The purpose of these files is to report the UFO eyewitness and photo/video
evidence that occurs on a daily basis around the world and in space. Mars

MARS - DISTANCE TO EARTH CLOSER THAN IN 60,000 YEARS
Just 34.6 million miles will separate the two planets on August 27, that is
five times closer than just six months ago. It looms large in the late
evening sky, so its time for a closer look. While working as an
intelligence officer for the Air Force, I accomplished photo analysis
looking for enemy rocket launching positions. This experience has made me
to wonder about the apparent artificial structures on Mars suggesting
exterrestrial intelligence has been at work in the past. Nature tends to
develop features in relatively smooth and circular lines, while
rectangular, triangle, tube or sharp features imply cultural intelligent
design. Many of the structures on Mars impart evidence for walls, forts,
tubes, mounds, and structures that you might expect to find in ancient
Roman ruins. Some areas on Mars show evidence of mining operations. The
skeleton remains of bases, towns or forts are evident. There is a network
of glassy or semitransparent underground tubes that divide and switch much
like railways or highways on Earth. These tubes change direction and move
under other tubes. At the turn of the century many astronomers claim to
have seen a detailed canal system on Mars, speculating that the spring
growth of its spreading green color was vegetation. These astronomers may
have actually seen the tubes on Mars, which they identified as canals. The
tubes are mostly buried, but when uncovered they have white lines or bands
that appear to wrap completely around the tubes.
I called JPL to discuss the tubes and was told these were simply sand
dunes, which happen to look like tubes. I pointed out that the tubes
traveled in almost every direction from a central switching area much like
railroads. Also, sand dunes were developed by the prevailing winds that
generally blow from the same direction for hundreds of years, so the dunes
develop in a flattened 'C' shape as the wind blows. I suggested since the
tubes run in multiple directions, they must be formed by some other force.
In addition to the strange tubes, the Cydonia region contains dozens of
triangles whose sides end in sharp vertices. The reader can see some these

When various mysterious construction features, symmetries, tubes, equal
spaced triangles, and alignments are found on Earth there is an excellent
chance men have been at work developing the area. When similar features
are found on Mars we can assume that ET has been at work. The multiple
pyramid and fort like structures near the Face, plus the tubes appear to
make an artificial origin more likely than a natural one. Forts on Earth in
military terms were built for defending population centers and are
generally placed at the entrance to harbors and at key transportation
intersections. The Fort in Cydonia appears to have collapsed in the center.
This low point may have been used for building the outer walls of the Fort
or collapsed under attack. Indeed much of Cydonia appears that it may have
been bombarded by meteorites or high explosives. The Fort in the Cydonia
area has a perfectly straight wall and at almost a right angle to this wall
is a clear tube structure. We can speculate the tube structure is part of a
transportation system and the fort was designed to protect this system. The
tubes could be part of an underground rail system not unlike our subways,
or even a water based canal system to carry water. The so-called nearby
Cliff runs straight for miles and runs parallel to a tube system. None of
these features appear natural to me.
Although, we do not find modern structures or highways on Mars, if
artificial structures once existed, erosion would drastically change their
appearance. A civilization under attack would likely choose to go
underground. Soviet and NASA infrared imagery indicates large areas of
heat under the surface. As we grow closer to Mars each day, I encourage
you to use a telescope and look at the white poles, and the green
vegetation and see for yourself the beautiful planet.

MASSACHUSETTS - THREE ORANGE LIGHTS ON FLYING TRIANGLE
SALEM - The witness reported, I was over at friend's house on August 1,
2003, looking for shooting stars at 12:20 PM, and said, "Look at that one,
its bright." I was convinced it was a shooting star, until it made a
random course change. The object looked about the size of an airplane
flying high. However, the lighting was too bright indicating that it was
close. It flew from the center of the sky to the horizon in about five
seconds, and made a hard turn to the right through a set of clouds flying
south towards Marblehead. The object had three lights on the front in a
triangle shape, and the lighting was orange. It definitely traveled through
the clouds, because the clouds were illuminated as it passed through. It
moved way to fast to be a plane.

PENNSYLVANIA - JUMPING FLASHING LIGHTS OVER NEW JERSEY
PHILADELPHIA -- Looking eastward there was a flashing over New Jersey on
July 25, 2003, at 2:30 PM. The witness at first, thought it was a very
high flying airplane, but the brightness was like a camera flashing at a
rate of once every 15 seconds. After two minutes the flashing light moved
to the south in between flashes and then moved north back to its original
position. I don't know what I saw! At first, I thought it was a balloon but
it changed positions between flashes and balloons can't do that! Thanks

FLORIDA - DISCS PHOTOGRAPHED IN DAYLIGHT SKY
PALM HARBOR - A couple was taking their daily morning walk on July 25,
2003, at 7:45 AM, when they saw a bright white object high in the sky. The
witness states, "We continued to watch as this object did indeed fly along
in a controlled, but lumbering flight to the northeast and crossed high
above the normal flight paths of some incoming airliners." A jet airliner
flew ten thousand feet below the UFO but the object did not seem to be
interested in planes. It stopped a short distance from the flight paths and
remained stationary for a minute and began to get smaller and smaller until

KEY WEST -- A professional photographer called to report a sighting of six
peculiar objects in the daytime sky over Key West on July 29, 2003, at 1
PM. The objects appeared to him to be flipping and maneuvering in the sky,
giving off different colors, and turning dark or black, during the fifteen
15 minutes he watched. There were five other adult witnesses. The craft
were disc-shaped and peculiar in appearance. They were illuminated with a
strange color. The witness took several photos of the objects, and stated
that he would forward them. He reported the sighting to the local
newspaper, the Key West Citizen.

TENNESSEE - VIDEOTAPED DISC SHAPED CRAFT IN BROAD DAYLIGHT
BRISTOL - On August 2, 2003, the observer reported, "My son and myself were
standing in our driveway talking at 7:45 PM, and we both saw a disc in the
northern sky. At first, I thought it was a balloon and called my wife to
bring the binoculars. Through the binoculars, the object was flattened;
and perfectly disc shaped. It was wobbling and rolling side to side, and
up and down. As it flew a little closer to us, the disc reflected the
sunlight as it turned. It was positively metallic, smooth, and disc shaped.
We watched it for a while, and I ran in and got the camcorder and digital
camera. I have about five minutes of absolutely fantastic footage on the
tape, but the digital camera failed miserably. The object slowly moved NNW
until it was out of sight. I am ex-military (13 years) and proficient in
aircraft identification and this one was not in the books! All I can say
is I got proof!

INDIANA - SMALL DAYLIGHT SILVER DISC
ZIONSVILLE - The witness was biking to a friend's house around noon on July
27, 2003, and the sky was clear. He states, "I was surprised to see a
bright object in the sky, that was not the sun. It was silver and
metallic. I watched it, while biking down the sidewalk, and I was
constantly looking at it. I went over a bump and when I looked up it was
gone. I stopped and looked for it for a couple minutes, but I didn't see

MICHIGAN - LONG RECTANGULAR SHAPED OBJECT
LANSING -- A sincere and eloquent witness was traveling about 1.5 miles
west of downtown Lansing at 1:20 PM, when he saw something traveling
southbound over the trees on July 31, 2003. He states, "I would estimate
that it was just east of downtown and looked very long and short like a
rectangle, but could have been any shape as I was viewing it from the
side." Lansing has an airport, but this was unlike any plane. The craft
had a rectangular shaped structure, like a triangular framework with steel
beams or something. It looked like it was flying on a downward angle, but
going away from the airport. It traveled very flat and quickly for its
size. The 747's commercial aircraft float along and this UFO was moving 4
or 5 times faster than that. The UFO was flying lower than commercial
aircraft and disappeared behind the treeline.

MINNESOTA - TWO SAUCERS KNOCK OUT ELECTRICITY
NEAR THE IOWA BORDER - On August 5, 2003, at 5:08 AM, we woke up and had no
water. The circuit breaker was OK, so it had to be something going on in
the well house. I left the house at 5:00 AM, driving west on a gravel road
lined with cornfields in heavy rain. The cloud ceiling was about 9,000
feet, with a temperature of 62 degrees. As I rounded a curve I saw two
red lights in between a band of white light. I got a little closer to
these lights and decided to turn on my high beams to see better.
Immediately, the white light in between the two red lights went off, and
the two red lights started to move at a faster speed over the next hill. I
could make out two red lights at about 25 feet altitude moving west
parallel to the road! This placed the lights ten feet above the electric
wires. I saw an occasional beam of white light come from the craft
directed at farmhouses as it passed. The red lights then went over the hill
and I sped up to see and one of the red lights zoom off to the west. The
other red light now 65 feet high stopped dead.
The red light then turned on three banks of white and red lights with six
lights in the top row, eight lights in the middle row and six lights in the
bottom row. The UFO was above a farmhouse and moved 300 feet to the north
and stopped. The object turned a pale shade of lime and I could make out
the distinct shape of a black saucer with some sort of "stem." The saucer
turned on a multitude of lights with lime green beams that lit up the grove
of the farmhouse. You could see the black of night in between the shafts
and it lit up the whole grove. I parked and watched this display 1/8 of a
mile away from it. To the west, I saw the night sky light up from saucer
#2. I watched for a couple of minutes, and a few other cars slowed down,
but did not stop. I then turned south and headed for work with saucer #1
still blazing light lime green while saucer #2 was throbbing with orange
light.
Later, I left work to get parts to fix the well. The passing saucers, who
could have been pinching electricity, probably fried the solid
state-switching unit in my well. When I came back, my wife said, "She had
heard a noise similar to a gunshot and the electricity had gone out." The
local electrical provider came out and found a problem with a transformer
and had to replace a section of underground cable on the road where I saw
the two saucers. E-mail report.
NEBRASKA - THREE OBJECTS WITH RED GLOW
DAKOTA CITY -- A student from the University of Nebraska at Omaha writes,
"I'm home for the summer, and when I got home from work on July 23, 2003,
five minutes after midnight, I saw three red objects in the sky." They had
kind of a red glow and they seemed to be moving in a coordinated pattern,
like they were looking for something. They made no noise, and were flying
pretty low to the ground. They were too far away to discern what the shapes
of the objects were, but they were moving pretty fast. All three were kind
of zigzagging as they flew along.

WESTERN TEXAS - TEN UFOs ON A DISPLAY
CORNUDAS -- On Saturday, July 19, 2003, eyewitness Sherry L. reported, "My
husband and I were camping on a desert property located about 60 miles east
of El Paso, on Highway 62/180. "My husband went to bed around 11 PM, but I
stayed up with the binoculars and I clearly saw two distinct bright white
objects that seemed to move." . Object A was a cylinder-shaped UFO that
flew around a rod-shaped Object B. Object A did not twinkle, but B seemed
to twinkle and pulsate. I also noticed three groups of additional lights
on the north side of the ridge that were blue, gold and yellow. The
colored lights were a little over 200 feet apart and each group was made up
of two distinct objects. The blue lights I labeled C and D; the gold lights
E and F; and yellow lights G and H." Lights C, E and G from each group
were static in their color and almost triangular." "Lights D, F and H
twinkled and pulsated to the point of looking as if sparks were flying from
them like a sparkler with a dark center. "I awoke my husband, who looked
at them and went back to bed." I continued to watch for another 45 minutes
or so.
"Through the binoculars, I could see some sort of movement around the gold
and yellow lights. Both blue lights were starting to get dim and looked
like moving globs of dark shadow." At one point, the gold and yellow
lights moved toward each other, and then they moved back to their original
positions. "The gold lights then dimmed out completely for a few moments
and suddenly reappeared." "At this point, three long, narrow, rod-shaped
lights, each a very dim red color, moved from light E (gold) to light D
(blue). "The first two lights in the sky had moved to the west and were

COLORADO - DAYLIGHT WHITE DISC FLYING OVER SOUTH METRO AREA
DENVER - The eye-witness claims, "Seeing UFOs from my office window happens
frequently and at 12:20 PM, on August 4, 2003, I was phoning a client, when
above a bank of clouds comes a bright white, flattened oval." It was a disk
shaped object flying in a path that would bring it directly overhead. The
object was 1/8th of an inch wide at arm's length flying at altitude of
about 12,500 feet, with a speed of 250 MPH. It was elongated to the left
and right sides with no fuselage. I watched it for a few seconds to try and
determine what it was, and asked my client if I could call her back.
Outside a few seconds later, I never caught sight of it again in the
blue-sky, so I was surprised and disappointed, when I couldn't find it.

CALIFORNIA - DAYLIGHT SILVER OVAL WITH DOME ON TOP
GLENDORA - The witness saw a hovering, tilted, silvery oval with a dome on
top on July 30, 2003, at 12: 50 PM. The witness was heading south on Grand
Avenue shortly before 1 PM, and saw a hovering silvery oval-shaped object
tilted in midair. The observer states, "It was tilted from left to right
and had a series of rings on the object with a dome-like structure on top.
Suddenly, it kind of pitched and shot off to the west and was gone! The
whole episode lasted a couple seconds.

WASHINGTON - FLYING FERRIS WHEEL GLOWING RED, YELLOW AND GREEN
REDMOND - The observer says, "I looked out my bedroom window at 10:45 PM,
on July 31, 2003, and saw a Ferris wheel shaped object hovering near by,
glowing red, yellow and green in between the trees. I waited for it to
clear the trees so that I could get a better look. It made a humming sound
and it sounded like it was very low to the ground. I saw an extra large
glowing object that was round and had greenish, reddish, and yellowish
glowing lights. It looked like a blurry flying Ferris wheel with the lights
glowing and pulsing in the night sky. It was just hovering or moving very
slowly. Then it sped up and quickly took off northeast and I couldn't see
it anymore. I asked my son if he saw it? "He heard it and it sounded really
low to the ground." I was just amazed at the shape and the glowing lights.

CANADA - UFO LIGHTS CONTINUE
STRATFORD, ONTARIO -- Brian Vike reports, "On the evening of August 4,
2003, two friends were sitting in the hot tub around 10:30 PM, and saw a
slow moving light headed east." The eye-witness states, "Then I noticed an
airplane coming in fast approaching the light as if it were giving chase;
it flew a big curve in its flight path to catch up and come up behind the
light." It looked as though he passed to the left side of the light
slowing down just before passing. Then the two disappeared beyond my sight
due to the house. I'm not a huge believer in UFO's, but maybe this was
one? My friend in the hot tub also saw it.
HOPE, BC - On July 24, 2003 - A couple out driving the Coquihalla Highway
near the toll gates saw something strange, and pulled their truck over to
watch a red colored object just below the top of the mountain. They said,
"It moved from side to side at a quick rate of speed and covered a large
area while moving, then shot up at an incredible speed and disappeared."
TELKWA, BC --- On August 2, 2003 - A father and daughter called to tell
Brian Vike that they were watching an object that was falling from the sky
at 1 AM, which was orange in color and looked as if it was on fire. They
claim that at a couple of points in the event the object came to a complete
stop, then continued on it's way. They have taken photos of this while it

CARIBBEAN SEA - FLYING TRIANGLE OVER CRUISE SHIP
COZUMEL -- Witnesses aboard the Carnival cruise ship "Sensation" traveling
from Tampa to Cozemel saw three lights in a triangular shape that hovered
then rapidly moved away on August 1, 2002. The witness states, "On the
second night of the cruise, my friend and I were on the deck at 12:30 AM,
and he said, I just saw a shooting star, without tail." I didn't think too
much of it because it was very clear that night. About five minutes later,
I looked up and saw three white lights to the south that formed a flying
triangle, but it was difficult to tell how far away it was. They stayed
stationary for a few seconds then moved rapidly to the east and flew out of
sight. I never saw anything like this. (( <A

UK/ENGLAND - SPHERE SEEN WHILE SUNBATHING
LONDON - The witness was sunbathing in Crystal Park on August 3, 2003, at
4:45 PM, and was enjoying the hot weather, and watching planes flying
overhead. He states, "I could see clearly see a large shiny silver ball
flying above us." The object seemed to shake every now and then, but
hovered at the same altitude for about ten minutes. A large jumbo jet
started flying towards it, and the ball started moving up apparently to get
out of the way. The plane passed and I watched as the ball continued
upwards. The sky was blue with a few wispy clouds. As the ball passed
through one of the clouds the cloud lit up for a split second, as if there
was a lightening storm within, although it was clearly not a storm cloud.
The ball became faint and was like a small star in the bright blue sky.

PRESCOT -- The sighting took place at 23:40 hours on August 2, 2003, from
Paul Hobbs' back yard five miles east of Liverpool. The object was dark
gray or a black triangle with 4 or 5 dull white lights along the leading
edges, but no lights on the trailing edge. Paul estimates the object was
the size of a 737 airliner flying at 1000 to 1500 feet. Paul saw the craft
in the clear evening sky directly above him and within eight seconds it
flew behind a neighbor's tree. The craft was flying from the northwest to
southeast and was totally silent. Five minutes after the sighting he saw
two the wings and tails of white doves flying in the opposite direction,
which he had never seen before at night. He insists that the UFO was not
birds, because the formation of lights was perfectly fixed with no
deviation in the formation. This case is now under investigation by the

SCOTLAND - CLOUD OF SMOKE WITH CIRCULAR LIGHT/OBJECT?
HOUSE ESTATE EDINBURGH -- On July 30, 2003, a strange object was sighted,
not unlike a cloud of smoke with five dimly lit discs moving within a cloud
at 11 PM. The discs appeared to be about a meter in size and the color of
the mass was a smoky off white green. The entire mass moved with circular
movements and then disappeared!

PORTUGAL - FLUORESCENT GREEN TRIANGLE
ALCOCHETE - The witness states, "As I was going to work passing the Vasco
da Gama Bridge at 11:35 PM, I noted a fluorescent green triangle flying
upside-down (base up) with a red light in its left top corner on July 29,
2003." I was surprised and kept driving. As it flew along suddenly another
red light was lighted in the right corner. I had a clear view of the flying
triangle and the two lights. Suddenly it gained altitude and disappeared.
From the beginning the object was moving very slow for a diagonal
trajectory, and both its lights were red, while aircraft have a green

ITALIAN SIGHTINGS THE FIRST HALF OF THIS YEAR
The Italian Center for UFO Studies reports the month of June featured the
bursting onto the scene of numerous 'circular traces' or crop circles in
fields, and 16 out of 47 were directly correlated with UFO reports. June
had more UFO reports than any previous month this year and the initial half
of 2003, is on a level with the year 2000, when there were 224 reports.
This year trails 2001 and 2002. The 'crop circles' have also influenced
the regional statistics with Tuscany having 10 cases, followed by Piedmont
and Marche with 6 cases each. A disc-shaped object was observed at
close-range over Florence on 7 June; a triangular object was seen the same
day in the province of Verbania; and a pilot who was flying over Benevento
on 24 June observed a sort of 'missile'.
Italian Center for UFO Studies also reports a new book called "An Alien
Base At Aviano?" is sparking the interest and a little incredulity in the
Italian mass media. Ufologist Antonio Chiumiento, claims that an
underground alien base is located in the region of Aviano, not far from a
US Air Force Base. His conclusion was reportedly reached in the wake of a
six-year study of the experiences of a young factory worker supposedly
abducted several times, and taken inside the alien base and even into outer
space. He allegedly took photographs of the aliens, and became a sort of
"spokesperson" for the extraterrestrials. The book reveals the results of

POLAND - RED LIGHTS CHANGE TO YELLOW
L??D -- At about 10:50 PM, on July 27, 2003, my sister saw a strange red
light flying southwest lower than the stars. It was slower than planes and
frequently hovered and then disappeared. It then became visible as a very
weak yellow light, that then changed to a very strong yellow circle of
light. After an hour of watching, I called my friend who saw the same
light from his location.
Suddenly near the light there was a very fast yellow circle of light
similar to a comet that turned over three times. We then saw two smaller
red lights moving very fast around themselves in a figure '8' pattern. We
observed these maneuvering objects for about five hours and these lights
were too bright, and flying too slow to be a plane.

in Polish did not translate to English well, so we assume the city in which

TURKEY - TEENAGERS SEE FOUR UFOs
ANKARA - Sirius reports that on August 6, 2003, Lila a 16-year-old saw
UFO's and was so affected by what she saw, that she slept with her mother.
She was afraid the UFOs would come and get her. The mother relates, "As I
was working at my pc, the door-bell repeatedly rang and my daughter was
yelling for me to rush to the window to see a UFO. She was outside on
Ala=C3=A7am Street with her friends at 10:30 PM, and they had spotted a
round object reflecting yellow, red, blue and green lights. It was first
seen as an approaching bright white light and hovered and changed into
multi-colors and started turning or revolving around itself. It then took

and confirmed the sighting. A few minutes later, the kids shouted, "They
had seen another UFO, that was white and heading east the same as the first
one. After some minutes my door-bell rang again, I rushed to the window
and my daughter Lila said "I saw what looked like a star, but it appeared
from nowhere and headed north towards Ulus moving slowly. All the children
were telling passersby what they had seen and seemed ecstatic by the
sightings.
I went to join the children, and they were shouting they had seen another
UFO, that was constantly flashing its lights as it flew. Its lights went
out all of a sudden and the UFO disappeared. I sat with them for an hour
and no UFO came back. My daughter Lila can tell the difference between
planes, jets etc. she has first seen a UFO in daylight a few years back at
