This may interest you to know. The British MOD have released all files
kept on the subject of UFOs under the FOI Act. BUT specific incidents
time/date et al is still covered by a *D* notice.
Many years ago an inventor took an idea to Maggie T. She immediately
slapped a *D* notice on it. The invention was known as a scram jet with
the ability to take off and land London to Singapore in 45 minutes.

A race with intelligence to make such a UFO does not mean any harm to us
earthlings! If TPTB were to allow inventions and experiments to take place
perhaps we may also be able to educate ourselves.
