30 Minutes West Of McBride, British Columbia Unidentified Creature ?
Date: December 2007
My wife's uncle was on his way home from Fort MacMurray to meet up with the
rest of his family for Christmas and saw a strange animal approx. 30
min west of McBride. After he described it to me, I said "ok, what's the
punchline" but he assured me that what he saw was real (he studied it for
25min or so) and had only mentioned it to me as he is very curious as to what
he saw and knows that I spend a great deal of time in the outdoors.
Here's the story. He said it was pretty snowy, so he was driving slow, and
noticed an animal on the shoulder of the road. Thinking it was a moose, he
came to a stop and couldn't believe what he saw. At approximately 20 feet in
front of his truck was a big black bear sized animal (roughly 400 lbs or so)
with a shape similar to that of a huge wolf. It was black with white or silver
tips along his back and had hair that he guessed would be at least a foot
long. He had about a 3 to 4 foot long tail that was roughly a foot in diameter
and was very fluffy. He had a dark brown, oval, blunt face with rounded ears
similar to a bear but had strange teeth clearly visible outside of its' gums.
It had a very pronounced shoulder hump and a swayed back, long legs and stood
roughly 4 to 5 feet at the shoulder and was approx. 8 feet long (overall
length). He said the feet (and tracks as he later investigated) were sort of a
mix between a bear and a wolf and had very large claws - larger than any
grizzly he had ever seen and were widely spaced.
He said that it moved so slowly across the road to the opposite ditch that the
whole process took around 25 minutes. He said it was really "sloth" like.
Unfortunately he didn't have a camera so he has no evidence of what he saw.
I jokingly asked what he had been smoking prior to his road trip (even though
he is not that type) but he assured me that he was fully coherent and was not
making the story up. He has lived all over Canada, is an avid hunter, has seen
200+ pound wolves in the Yukon, numerous grizzlies, black bears, cougars etc.
but couldn't even come close to identifying what species this creature was.

Mission Viejo, California Object May Have Crashed To The Ground
Date: December 24, 2007
Time: 9:30 - 9:45 p.m.
Location of Sighting: Mission Viejo.

Shape of objects: Round - saucer.
Bright light at least 5,000 ft + high. Went back and fourth on a circular
motion moving from length to rounds and glimmering.
Lasted for 3 minutes? Had time to get video. The video shows circling and at
the end dropping out of the sky - crashing towards Saddleback Mountain or Camp
Pendleton area. What ever it was did crash and it was large enough that there
would have been damage.

Effingham, Surrey, U.K. 3 Spheres Or Discs Moving In A Triangle Formation

We were sitting in the living room and I noticed the lights coming over the
adjoining houses. They were much too bright and large for stars and were
moving in a triangle formation. Initially I thought they must be helicopters
or light aircraft flying in formation. I went outside for a better look and
noticed that there was no sound. My clear impression was that they were not
aircraft. I called the family out to see them and we watched them for about 3
minutes as they fly slowly from the north, northwest to the south, southeast.
My daughter took a short video on her new digital camera (Christmas present!)
but the image is poor and unclear.

Guildford, Surrey U.K. Flame Colored UFOs

We were sitting outside having a cigarette and we saw the first light coming
across the sky. Lower than the clouds. It was bright orange, like flame
colored. It moved in a straight line till it went out of sight. There was no
sound. Approximately three minutes later, the second one appeared then at
intervals of about the same time, (3 mins) the next three appeared. They all
moved in exactly the same direction and speed. They were going in a north
easterly direction we think. There was a slight breeze and they seemed to be
going in the same direction as the lower clouds.

Boundary, British Columbia A Large Oval Shaped UFO Disappears Into The
Mountain !

Time: Between 4:30-5:00 a.m.
I had a similar sighting of those occurring in BC last month, with my
sighting taking place in the Boundary. I had awoken and went out for a smoke.
I did not feel groggy in anyway, and maybe that's why I had decided to smoke
outside instead of the warmer smoking area we've got out there. Anyhow, as I
stood taking in the beautiful night, my gaze caught these colored lights up in
the eastern sky, not far up from the mountain range. There was red and green
(it took me a sec to determine if it was green or blue). I noticed there were
several, but to specify a number at this point would be purely speculation. I
did notice with certainty that they were not moving, as I tried to determine
whether they could be satellites or planes or what. I really didn't put much
more thought toward them, as what I'd seen next had totally captured my full
attention.
Midway down the mountain side was a large oval shaped glow. It sat
horizontally, and appeared very close to the mountain itself. The mountain is
facing south, so it's pretty sparse in the way of trees etc. It was quite
light out, I guess due to the moon recently being full. I could see the
mountain ridge clearly, and would say that the colored lights did not appear
to be directly overhead of it, it'd have been just a little more to the west
of them--at least from my perspective. This thing did not glow white; I
thought of how I would describe it if asked, I would have to have said it was
amber or golden, a definite yellowish glow for sure. The thing was not
moving, it appeared totally stationary. If it was moving, it would've been
moving REALLY slowly.
As I looked at this thing, many thoughts rushed through my mind. Other things
people in this area have commented on seeing (different from how I would
describe this), and some of the UFO sightings reported (the long, almost
rod-like light-emitting vessel). I had even quickly thought of the cow
mutilation deals, and had realized that I didn't think there would be any (or
many) pastures in that area--maybe mountain sheep and hoped that if there were
that they would be alright! Immediately I thought of grabbing my binoculars,
to see if I could spot whatever it was that I was seeing, but for some reason
I felt like I would miss something if I left to go get them. I even wondered
how long it'd been there before I spotted it. I figured I'd just stay & have
another smoke before going in, and see if I could somehow settle myself down!
I was still wondering what this thing could be.
My rational mind quickly had no answers. It was not a fire (there's a party
spot in a different area-more to the west). Although I never thought it was a
light used by the airport, I quickly checked out the surrounding mountains for
the lights on them--none of them were on. Could it be a car, with something
glaring off of it's windshield? Don't think so, it was light, but nothing
bright enough to cause that! Maybe a car, parked, seeing the light from it's
headlights? Nope, not even close. Then further east and lower I spotted what
could've been a car, maybe a truck, traveling. Was it on the highway, maybe a
back road? I secretly hoped someone else had seen this thing and was on their
way to check it out. This thing was big.
I returned to watching this thing and questioned whether it had moved or was
moving. Amazingly enough, or astoundingly, words can't accurately describe
it, but I saw this thing disappear into the mountain. I really didn't know
what the hell to make of it. It's not like I saw the mountain open up or
reveal a tunnel or anything for it to travel into--it simply disappeared into
it. It didn't rise to the sky, it didn't travel off left or right. It didn't
vanish all at once. It was as if the "front" part of it entered the mountain
with the rest of it following, the light disappearing as it went in. It was
only a few seconds max, but slow enough to know it didn't just "turn off" or
vanish entirely all at once. It was both incredible and freaky at the same
time!

Geneva, New York A Brightly Lit Orange Glowing Cylinder Shaped Object

This morning, at 7:28am, I had just gone outside to have a smoke. The skies
were mostly gray, but it had some breaks in the cloud cover to see that the
sun was about to start its daily rise, but was still just below the horizon.
As I gazed around the skies looking at the clouds and the orange glow of the
sun about to come up, I'd noticed that there was an brightly-lit orange
glowing object. It was cylinder-shaped and it even glowed when it went under
the patches of the dark-gray clouds. It was traveling in an eastward position,
made no noise and left no trail behind it. I was able to see this thing for
several minutes until it became a tiny speck in the eastern sky. I figure it
was about 10,000 feet up and about 2 miles east of my home and it must've been
very large and it was about the length of my index finger held at arm's length
when I first noticed it.
I would also like to discuss the story published recently on your site. It was
labeled, "Outside Barnstaple, U.K." on 25 Dec. 2007. Needless to say I was
shocked that someone else on this site has been able to relate to some of my
own personal experiences with UFO's and abductions. When the author of that
report wrote about experiences of seeing things in her room at night, it would
seem that she was experiencing the sighting of a "probe", something that scans
an area and gathers data, usually spherical in shape, quite similarly to the
spheres that I typically see before I'm taken. However, I would like to note
here that my perceptions of "seeing" things in my room, my home or anywhere
else are due to "intrusive memories". They are quite similar to flashbacks
that one would experience if he/she carried a diagnosis of PTSD. However, I
am still aware of my environment and surroundings when these "visions" occur.
My experiences are not a full-fledged PTSD experience. There are times that I
do see things coming down out of my ceiling and looking like strange medical
instruments. There are other times when I can see a metal table in the middle
of a room, any room and there are yet other times when I can see beings just
standing in front of me.....and all the while, I'm awake and moving about and
still aware of my surroundings.
To read another report where my experiences have helped spark another's
interest in opening up and sharing his/her experiences with others makes me
feel less alone and feel as though I've been able to help others. Hopefully,
there will come a day when the world's biggest and most powerful governments
will stop covering up what they know about this phenomena and freely release
all the information that they've gathered for the past 60 years or so.

Eye Suffolk U.K. Orange Ball Of Light

At about 22.35 on the 31st of December 2007 my husband was in our garden in
Eye Suffolk when he called me outside. In the sky was a very bright orange
light moving slowly across the sky heading towards the East coast. It was like
nothing we had ever seen before moving too slow to be an aircraft and the
light was so bright it lit up the sky. We stood and watched it slowly flicker
then it faded this took about 4 minutes. After it had gone I was confused and
scared by what I had seen. I have not been able to get it out of my mind even
more so now after reading the report from Armthorpe Doncaster describing the
same orange lights seen a few hours later.

Gatineau Aylmer, Quebec Orange Lights (Video)

Shape of objects: Unknown - Bright orange lights.
About 1:30 a.m., we saw six orange lights in the dark sky moving about and
they were roughly above the city of Ottawa. The sky was relatively clear as I
could see some stars. The orange lights moved around and slowly disappeared
one by one. At the end a group of three lights appear to move south to north.
They also disappeared and only one remained. I suppose they were fire balloons
but rather spooky at the time. Was it a UFO or fire balloons?

Gee Cross Village, Hyde Cheshire U.K. 9 Bright Orange Objects

Shape of objects: Orbicular.
We were walking home after visiting my Nan on New Years eve when I saw a
round, bright orange, pulsating light. I pointed this out to my partner and
asked what it was, as it was flying very smoothly and at a low level in the
air, without any sound. He said he didn't know. We carried on walking slowly
home, watching the path of the object. Then we both noticed two more following
the exact same path, almost in formation they flew overhead past our church
steeple, which is how we could say it was flying too low and too fast for a
plane or any other explainable item. Also they were too close together to be
planes or helicopters and made no noise what so ever. We stopped and watched,
transfixed by the fact we couldn't explain to our four year old son what they
were. Then we saw two more flying over our house and two following after that
and two more. As we looked back over our shoulders you could see them all
following each other in a northeasterly direction. We were shocked, but told
our son they were stars as we didn't know what else to say as it was quite
frightening as altogether they were 9 now in the sky. All flying in formation,
soundless, smooth bright orange. Without any defined shape apart from the
spherical glow that formed them. ll following each other across a near
cloudless sky. What were they? I personally have never believed in UFOs, but
have found similar sightings in England on this website and find that even
more alarming.

I was walking home and there was alot of fireworks going off. Then I looked
and there was a really bright orange light. I thought it must be a plane
because I live near an airport, but as it got closer it was a ball shape, like
a ball of fire. The thing must have been a UFO. It was moving very slow,
stopping and starting with no sound at all, then it stopped. It kept moving
from side to side a little and it turned and went slowly. So I went in the
house and looked out the window and there was another one the same and it was
about half a mile behind it.

I was walking to my hunting location this morning prior to daylight on the
edge of a wheat field, when I noticed a bright white light in the sky. The
winds were calm, and the area was virtually silent. The light was traveling as
a low flying airplane would, maybe a couple thousand feet. The object
appeared to be ascending until it reached a few thousand feet. At that point,
the object starting traveling from the south towards the north. The object
traveled directly over my head. I looked at the object through my 12 x
Swarovski hunting scope for approximately 90 seconds as it flew overhead and
eventually out of sight to the north. The light was so bright that I couldn't
really discern any details other than the object appeared to be either round
or elliptical in shape. As I stated, the wind was calm and later began to blow
out of the Northwest as a front was approaching. The object could not have
been drifting as it was heading north in calm conditions with a slight
headwind. Secondly, there was absolutely no noise associated with the object.
Did anyone else report this?

Aylmer Quebec Orange Lights With One Object Appearing To Have Legs

Time: Early morning.
In Aylmer Quebec we saw the orange lights on New years 2008 . One of the
lights had 3 prong like legs coming out of the light . it was quite clear to
me and my son that they were some kind of space ship. This is something I have
never seen before. There has been other sightings of these same orange lights
that last a few minutes then disappear. I wouldn't had believed it until I saw
it with my own eyes.

My neighbor phoned at around 12.30am to say there were lights in the sky, my
daughter, son and his fiancée went out and met my neighbor and her son to
watch the lights. They appeared round and orange/red and glowing in color.
They went over one at a time, then came in groups of 3 and then 2. They were
traveling slowly and then stopped as if waiting for each other. Then slowly
disappeared. They were silent. We took photos and enhanced them on the TV.
They changed shape and appeared to be 2 or 3 smaller balls in the one large
ball. Some shaped as curved and one looked like a telephone. It was a
fascinating sight and I'm sure others must have seen them. At one time I also
saw clusters of small blue lights come directly over us and pause. It was a
marvelous sight which will always stay with me.

Billericay, Essex U.K 4 Orange Star Shaped Objects

Shape of objects: Orange star shape.
One object sighted east of Billericay and firstly believed to be a star, but
orange in color and joined a minute later by a second similar object out of
nowhere then a third then a fourth. They were spaced out in a line, but not to
far apart and all at high altitude but moving very slowly. Sighting lasted
about 4 or 5 minutes. One by one disappeared as though moving upwardly into
and above cloud. Two then reappeared and again disappeared instantly.
Definitely not aircraft of any description, to high for helicopters or
balloons. Instant arrival and departure, freaky and constant orange color.
There was no noise whatsoever.
