son in 1999, she woke up one morning and saw a mark just above her
navel. She went to her doctor and showed him the mark. He told her that it
looked like she had an amniocentesis test. (This test is done by insertion
of a hollow needle through the abdominal wall and into the uterus to obtain
amniotic fluid especially for the determination o fetal sex or chromosomal
abnormality. ) The mark didn't go away for weeks. While she was pregnant
with Steven, she got a craving for meat, she would just brown it on both
sides and then eat it, it was mostly raw meat. Before she was pregnant she
was a vegan. (A vegan is a strict vegetarian who consumes no animal food or
dairy products.) During the delivery of her son there was a problem so they
delivered her child by cesarean section.
They had placed a blue blanket in front of her so she couldn't see the
surgery. When her son was delivered the nurse lifted her baby high up and
said, "Look at your baby". Ann couldn't see her baby because it wasn't high
enough the blanket was in the way. All of a sudden the baby grabbed the
blanket and pul= led it down and looked at her. They were amazed that he
did that.
One day Steven said, "Mommy I picked you." Ann said, "What do you mean,
you picked me?" "When I was in Heaven I picked you for my mommy," was his
answer. And on another occasion Steven said, "Mommy remember the blue
blanket, I couldn't see you so I pulled it down." Ann asked him what he was
talking about, "What blue blanket?" Steven said. "When I was born, I pulled
down the blue blanket so I could see you." She was so surprised with the
things he said. She hadn't told him about what happened when he was born.
How could he know about it? When Ann was pregnant with Michele, she told
Steven that he was going to have a baby brother or sister, he said, "No
mommy I'm going to have a sister, not a brother?" She said, "But you might
have a brother." Again he said, "No, I'm going to have a sister, I just

New Jersey - Glowing Blue/White Object
KEARNEY/ELIZABETH -- I've noticed a number of reports about a glowing
blue/white object in the vicinity of Kearney, Elizabeth, and the New Jersey
Turnpike on February 4, 2004. You should be aware there's an advertising
blimp-shaped balloon that appears to be tethered to a tower in the area.
Its hard to pin point its exact location but it is visible for many miles
because it is floating about the height of a 15-story building with no
large structures to obstruct the view.
I first spotted it while traveling south on the NJ Turnpike in the area of
Exit 18 and could still see it when we left at Exit 13. I had my eye on it
the whole time because it really had me going. It hovers, sways and turns
with the breeze giving the appearance of something changing shape. It gives
off a very bright, eerie, blue/white glow.
Georgia - A Moving Light
BLACKSHEAR - On February 18, 2004, at 8:30 until 9 PM, I really didn't
think much of my nephew saying he wanted to use the telescope until I went
out and off to the northwest was a very bright circular object. It slowly
moved to the north and all of a sudden, it took off like a rocket for about
a half a second. It slowed and started moving south. It slowly moved south
for a few seconds then it turned moving back towards the north again. At
times it would appear to be hanging in the night sky swinging like a
pendulum. It would go in all directions, like someone scribbling on a piece
of paper. It also had faint blinking colors such as you would see with the
stars. Occasionally, you could see what looked liked a tail from a comet.
At 9:45 PM, I walked back outside and the object was nowhere in sight.
Another thing I should point out is that my nephew said he has seen it for
the last couple of days.

South Carolina - UFO Looks Like the Sun
Kris Waddell writes, "I would like to share my UFO sighting on the night of
July 20, 1998, when I was standing on my front porch with my grandmother
and noticed a really big and bright object moving slowly through the sky.
"It almost looked like the sun. I was really excited and asked my
grandmother to go get my telescope. "I said hurry Nanny hurry" she couldn't
find it so I turned my head and looked in the living room and turned back
around in a matter of a second. Looking back into the sky. It wasn't there.
I was filled with awe and was shocked, because I couldn't believe that this
happened. I am still wondering if it was a UFO or an airplane. But I know
that airplanes don't fly away in a second. And I do know that airplanes
aren't bright as the sun. I am only 17 years old and my parents taught me
to tell the truth, and this is no lie!!! Please let me know what you think
it was, or why it moved so fast.

UFOs and Aliens in Southwest Florida
Steven Skelley a minister who writes for the Marcos Island Sun Times
writes, "I was surfing the Web one night when I came across a Web site that
offered eyewitness accounts of alien sightings right here in Southwest
Florida." The site, UFOinfo.com, also lists alien sightings from across the
USA. One such listing is from a Collier County resident who was traveling
I75. According to his account, "I noticed an object in the sky. It had
three tiny white lights and came closer at a very slow pace. I was able to
make out the shape very distinctly as a low flying triangle. It was well
below the clouds, and its lights were at each apex. The lights did not
illuminate any portion of the craft. I pulled over to the side of the road
and shut off the engine to listen. It was travel ing west and passed by in
three minutes. The window was down, and the engine off, but there was no
sound. I turned the ignition to aux to have the radio on. I looked back and
the object was gone. I got out of my van, and looked around, but there was
nothing, not even contrails. I noticed the van's digital clock lost two
minutes."
A Web site named UFOs.about.com lists this Southwest Florida alien
encounter. "James W. Flynn was camping in the Everglades when, shortly
after midnight, he saw an object that he thought was an airplane in trouble
descend about a mile away. He drove his swamp buggy towards the light,
which was visible through the trees. About a quarter of a mile from the
light, the vegetation became so dense that he could not proceed except on
foot. As he got close to the object, he saw it was a large cone-shaped
structure hovering close to the ground; it was about 75 feet wide and 25
feet high, and had rows of windows with light shining through them. As he
neared the object, a beam of light struck him in the forehead, knocking him
unconscious and leaving him temporarily blinded. The UFO then vanished,
leaving behind burned trees and vegetation. A medical examination showed
impairment of muscle and tendon reflexes which a doctor did not believe
could be faked."
Science fiction movies have been using the UFO and alien theme for decades.
Do you believe there are aliens among us? I do. Did you know the Bible
talks about beings that are "not of this place, not of this world?" And not
just anyone in the Bible, but Jesus himself talks about what many people
would call "aliens, beings not of this world." If you look up the word
"alien" in a dictionary, you'll find definitions like; "someone different,
a nonnative, someone from another place." Remember that: someone different
and from another place. An alien.
Let's look at what Jesus says in the book of John chapter 17 verses 1,
14-17. Jesus looked toward heaven and prayed: "Father ... I have given them
your word and the world rejects them, for they are not of this world any
more than I am of this world. My prayer is not that you take them out of
the world but that you protect them from the evil one. They are not of this
world, even as I am not of it. Set them apart by the truth. Your word is
truth."
We could translate the prayer in passage like this, "God, I have given
people your word and now other people reject them, other people think
they're different. It's true. They are now as alien to this world as I am.
Protect them. Continue to set them apart by the truth of your word." Being
a Christian is about allowing God to make us different from what we were
and allowing him to make us something alien to the normal way the world
works and people are. The Bible says the way to destruction is wide and
most people choose to go that way, but the way to righteousness is narrow
and few people choose it. The few, the different, the alien.
God's plan is not for us to be the same as most people. Most people are on
the wrong path, the wide way. God's plan is not for us to have the same
mind set as our peer group. They're probably not living their lives
according to God's truth. God's plan is not for us to be tolerant or
accepting of things that are wrong, even when most people do.
God's plan is for us to be made into something different. A new person on
the inside. Someone in a right relationship with the creator of the
universe and everything in it. God's plan is for us to be so filled with
his life that we look and think and work in a way that's alien to the rest
of the world. God's plan is for us to be so filled with his light and love
in this darkened world that we're like Jesus; we just don't fit in anymore.
That is what Jesus was saying: God, they're so filled with your word and
your plan and your light and your truth that, just like me, they're alien.
They're sanctified. They're set apart. They're not of this world. There are
aliens among us, beings who are not of this world. People who have been set
apart, made different on the inside by God himself. This week, let's ask
God to mold us into what we were really meant to be, not just what everyone
else is. Let's choose to become aliens to this world. Thanks to Steven

Florida - Alien Encounter
ORLANDO -- It was about 8:45 PM, and I was cat-fishing at Lake Downy Park
just east of downtown Orlando on February 6, 2004. I had a feeling
something was watching me for about five minutes, I kept looking around me
and saw nothing. It was very dark but the moon made things OK to see. I
heard foot steps in the woods/marsh on the side of lake near the dock I was
fishing from, when I saw and heard a ripple in water near the shore. Then I
saw two stork like legs and a head watching me. It looked right at me and I
was very scared and yelled, "Hey!" It stood up like a man my size or so,
and stared me dead in eyes. I went to run off the dock, but when I did so,
it walked at a slow pace toward the end of dock to trap me. I phoned 911
and they told me to stay put, and the police were coming. What I saw was
not human and was not a native animal, but apparently, it didn't want to
hurt me, because if it wanted to, it could have. Later, I called the FBI
and they said they cant help. Since then I cant sleep, and see that face
and I'm scared to even sleep. I'm 22 years old and never have seen anything
like that in my life. For proof please call the Orange County Sheriff
Department.

Alabama - Pilot Report
My second sighting occurred in 1967, on the final leg of a trip to
St. Louis, Missouri and back to Atlanta, Georgia. It was late afternoon,
the sun had just gone down and the sky was quite bright with good
visibility. In the southwest we noticed a very bright reddish-orange light
that almost appeared like Venus would in a darker sky, but not in a color
that Venus presents. It was just a short time later that we noticed the
light was moving toward us. As it got closer we could see that it would
pass behind our aircraft. There were two lights (objects) and their
brilliance was nearly blinding, traveling in tandem and the rearward object
slightly to the left of the leader. Their speeds were just fantastic! An
estimate of 4000 mph. Their altitudes appeared to be in the 5000 feet range
and it was my belief that they flew right over Redstone! They left no smoke
trails or plasma trails and simply disappeared after passing behind us.
This sighting was the most thrilling I've had so far.

North Carolina - Flying Triangle
SHILOH - A criminal justice professional was coming home from work February
8, 2004, at 6:20 AM, and spotted a craft flying at tree top level. He
reports, "As I crossed a little bridge on 343 the craft flared to the left
and flew south along 343 steadily increasing speed until I lost sight of
the craft. "The underside of the craft was unusual with three conical
shaped depressions that glowed a bluish color that turned to white as it
picked up speed. The top of the flying triangle craft was jet black.

Ohio -The Green Object Was Streaking
MANSFIELD -- The green object was streaking across the sky on February 10,
2004, at 5:15 AM. It was bright green like the light on a stop light that
seemed to be below the clouds, parallel with the horizon. The witness
states, "I thought it was a plane crashing, but no sound was made by the
object that was like a streaking comet but, much closer." Duration was for
three seconds.

Indiana - Green Light Sighting
MAJENICA -- Two witnesses saw a craft traveling northbound over Indiana
Highway 5, flying over the town. The car a little ways in front of me
applied its brakes and may have seen it too. The witness states, "What I
saw was a light green light fall from the sky in the north, slightly to the
east on February 14, 2004, at 12:45 AM. At first I thought it must be a
shooting/falling star, but it left no trail and looked nothing like any
aircraft I have ever seen, and I have a decent knowledge of aeronautics. It
fell from 75 degrees to 55 degrees, and then it disappeared just as it
appeared. It looked almost as if it could be falling (if in fact it were)
toward the Huntington Reservoir or the nearby airport. When we visited the
reservoir seven minutes later there were about fifty geese in the spillway
of the dam that were nervous and more vocal then normal. It was odd to see
geese in the middle of the winter, since I have never seen geese there
before. A pilot and another witness, also, saw something earlier that
night.

Arizona - Five Discs Spotted
SCOTTSDALE - A couple who are investors and own two companies witnessed
five disk shaped ships enter the lower atmosphere at 11 PM, from the
northeast and travel south on February 3, 2004. The witness writes, "Two
ships were seen through my night vision scope, and this is how I know the
shape of the ships. "We could hear two ships as they flew by. They sounded
as though they were pushing against the air. All ships were glowing red,
blue and orange. The faster the ships accelerated the lights would pulsate
more rapidly. All the ships were of equal size and shape. We estimate each
ship was the size of a small airliner. Her background was as an
advertisement executive and my background was director of operations in my

England - Photo of Disc Shaped UFO Taken
PLYMOUTH - An amazing photograph was snapped by an amateur photographer who
was trying out his new hi-tech digital camera. The image can only be
described as an 'unidentified flying object' hovering above St. Budeaux.
Another, equally stunning, image shows the same brightly illuminated object
tilted at a different angle. UFO experts are highly excited by the pictures
and the Royal Navy today asked the Herald to supply them with the photos --
because they want to study them.
Sweden - UFOs reported
KISTA - A strong bright light with yellow, blue and red colors was spotted
on February 11, 2004, at 10 PM. The witness observed, The shape is
different from craft to craft and some are round. They suddenly appear and
just stop for two seconds then they go up higher in the air, and then they
just fly away. The speed is ten times an airplane. First there were five,
then they become 18. Two girls, 17-18 year old students had never seen a
UFO before.

Australia - Disks Land Leaving Patches on the Ground
ALICE SPRINGS - On February 10, 2004, at 10:14 PM, a 16 year old observer
and a few friends went out in the bush to look through a telescope when one
asked, "Hey what are those things floating around?" They watched for a
while and managed to get one in the telescope for a clear view. The
observer says, "They were like saucers but there were four of them that had
a green color, and were they hovering about 15-20 meters from the ground."
I didn't see any sort of alien life forms, although there were trees in the
way so we didn't get a clear view of the ground. But I did hear wired and
bazaar noises coming from the direction of the saucers that we watched for
at least two minutes or even more.
There were about 6-7 that departed, so I think that some were on the ground
just sitting there. In an instant they were out of sight. After they left,
we went and looked and there were two patches on the ground, and some faint
footprints were observed. No one was around so we stayed there for a while,
just looking at the marks, and were totally amazed and abit freaked out. My
friends are older than me, one is 20, and the other 22. We all saw it well
with the naked eye, and I, also, got the telescope on them, they looked
unreal!
