Hi Peter & the UFO gang,
I don't repeat what was said before in previous bulls. So if you do not follow
my replies, Please read the other UFO discussion group bulls. then you will be
able to understand the flow.
The age of the Sphinx, and the Geologists finding of erosion by water is only
part of the story in putting the time frame back to 12.000 years ago. What a
group of astronomers did was to look out of the several holes/open tunnels,
that are in the Great Pyramid and the position/layout of the three Pyramids.
Then they ran "back -wards" a computer simulation of the skies Star Map. When
it eventually got back to 12.000 years ago, they found that the Holes/tunnels
lined up precisely with their Star map and identified specific stars and
constellations. Sorry I cannot remember which ones they were.
Yes I do know that Napoleon used the Sphinx as target practice, but this has
nothing to do with the grooves that run over the body of the sphinx that were
made by "Rain Water". Another interesting thing is that it had remained buried
in sand for many years and was only excavated and revealed in all its glory in
recent times.
There were NO mummies ever discovered in the "Great pyramid" or even a
Sarcoffergus. No Hieroglyphics were also found. It was said to have been built
by KUFU but the only thing found inside was the name painted on a stone in the
upper series of small chambers. The paint has been analyzed and is of modern
origin. They did find a small 6 inch statue of KUKU buried between the paws of
the sphinx and on this slim evidence he was proclaimed to be the builder. If
it was, why is there no evidence of it being a burial place and after all that
work why was it just left. I do not thing it was built by the locals.
The Grand gallery in the great pyramid is over 30 feet tall and the roof is
made of granite slabs. I do not think this was any form of Workers "collapse"
procedure. As you say no bodies have been found.
Was it a building made by the Aliens or even an old earth race that has
disappeared with no trace. It would have been made to house machinery to ???.
we don't know.
This brings me to Atlantis, another ancient race and advanced city. The past
is certainly interesting. Plato wrote about it and many have tried to find the
remains but none have succeeded. Was it just a mythical story.
Peter, when I said, Indians have some interesting past history and they have
left many written tablets which are stored in some hidden place. I was
referring to the country of India not North America.
Eric Von Daniken is the author of many books that describe many ancient
monuments, paintings etc around the world and he does say, they were made by
aliens or by earth people as memories of their visits but leaves you to make
up your own mind. His first book was Chariot of the gods published in 1966.
Many religious heads ridiculed his books.
