THEY'RE BACK - DISCS AND CYLINDERS SEEN ALL OVER US
The purpose of these files is to report the UFO eyewitness and photo/video
evidence that occurs on a daily basis around the world and in space. In
New Hampshire - saucer shaped UFO lands behind a house, Massachusetts -
multiple very colorful rectangular objects spotted, New York - disc and

MOTHER SHIPS RETURN - There has been an upswing in the number of large
cylinder craft reported that are often called Mother ships because they are
believed to carry smaller disc or egg shaped craft. Often these Mother
ships are reported to be the size of an aircraft carrier or larger. My
website carries a photo of a Mother ship photographed in the state of
Washington eleven miles east of Bangor Submarine Base by Dr. Annamarie
Johnstone on May 12, 2003.
NEW HAMPSHIRE - SAUCER LANDS BEHIND MY HOUSE
NEW IPSWICH - The eyewitness reports, "This just happened ten minutes ago.
I slept out in my barn, tonight on May 17, 2003. The barn has big bay
windows and I was in my sleeping bag watching the stars at 8:55 PM, when I
saw an octagon/saucer disc shaped craft take off from the trees at the end
of my woods property line. It took off, maybe 300-400 ft above my house and
I watched it hover until I couldn't see it through the bay windows anymore.
I ran outside and watched it descend into the trees behind the church
across the street from my house. It made a humming noise. I ran inside and
got my parents to come out and take a look but we didn't find any trace of
the craft. This is the coolest thing that ever happened to me especially
since I recently did a school report on UFO's. This is NOT a joke. Thanks

MASSACHUSETTS - MULTIPLE VERY COLORFUL RECTANGLE OBJECTS
WOBURN -- We live on top of a hill and were playing basketball at noon,
when we noticed a group of 12 objects up in the sky on May 18, 2003. We
thought they were parachutes and were wondering why they had opened so high
up in the sky. They started out as a closed group but started to move apart
from each other. They moved very slowly, pretty much the same way one moves
with a rectangular parachute. We also noticed one object apart from the
main group much lower than the rest of the objects. The objects came in a
rainbow of colors, such as yellow, green, blue, and red. We noticed that
the top ones started to move UP instead of down. We thought that because of
the wind streams, they would be in trouble and end up all the way to New
York from Boston. However, the objects started to move up and then just
simply *disappeared* from the sky. Three of us were watching at first and I
invited my two daughters to see the objects as well. I am pretty sure that
there were a lot of people in the area that saw it because this happened at

NEW YORK - DISC AND TRIANGULAR BRIGHT WHITE OBJECT
BROOKLYN -- On Thursday, May 8, 2003, at 6:43 p.m. the eyewitness was
walking home from the train station and looked up towards the southeast in
Canarsie when he saw a silver disk/saucer at about 10,000 feet with the
leading edge pointed slightly upwards and moving east. I watched it for
about 3-4 seconds as it moved slowly and then there was a blur and it
disappeared. He states, "The saucer/disk seemed to be wobbling and it had
what seemed to be notches that were evenly spaced around its middle rim as
it wobbled and rotated." I had my 35 mm camera with me but the sighting
was so quick that it was gone before I could get my camera out. It did not
reappear.
NEW YORK CITY - On May 20, 2003, the witness was observing planets with a
Leitz 7x35 BA Trinovid Binocular. He states, "I spotted a very bright,
object moving east at 4:42 AM, that was much bigger than most satellites I
normally view, even with severe light pollution. I lost the satellite for a
moment, and went back to the planets. The satellite was moving slightly
slower, in my estimation, than most satellites I view. I do not, at all,
think it was a commercial aircraft. No standard lighting configuration.
Nothing but solid white light, tinged, with yellow. No contrails. Less than
half and hour earlier, I tracked one moving south to north. Visuals are not
that difficult for part of the track across the sky. Fighter jets have been
on station around NYC that strobe their lights, and turn them on and off.

NEW JERSEY -- DAYLIGHT FLYING CYLINDER
WAYNE - The onlooker reports, "I was walking down the street on May 22,
2003, and there was a loud bang and then a cigar shaped object flew over me
at 2 PM." It then circled back and went eastward. This lasted for
approximately 30 seconds. Then suddenly it flew away. It was grayish in
color and I was about 30 to 40 feet long. Thanks to Peter Davenport

VIRGINIA -- FLYING CYLINDER
PARKSLEY -- The witness was sitting in his living room playing at 9:40 PM,
on May 24, 2003, with the door open when he spotted a shiny cylinder shaped
object flying low. He ran to the door to see the shiny object, but it was
gone. He stated, "I don't know what I saw but it did not make a sound."

FLORIDA - ROCKET SHAPED CYLINDER AND SPHERE
CAPE CORAL -- On May 15, 2003, at 3 PM, the witness heard fighter jets and
walked out to his pool area to see a large bright silver orb. It was a very
shiny sphere and two US military jets flew towards it in a gradual turn.
When I glanced at them for a second and looked back the orb was gone. It
left no jet stream or anything. A few helicopters were in the area
afterwards, but I don't know if they were military or not.
ORANGE PARK - At about 11:16 PM, the witness was outside observing the
lunar eclipse on May 15, 2003, when he and his brother saw a tear shaped
bluish purple light pass in front of the now dark shaded moon. It sat in
one spot right in the bottom left-right side of the dark moon for
approximately twelve minutes. The observer states, "It sat there just
changing colors not getting closer or farther away, I know this because of
the constant size and shape." After the moon started to lighten back up it
took off at a very very high rate of speed straight up and it was gone.
FORT MYERS -- While sitting on the patio of a third floor apartment on May
26, 2003, at 11:30 PM, a rocket shaped object about one story tall took off
from the local baseball field. The observer noted, "The object took off
straight up and flew to six stories high and then veered off at a 30-degree
angle with the pointed end of the rocket up." The object had two lights on
the bottom, one red and the other green. The lights flashed one time
together and then blinked every other color. It flew over the top of the
building making a noise like an airplane, but very subtle. About five
minutes later in the same vicinity of the original sighting, an identical
object with numerous red lights flew past the building at the third-story
level only a hundred feet away. This object made no apparent noise. Thanks

ILLINOIS - HIGH FLYING CYLINDER UFO SIGHTED WITH SPLIT CONTRAIL.
LEBANON -- On May 22, 2003, on the way back from fishing on Highway 64, the
witness saw a cylinder shaped UFO flying fast enough to leave a contrail at
6:45 PM. The eyewitness reports, "The contrail was split in two, but I
could see no wings, tail or engines. The cylinder was quite long and
appeared to be just under the high Stratus clouds. It was silver in color
and appeared to have structure, but I saw no markings. My wife was with me,
but I did not point it out to her as it was straight up and would have
interfered with her driving. We were approaching O'Fallon and Scott Air
Force Base. <A HREF="www.nuforc.org">NUFORC</A>'s Peter Davenport spoke
with this witness, and found him to be sincere and credible.
OKLAHOMA - TWO FLYING DISCS SPOTTED
RETROP - Jim Hickman reports he was contacted by a radiology technician who
spotted two UFOs on June 3, 2003, near Highway 6 at about 10:35 PM just
south town. Retrop is 130 miles west of Oklahoma City. She states, "I
slowed down and rolled down the window to see two disc shaped objects with
extremely bright white and red lights that flashed in sequence around the
fuselage." No stars or other aircraft were seen. The objects were seen for
about three minutes before vanishing. The weather was good and the objects
made no noise. She contacted two police officers in Elk City when she
arrived in town. Jim says, "I have interviewed the witness and she seems
very credible." Altus AFB tower reported no air traffic in the area at that

TEXAS - CYLINDER SHAPED CRAFT HOVERING OVER THE NEIGHBORHOOD
EL PASO -- After delivering newspapers on May 14, 2003, the witness headed
towards a friend's home at 4:30 AM. He states, "As I headed down the
street a large craft appeared that was hovering and had white lights on top
and red lights on the "back"- kind of like the back of a car." It was very
large and I ran to the house and woke up my friends who came out and were
flabbergasted at the sight. We stood in the middle of the road watching it
go slowly back and forth. My friend's wife ran into the house to get a
camera and by the time she came out the craft just disappeared. It was
huge; almost five times the size of a large aircraft
ROUND ROCK -- At 9:45 PM, on May 14, 2003, the two amateur astronomers were
looking at the rings around the moon and noticed a star at a 45 degree
angle from the rings, which was very bright. The star suddenly started
blinking on an off like a white Christmas light bulb. My friend and I
determined it was not an airplane, for it was too high in the sky. We
could see other aircraft flying, and suddenly the bright star took off in a
northerly direction. It did not burn out like a shooting star, and within
a few seconds it had traversed to the north because I was looking at my
watch to determine the time. At first, it was traveling straight, then it
made a crazy 360 degree circle, flew north, and then hovered while
blinking, and then disappeared.
HOUSTON - The witness reports seeing several gray spheres moving together
in a smooth rolling pattern across the Houston sky at 11:10 PM, on May 18,
2003. He says, "Three or four large silver or gray spheres traveled across
the sky directly above me rotating in a pattern." I did not hear any
sound. The object moved about as fast as a large passenger airliner in a
straight line going southeast. This UFO may have been more than one object,
however the way it moved so smoothly in a rolling pattern it seemed to be

CALIFORNIA - TWO CYLINDERS STOP CAR ENGINES AND FLYING TRIANGLE
ANAHIEM - The witness was driving home from his job at noon on May 13,
2003, when his new car suddenly stopped as did the cars following him. The
witness states, "Some of the people behind me got out of their cars and
asked me if I knew what was going on?" I said, "I have no idea, this car is
new so I'm kind of mad." I heard a humming sound so I look around and I
saw two cylinder shapes just sitting there above us. They then landed,
then took off into the air and vanished. When the cylinders were gone, my
car and the one's behind me started up.
GOLETA - The witness drives to school three times a week on Highway 101
south bound to Oxnard and often notices a bright light that hovers about
half mile out in the ocean off the coast of Goleta. On May 15, 2003, at
11:30 PM, with other witnesses they noticed a very bright light that was
very close. Then in five seconds it flew about ten miles heading towards
Vandenburg Air Force Base. The eyewitness states, "I have seen this many
times and at about 9 PM to midnight. There are no blinking lights, just one
bright light and that appears to hover, then flies in a smooth straight
line, then speeds off in a blink of an eye.
THE CROSS - The witness who describes himself as having considerable
technical training was witnessing the lunar eclipse on May 15, with several
friends at a place called "The Cross" which is a high hill in my city. As
we were looking in the sky and doing some small talk, a person behind me
said, "Hey, what's that?" I looked up directly overhead and saw a very
dark, probably dark gray or black triangular craft, flying at about 300
feet overhead with a dull non-blinking white light on each tip of the
triangle. The craft was noiseless and flying pretty slow, maybe at about 30
to 60 miles per hour. It was big, probably around 60 to 100 feet wide. It
passed over our heads in a straight line towards the eclipsed moon and
looked as if it veered to the right before disappearing into the haze.
Total sighting time was about 5 seconds. It was very eerie and strange. I
have a hard time believing that we have the technology for something to fly
like this. The other two witnesses saw exactly the same thing as myself,
but my friend convinced himself it was a flock of birds after hearing what

WASHINGTON - CYLINDER SHAPED UFO PHOTOGRAPHED
BANGOR SUBMARINE BASE -- Dr. Annamarie Johnstone was attempting to
photograph chemtrails at 7:30 PM, on west Kingston Road in North Kitsap
County, eleven miles east of the base on May 12, 2003. She reports, "The
sky cleared at 4 PM, followed by chemtrails at 6 PM including X-shaped
trails. Photographing the unfurling X and its falling aerosol curtain, I
captured a cigar-shaped cylinder, nose angled downward and moving to the
west. I did not see the craft visually. Thanks to Annamarie Johnstone

CANADA - ROTATING UFO LIGHTS HOVER, AND FLYING TRIANGLE
KITCHENER - On May 13, 2003, the witnesses were at Bargeman's Conservation
Area at 2:15 AM and I looked up and saw a shooting star. He states, "When
my wife turned to look up, two more spit into a perfect triangle and
rotated in a clockwise motion very slow and deliberate." It's like they met
up at an exact point with pinpoint accuracy, and locked together in a
triangle shape rotated clock wise for a count of ...1001, 1002, 1003, 1004,
1005, to a dead stop, then took off in separate directions.
GEORGETOWN - The observer was sitting in the window watching a movie on May
13, 2003, when a distraction of light caught her attention at 8:15 PM. She
says, "As I looked up I saw a beautiful display of rotating lights that
slowly hovered moving no more than 5 km/hr about 100 feet from my roof
top." I was paralyzed knowing what I was witnessing and never in my life
believing I would ever see or believe such a thing. I rushed out side to
gaze at the UFO almost terrified in fear. I got a moment of enjoyment and
a real good look at the craft. It was not as big as I thought it would be
and very quiet. The outer ends were rotating with a wondrous arrangement
of lights and it quickly sped off into in a moment of awe into the night in
an instant. I will never forget that experience!!!! We are not alone!
MONTREAL, DOLLARD DES ORMEAUX, QC - The witness reports, "Something passed
over the West end of Montreal on May 15, 2003, at 11:45 PM. Four of us
were sitting outside watching the lunar eclipse when the UFO came from the
left side of the Moon. It had three glowing white "lights," on the
"underside," in a rectangular pattern, that moved as if part of the same
object. It could have been one object or three moving together. It crossed
the sky from south to north in about 20 seconds without making any noise.
There were no flashing or blinking lights or marker lights that we could
see. Only the 3 large spots underneath. As far as I'm concerned, this was
not a fossil fuel powered vehicle. Thanks to Brian Vike

GUAYAQUII - I was looking at the sky from my window on May 14, 2003, on a
cloudy night at 8 PM, and I saw part of the "the moon. This was strange
because at that time the moon is not in the western sky. I decided to
watch a movie, and at 12:15, I went to the window, and to my surprise the
moon was above me. I came to the conclusion, what I first saw at 8 PM was
not the moon, but something big that shines like the moon. Thanks to Peter

ENGLAND - BRIGHT LIGHT IN SHAPE OF AN EGG CAUSES CLOCK TO SPIN
PORTSMOUTH - The witnesses were driving down a winding country road on May
15, 2003, and all of a sudden noticed a bright egg shaped object in the sky
at 9:37 PM. They report, "It was darting from side to side, so we pulled
over to look at it, as we knew from the speed and rapid direction changes
that this wasn't any normal plane or helicopter." Within a few minutes the
object came closer and a bright light surrounded our car, the light was
blinding so we covered our eyes with our hands. I was squinting a look
through my fingers, when I noticed that the hands on clock on the dashboard
was spinning around really fast. This seemed to happen for only a short
while, then the egg suddenly disappeared, and we were left feeling a bit
dazed and confused about the whole experience. This was definitely
something not of this world. The clock on the dashboard has stopped working
since then.
MANSFIELD, NOTTINGHAMSHIRE -- Two hours later, another witness was out in
his backyard on May 15, 2003, and spotted three spheres in the sky at 11:30
PM. The three spheres were tightly bunched and moved as one at a rapid pace
in the sky covering only what seemed a small area for about 15 minutes. At
times the shapes seemed to change. I managed to obtain about 10 photos of
the objects at different stages, from stationary to moving.

BELGIUM - SLOW FLYING CROSS UFO
WAREGEM, WEST-FLANDERS -- On Saturday, May 10 , 2003, around 8 o'clock nine
residents were witness to a strange event. The father of the large family
was busy cooking when he saw a passenger plane flying lower than normal at
about 6000 meters. In the blue sky, I suddenly noticed a black spot that
had a vertical hanging stripe shape. The object didn't seem to move and was
sharply outlined against a small gray cloud. I quickly called my girlfriend
and son, and went upstairs grabbing my Tasco 7x50 binoculars. I soon
spotted the object, and till my full excitement it didn't appear to be an
ULM (Ultra Light Motorized) or balloon but an erected, upright cross.
I wanted witnesses so I shouted to the neighbors who were outside with some
guests. Using the binoculars, they saw it very well. One of them is our
mayor. The height of the object was about 2000 meters. The object was
moving slowly northeast at 5 km in one half hour. There was also a (hot
air) balloon moving south that indicates the object was moving against the
wind. Drawings were made by witnesses that agree. Cross-shaped sightings
seem to be a rarity; I did some research for sightings where a similar
object was spotted, and found only 5 reliable cases. Thanks to the Toine

SWEDEN - TWO WHITE LIGHTS WITH BLINKING RED LIGHT BETWEEN
V=C4STERVIK -- On May 17, 2003, at 1:30 AM, the observer saw blinking
lights around 01:30 AM. He writes, "There were two of them, one higher up
than the other, heading due north." I watched them with a pair of field
glasses until I could no longer see them. Then around 3 AM, I saw one more
light heading across the sky on the same path as the previous ones.

AUSTRALIA - BIG DISK SHAPED OBJECT FLASHING COLORS
MELBOURNE -- The witness saw three UFOs on May 25, 2003, at 8:00 PM, while
sitting outside. The eyewitness states, "It looked like three disk shaped
things bobbing up and down in the air flashing blue to white to red back to
blue etc. If they landed in my backyard, they would have been about 30
feet long and 30 feet wide.
CRIMEA UFO HOTSPOT WITH CYLINDER AND DISCS
In May, the Crimean peninsula confirmed its status as the UFO Hotspot in
Europe with UFOs being observed almost daily! Late in the evening on
Tuesday, May 13, 2003, a cigar-shaped object was hovering north of the city
of Simferopol' (republican capital of our autonomy). The object was noticed
at 10 PM, by its bright front yellowish light that outlined the cylindrical
shape of the craft. The impression was that the object demonstrated itself
to the witness (Mrs. Lenura A. Azizova) by activating this light. Very soon
after that, the light was switched off, and the craft dissolved in
darkness. The craft was 50 to 60 meters long. Mrs. Azizova claims to see
UFOs often because of her 360-degrees panorama of the sky.
FOROS -- On Friday, May 15, 2003, two "daylight disks" were seen hovering
over a mountainous ridge at the extreme southwest point of the Crimean
peninsula between 2:00 and 2:20 PM. The disks were metallic, 10 to 12
meters in diameter and ~6 meters high, with high central domes and smaller,
smooth protruding parts underneath. They approached from the Black Sea and
were seen for twenty minutes.
UFOs are very frequent seen over the Bai'darskaya Valley that can be named
"Ukrainian UFO Valley," and often local residents do not even pay
attention, because they observe UFOs so often, even more frequently than
airplanes!
SIMFEROPOL' -- The same day, at 9:20 PM, a big disk was seen hovering north
of the city. It was clearly visible by a light on its side, that was
silver-white and brighter than Venus). The disk was flat and about 30
meters in diameter with a small central dome on top. After several seconds,
the light was switched off. Apparently, aliens are interested in observing
Simferopol' International airport the second biggest in Ukraine), as well
as nearby Gvardey'skoye military air base that has Russian Su-24 bombers.
On Saturday, May 17, 2003, at 11:25 PM, a remarkable fish-shaped object was
observed flying over Simferopol.' It had an oblong, smooth streamlined
hull, visible by 3 lights beneath the bottom of the craft. The front was a
green light, the middle a red light and bright amber light in back. It was
50 to 55 meters in length and ~8-10 meters high. The hull reflected by
lights, was dull-gray or dull-brown. After being visible for ~10 seconds,
the lights on the craft died and it vanished. This thing was absolutely
soundless, big, and definitely not an airplane. The positioning of the
lights is quite different from normal aircraft and pilots do not switch off
their lights.
On Monday, May 19, 2003, at 9:50 PM, a bright shining UFO was observed over
Simferopol' by local residents, flying from southeast to northwest. This
was like a white star, very bright, as Sirius. It was moving in 2-3 times
faster than any satellite. Mr. Viktor Zdorov, while walking his dog could
see a dim yellow star of a satellite, passing nearby the UFO at the very
same part of the sky. The satellite was dim and moving much slower.
On Wednesday, May 21, 2003, at 9:20 Anton became a witness to a bright
white-yellowish star over South Simferopol' that was hovering and started
slowly moving directly to the east. The star was changing brightness and
pulsating. This was definitely not a satellite or ISS. This object was
moving directly to east, following the direction of Earth rotation. The
object was observed on May 13, 15, 17, 19, 21! So that means with a period
of every 2 days! Note, also, that many cases are not reported, so, the real
number of cases is likely much bigger and almost daily!
UFOs OVER AZERBAIJAN AND GEORGIA
BAKU -- A UFO flap was reported in the nearby area of Black Sea and
Caucasus as well. On May 19, 2003, a UFO was observed over Simferopol'
while a UFO was videotaped over the city of Baku, capital of Azerbaijan, at
5 PM Moscow time. This was shaped like an inverted teardrop (with narrow
part down), shining with a pearl-white color. Numerous witnesses observed
and videotaped the object that flew towards the Caspian Sea. There may be
an underwater UFO base in the Derbent Hollow of the Caspian Sea. A video
was shown of the UFO at 9 PM two nights later, by the leading Russian 1st

NEW RADAR UFO CASES
Jan Aldrich of Project 1947, writes, "I haven't let many people know about
these so the following would be an exclusive for your Filer's Files.
Martin Shough whose work with others on the Lakenheath case recently
published on the web compiled a catalogue of UFO radar cases entitled the
RADCAT. During the past months we have worked to edit and expanded the
RADCAT so it now includes well over 250 such cases from World War II to the
present. A number of these case are not well known even to seasoned
Ufologists.
In November 1954, the Second Air Force sent a brief preliminary message to
Project Blue Book to informed them an RB-36 aircraft from the 60th
Strategic Reconnaissance Squadron, at Ramey Air Force Base, Puerto Rico,
flying over the Gulf of Mexico had made radar contact with an unknown
object and that a "series of APQ-24 scope photographs will be included in
full report." Project Blue Book notes that the photos were not received
and labeled the case "insufficient data for evaluation." There is no
indication that Project Blue Book ever followed up on this case or ask the
Strategic Air Command, Second Air Force, Ramey Air Force Base, the 60th

Another radar case from Dallas, Texas submitted by 745th Aircraft Warning
and Control (AWCRON) Squadron involved a series of visual reports and a
radar tracking of UFOs. The 745th AWCRON submitted 200 undeveloped radar
scope photographs to Project Blue Book, but the film was opened at Wright
Patterson Air Force Base and exposed prior to being developed. A request
for another copy of the film was apparently not answered.
The second project, an article for a UFO journal will highlight some
missing official documents from Top Secret material to crucial physical
evidence such as the radarscope photographs mentioned above. I would
welcome more information on radar cases and missing official UFO documents.
