Hello Sten, and Pete and all interested in the UFO Discussion
Group.
I too received mail from a serviceman who will also, out of
respect that is the far as I will go...but they related
during a military exercise, all vehicles in the command
went dead. No power.
He seemed open to wanting to know what happened...no reason.
While I read your writter Sten, it made no sense, as to what
they are hostile to you or what you wrote. Perhaps you
could let us all know to what part of your passed thoughts
on the subject he or she is hostile to?

Oh...ok I see looking down, he/she is hostile only for being
hostile. Why bother to report the mail. Just a footnote
when it comes to replys. Just against and no reason.

Visitations and Contact? Theres a good few points.
Your mystery person Sten fits the mold of the general
public satuated with movie flicks going back, where
anytime a UFO flys over or lands and anyone comes
out...Blast'em first...say hello and ask questions
afterwards.

I guess Sten, what we need is a safe neutral place for
what is First Contact. Maybe not, but "officially"
perhaps the First Public Contact.

Sten. You are getting us reading with interest. I hope
I hear from my contact again, so I can edit out the details
Identifing them, as I think there might be one of these
orders against them on this subject.
So Sten...and everyone ....do we allow the military to
represent us with these visitors? In the past, they
have flown after them, and admitted firing on them
which is so different from the probes going into space
where it seems they "invite" them to visit.....and then
shoot at'em....dumb.

Sten. Packet is a small part of examples of humanity.
So many sit there reading, and don't participate unless
they can join the throng on someone for this and that,
as I have seen with some of my postings. Some can not
read, and some just plainly overlook when referred to
sections of a text, as per example.
Yes..packet is good in that way...checkout your local
BBS for who posts. Look at the numbers, and then
figure out the silent dead-deaf public that would just
follow and be told, or be part of the pact given the
right situation.

Think of this public if there is a Public First time.
There would be a re-creation of the war of the worlds
all over again. Anything unknown and alien to us is
met with violence. Our explorers and who they met both
showed this trait, so nothing new as to reaction by
this "civilized race" on this ball of mud in space if
it were visited.
