I don't see an N6 prefix. I sent you a reply. It wasn't to tell you 'yes' or
'no' on your bulletins. It was meant to illustrate that a lot of Personal
messages don't make it to their destinations. This is probably due to some
systems along the way that haven't kept their forwarding files up to date
as BBS systems have shut down and forwarding paths have changed. It's too
bad, really, and it points out a glaring reason why the BBS network wouldn't
necessarily be the most reliable for passing emergency traffic unless it
was all sent as a Bulletin @ WW.
