This week's files cover: Amazing Objects Hovering Near our Moon,
Ancient Lunar "City" in Doyle Crater?
Scientific Remote Viewing Secrets, and Mars Mining.
Unidentified Aerial Phenomena were spotted over: California, Illinois,
Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Tennessee, and Washington. UFOs were
also seen in Argentina, Brazil, Canada, China, Ireland, Mexico, and the
United Kingdom.
These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists,
but my hypothesis is that the over one hundred UFOs reported each week
represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance of
Earth. I personally became interested in UFOs when I chased one over
England when flying for the US Air Force. I've been investigating them ever
since. The US Air Force under Project Blue Book investigated UFOs for more
than twenty years, we continue this research. Our goal is to uncover the
secrets of UFOs. We are continuing the investigation and make the
assumption we are not alone in the universe. Based on the large number of
sightings, we can assume God's universe is greater than ever imagined,
perhaps he has an Air force. "Our mission is the scientific study of UFOs
for the benefit of humanity"
Planet Found That May Support Life
Geneva - Michel Mayor a University of Geneva astronomer, is one of eleven
European scientists on the team that discovered a planet outside our solar
system that is potentially habitable, with Earth-like temperatures, that
are between 104 degrees to 0 degrees. This planet located 120 trillion
miles away could have water and life similar to Earth. The astronomers
said, "This is a big step in the search for life in the universe." The
planet orbits a 'Red Dwarf sun' that is much smaller and dimmer than our
own sun. Aliens are often reported with very large eyes that may be needed
on a planet with a comparatively dim sun. The planet is relatively nearby
and a highly technological civilization would probably have no trouble
reaching Earth.
Amazing Objects Hovering Near our Moon
Jeff Challender of Project Prove writes, "My contact, Mr. Angel Hernandez
of Caguas, Puerto Rico has giving his written permission to publish his
photos of amazing objects near the Moon on two different nights, May 21,
and 30, 2005." On cursory examination of his pictures of the Moon, my first
thought was that he had captured a Lunar occultation of a planet or star
shown by the red arrows. This proved not to be the case.
Since these photos were of such interest, I spent some time doing a bit of
research.
First, I went to Heavens-Above, typed in Caguas Puerto Rico, and then
opened sky charts for each date and time specified. These proved that there
were indeed no planets anywhere close to the Moon's position on either of
the nights in question.
Then I downloaded and installed a specialized program called Occult 3.6
This program will yield dates and times for Lunar occultation's of stars,
planets, and asteroids. For both occasions when Angel was taking pictures
of the Moon, there had been no occultation's. Lets keep in mind that Mr.
Hernandez was photographing the Moon with JUST his camera. He had no long
lenses attached, nor was he using it in conjunction with a telescope. Even
with the featured optical and digital zoom capabilities of this camera, the
chances of his capturing a planet or occultation with this equipment are
very small indeed. Another thing to keep in mind. I have been an amateur
astronomer for 42 years, and have NEVER known any heavenly body to display
the shade of bright green light seen in the pictures.
We must also consider the possibility that the object was an airplane, or
satellite, which was MUCH closer to Mr. Hernandez than the Moon. This is,
at least in the case of the second night's pictures, shown to be out of the
question. In one of the photos, the object "dips" behind the limb of the
Moon just a little.
Four more pictures were taken on May 30, 2005, showing another object that
was moving to different spots near the bottom limb of the Moon between

Ancient Lunar "City" in Doyle Crater?
Richard Smith writes, "In the course of my research into the truth about
the moon, I sought an unequivocal photographic piece of evidence that would
show the moon as it really is. Clearly there was a pattern to the NASA
truth embargo." Still photography from Lunar Orbiter and Apollo missions
was extensively altered, sometimes grossly and sometimes meticulously, and
revealing 16 mm movie film was rarely seen. Eventually that piece of
evidence came my way from the Apollo 10 mission.
Moon Possible Base
Richard Smith reports, "Comparatively old 1968 microfilm from Doyle's
central region in a print of 18H1 ordered from NASA/Goddard in recent years
shows possible structures on the Moon." Over 15 years ago the wife of a
Hollywood movie producer gave to a friend of mine a short roll of 8 mm
movie footage from the Apollo 10 mission. As I ran this footage through my
projector, I carefully watched for suspicious surface features in the lunar
orbital sequences. Eventually there was a scene of the command module on
the right side of the frame, shot from the lunar module. Below there was a
very large crater that moved from the bottom of the frame to the top over a
period of about 10 seconds. In the exact center of this crater there was a
group of spherical appearing white objects in a tight cluster! These
objects looked artificial.

Mare Smythii was the general area, and the crater's unique floor pattern
led me to identify it as the recently named Doyle crater at 2 degrees north
and 84.5 degrees east with a diameter of 32 km. The central complex appears
to span about 1/10 the diameter of Doyle crater, which translates to about
two miles across.

California Aerial Display
Central Valley -- R. David Anderson reports, "There was a heavy
concentration of chem trails in the sky on Friday, April 13, 2007, around
11:45 AM, just before noon over my location in Northern California. I noted
the sky was peppered with a checkerboard pattern of chem-trails and went
into the house and got my camera and started taking pictures. My daughter
was outside with me at the time, and she reported that there was a
brilliant flashing in the west where I was shooting. I suspected that the
jets were closing in on an UFO. When I examined the photos that I had
taken, a dark object was in one of them, right in the middle of all of the
action! This object is not in the photos that I took immediately before and
after that shot. It looks like a cylinder shaped object or possibly a
triangle. It is tilted at an angle, as though it is moving upwards.
Note: There have been several days here where we've had this type of
abnormally high density of military jet activity. I suspect that there is
something going on in the skies that the general public is not supposed to

Florida UFO Pictures
Sarasota - The witness stated that she and her husband were driving on
February 28, 2007, at 8:30 PM, when all of a sudden they saw a 'lit up
object' that appeared to be round and had four lights or windows on the
side. The object 'turned off' and disappeared and then lit up again. After
3 or 4 seconds the object disappeared and wasn't seen again. The witness's
husband said, "Did you see that?" The witness replied, "I sure did!" The
witness found an image from another sighting that occurred in West Palm
Beach, Florida on December 10, 2002. She stated that this drawing
illustrated what she saw.
Investigator's Notes: This was a sighting of short duration, but had quite
an impact on both witnesses. The object could have been quite close to the
witnesses considering the brightness and apparent clarity of features.
Given the description I don't know what the witnesses saw. Perhaps with
more witnesses and data an explanation could be given. Thanks to Bill

Pensacola -- I was outside taking pictures of clouds and saw a passing low
flying aircraft this morning on April 23, 2007, in my front yard in West
Pensacola. I didn't notice the 'object' when I was taking the pictures. I
came inside to upload the pictures onto my PC and noticed a dark object in
front of the cloud formation. I enlarged and zoomed in on the object on my
monitor thinking I was seeing a bird. To my great surprise the object that
came into view was disk like and resembled what is classically referred to
as a UFO. I had my husband take a look at the photo and he was just as
startled as I was. My husband is a good judge of 'normal' aircraft and is a
retired Marine Corps pilot and his opinion is that this was NOT a
jet/airplane or helicopter of any sort. I will attach the original shot

Illinois Three Rectangles with a Triangle on Each One
Hoffman Estates -- While eating lunch on April 16, 2007, at 1 PM, I noticed
a strange looking object in the eastern sky about the size of your
thumbnail at arm's length. The object was many times longer than it was
wide. It was very skinny, almost looking like a cross/rectangle object,
however each end of the rectangle had a triangle shape A=B3. The top one
had a green colored hue at one point. It first I thought it was balloons
reflecting sunlight as it was very clear and sunny. But after watching it's
erratic movement, and then seeing it disappear from sight, when I looked
away and looked back after watching for about two minutes, I knew that it
could not be balloon. There were no clouds to hide the object. The movement
was downward, then up and then side to side. I pointed it out to a pizza
driver walking by, and he said "What is that!?!" and acted somewhat
frightened. I know that the I-90 Interstate Corridor toward O'Hare has

Michigan Red Maneuvering Lights

New Jersey UFO Video
NEWARK -- Variety of Activity at the Jackson Street Bridge have been
monitoring the web cam still shots from the www.hazecam.com web site. This
morning at 8:45 AM on April 21, 2007, I captured and have been capturing a
lot of activity of these UFO's from my computer. Might be a good site to

New York Sightings
Gardiner/New Paltz - I live in the country, Upstate NY, in a grist mill
town, across the road from my home, is an enormous potato field, with a
forest on the other side. It was a beautiful spring evening, and so, I
decided to sit outside on my porch, and noticed a light that didn't look at
all like a star. I was on the telephone with a friend describing to him an
object that moved very swiftly from one point to the next stopped, and
then, would go back 2 to 3 miles west of me. We we're on the phone for 40
minutes, and it remained there the entire time - going back and forth, and
pulsating.
I moved up here from Manhattan three months ago and saw one for the first
time on February 11, 2007, at 12:21 AM, when I heard this strange humming
sound, and saw one in the very same spot swooping from side to side at 3 to
30 second intervals. I grabbed my binoculars, and ran back, raised the
glasses to my eyes, and got a glimpse of it just before it flew off. Most
importantly the light was not harsh like that of a helicopter flood light,
but very soft like a soft pink light bulb making the snow look like pink
sand. It just passed over. My friend got my message and rang me back about

FOSTORIA -- George W. Ritter video taped this UFO on April 22, 2007, at
5:20 PM with a VHS video camera over a farm next door to his home. He did
not see the object that was moving at high speed probably over a thousand

Tennessee Saw the Cylinder
cades cove -- On April 22, 2007, I was on Hyatt Lane looking towards the
mountains and took this picture with digital camera and did not notice
anything at the time. I got home and looked at the picture on the computer

Washington Photos
On April 19, 2007, I was setting up to take a series photos of the moon and
Venus setting over the horizon from my deck. I was planning on
experimenting with photo overlays as I just purchased the new Adobe CS3 and
am new to Photoshop and was going to use this series of photos to learn how
to use it. I took about 20 shots with Canon EOS 5D digital SLR. I have not
used the RAW format in my camera so this was going to be a learning
experience for me. The camera was set on tripod with shutter release
attached. Camera settings were ISO 1600, aperture 4.0, and shutter speed 2
seconds. I took one picture every 3 minutes to document the moon and Venus
setting over the tree line.
On the last photo, as I opened the shutter, something flew into the frame
from the right moving to the left. I immediately thought this was an
airplane and it was going to ruin the shot. I decided I would wait until
the object moved across the frame and immediately take another one.
Unexpectedly, the object just disappeared. There was no evidence of it
anywhere, the object only made it as far as what is seen in the photo and
then nothing, I scanned the sky and no planes were visible anywhere in the
vicinity. By all rights this should be an airplane. The only thing that
made this strange was its sudden disappearance shortly after the shutter
closed. In reviewing the photo, I noticed the flight path doesn't match up
to the normal path of the Seattle to Portland flights.
The photos attached are unaltered. The CR2 format is in RAW directly from
my Canon camera, while the .jpg is converted directly from Photoshop. The
time stamp on the photo is one hour early from that listed in the event
time as I had not changed the time setting on my camera from daylight
savings yet. (event occurred at 9:05 Pacific). Thanks to MUFON CMS and Mark

Pullman -- I was just outside of my apartment on April 20, 2007, having a
smoke break from studying for finals. I heard a plane nearby, and I saw it
was a large military cargo jet conducting multiple training operations at
low elevation. I also noticed in the NNW a small black object moving south
really fast in a straight line. It was about a half mile away over a hill
maybe 200-300 feet elevation, and I would estimate it to be traveling
around 100 mph. At first I thought it was a local hawk, but when I didn't
see its wings flap, and I realized it was moving too fast for a bird. I
watched it turn around, and head north then it came towards my location.
The closest it got to me was probably 500 feet, then it turned to the SSW
gaining elevation, and disappeared into a cloud. I'd say the object was
about 20 feet in circumference, black, perfect sphere, moved very fluidly,
silent, and had no reflection from the sun. It wasn't a jet, nor a bird.

Argentina Photographed a UFO in a Series of Images
Buenos Aires - On April 4, 2007 at 5 PM, I photographed a UFO in a series
of images for over ten seconds. We were taking pictures with my girlfriend
together on a lovely clear afternoon when my girlfriend saw it. The object
flew in a circular flying pattern and I am confident the object in the
images is an aircraft, not a spaceship. I believe it was an experimental
aircraft since it had numbers or symbols written on one of the sides and
had a very strange camouflage pattern on the top side of it.
My girlfriend got anxious since she believed it was the falling piece of a
plane. However, we soon realize it was not and we were very curious about
it. I believe it was "human made." After making an 'S' maneuver, it flew
out of my field of view.
SANTA ROSA -The Journal of Hispanic Ufology INEXPLICATA reports this photo
was taken during the first days of April 2007, in Santa Rosa, as part of an
effort to record the strange shapes detected in low-altitude clouds. At the
time the photo was taken, the witness did not detect the presence of any
objects, and was startled to see an unknown object after the developing
process. The photo was taken at noon using ASA 100 film and a Vivitar N3000

Brazil UFO Photo
Sao Francisco River -- The witness said in his brief report that he did not
see the object until he looked at the photo in his camera. The photo was
taken with a Polaroid PDC 3070 (3.2 megapixel) digital camera on March 16,
2007 along Sao Francisco River in State of Alagoas, Brazil at Latitude:
9.67 Degrees South and Longitude: 35.74 Degrees West. The sky was covered
by tropical Cumulus Clouds
Investigator's Notes: I am not sure what the object in the photo could be.
I thought that the object could possibly be a paper bag suspended in the
air by brisk winds. However, given that the witness said that the winds
were light, that is not a viable explanation. The object does not appear to
be a kite. I don't think that the object is an artifact of the camera.

Canada Sightings Heat Up with Photos
Calgary, Alberta - On April 8, 2007, at 9:38 PM, I took a picture of a very
bright star to the west of me which was floating several hundred meters
high. I went home and downloaded the picture onto my computer and it turned
out to be a boomerang shaped craft with discernable structural elements.
There was no contrail or sound. It flew north slowly for 23 minutes before
it went behind some homes. Picture can be viewed at:

Whitby, Ontario -- On April 2, 2007, after swimming in Oshawa the witness
was exiting the parking lot at 10:15 PM, when he saw a bright white light
in the shape of a triangle. He flagged down a friend and both men got out
of their cars, and watched in disbelief, agreeing it definitely was
triangular shaped and very bright like the intensity of the moon. Both
agreed it was flying over Whitby's downtown area five miles directly west.
Calgary, ABERTA -- I went out tonight with my camera and a Sony video
camera at 8:30 PM, on April 11, 2007, and an object appeared in the same
area of sky, and this time the object was not a boomerang shaped object,
but an object that appears to be changing shape.

Toronto, Ontario -- On April 18, 2007, around 10 PM, they were here for an
hour. I saw the Mother-ship (a big disk) with binoculars that was stationed
in the air and looked a little on the round side and very thin. It was
spinning very fast and had a bunch of lights around it, mainly green,
yellow, blue and red. The disk was a gray color and it moved in ways I've
never seen another thing move in the air. My brother saw it first and I
thought it was a star, but when I looked through the binoculars I knew it
wasn't a star because it was too bright and it was spinning, but standing
still. My dad went outside for fifteen minutes to see tiny little lights
come out of the Mother-ship that flashed in odd ways and zoomed from side
to side. They came right out, hung around for a minute and then they zoomed
away, then came back and hovered about 13 minutes, then two seemed to go
into the round Mother-ship and disappeared.
The others hovered around it, then more appeared out of nowhere from all
directions. Then a huge disk appeared with yellow lights and hovered around
the Mother-ship like it was guarding it. It zoomed "right under it" and
then went straight up and then over it, and then zoomed to the right. Then
normal planes showed up and it appeared they were investigating, or it
seemed that way. Then the normal planes stayed around and more tiny ones
appeared, there were about 9 in the sky (UFOs) and about 2 or 3 normal
planes. The tiny ones flew in different directions and vanished, the
Mother-ship and a tiny disk flew farther and farther away and one tiny
light flew straight up into space. I swear to God, straight up and it
vanished, it went so fast. I never saw something go so fast, then a bunch
of tiny disks kept appearing and vanishing in different spots. Others in
Toronto saw them and said twelve were lined up in a row over Lake Ontario.
North Bay, Ontario -- On April 21, 2007, around 11:30 PM I was watching TV
when I saw a large, bright orange ball crossing the sky. I ran outside to
see what it was, there was no sound and it flew slowly across the sky. Then
it faded, then another one came from the left and seemed to have broken off
into another one. So now there is two of them that looked the same as the
first bright orange ball without sound. I tried to take a picture of them
but every time I took a picture it came out black or bright white. The ball
was so bright that it hurt my eyes, all I could see after was spots for
hours after. Then at last there was one more, same as before and the same
distance traveled. All sightings ended at 12:00 AM. We then both called CFB
North Bay to see if NORAD picked up anything. They said that a professor
from Manitoba would call us.
Whitby -- Paul Shishis writes, "On April 18,2007,after 6:15 PM, while
hiking I noticed these high flying jets between 30,000-40,000 feet in
altitude." I got curious to see how well my camera would capture these jets
and anything else unknown that the eye does not see. On one of the four
pictures taken. I have found again, that there is a unknown object trailing
behind the jet. The definition of the roundness and gray colour defines
something-quite large and anomalous. I often wonder in crew members are
aware that UFO's follow our aircraft in the skies. I believe that our
digital cameras are proving that theory. It is real weird, but fascinating.

Ancaste, Ontario -- On April 20, 2007, a witness related his report through
titles on the video. Apparently he was driving and noticed a flying object
at 4:30 PM and pulled his car over to the side of the road and his son took
the video about 25 Miles WNW of Buffalo, NY. Video is slightly over one
minute in duration. The object described an S pattern above us. At a
certain moment, its speed decreased drastically but I was not able to take
pictures of that moment since I stopped to watch.
Investigator's Notes: It is difficult to say what the object in this video
is. The quality of the footage is not good and it is difficult to follow
the path of the object. One of witnesses makes the remark that the object
did not have wings. The object flew below the cloud present in the later
part of the video and does not appear to be an airplane or helicopter.

ONTARIO -- My buddie and I went out to have fun on his dirt bike on April
20, 2007. I was filming my friend riding his bike and he quickly got out of
range of the camera. I switched my camera to take photos and noticed this
perfect landscape and a black object in the sky. After uploading to the PC
I noticed a black spot in the sky. Zooming in I noticed two more smaller
black objects. The objects were moving and did not stop. I believe that's
why I barely noticed them and they moved fast. Also, I felt really weird
kind of like something inside me was telling me something but didn't really
understand especially when my friends new dirt bike didn't start after he
stopped to rest, I kind of thought to myself that's weird. I was using a
Cannon DC40 on photo mode with 4.0 mega pixels and nothing was edited.

China Three Strange Objects Close Up
Shanghai -- Thought I would send updates on some pictures taken in
Shanghai, this week, April 15, 2007. On the 39th floor of the hotel, I had
a stunning view of a contrail, so I took a shot. When I reviewed the
picture I notice three objects in the scene, but have no idea what they
are? Two of the objects are enlarged and appear to be disk shaped with

France Opens its UFO Files, Nancy Talbot Photos
France became the first country to open its files on UFOs Thursday when the
national space agency

a website documenting more than 1,600 sightings spanning five decades. Nacy
Talbot phoned me to tell she has been taking extraordinary photos in France
and friends are releasing some of their excellent data. This triangle was
photographed near Nice in 2001.

Ireland Huge Chevron Shaped Bank Of Misty Orange Lights
Dublin -- I was out sky watching on April 18, 2007, because I have been
seeing something about 9:30 PM every night moving from an east to west that
is probably a satellite or space station that is being lit up by the sun.
It's bigger than Venus. When I decided to go back inside, I witnessed a
huge chevron shaped bank of misty orange lights (three on each side) moving
totally silent in the direction of Dublin airport. The object was grayish
in between the three lights on each side but the whole thing looked as if
you smudged a dark pencil line between the two rows of lights. It had no
definite outline but a haze of gray like a shadow. This haze was also
present over the orange color of the six lights. It was completely silent.
It moved quite fast and began to bank to the right as if to head out over
the east coast. I lost sight of it over the roof top. My whole body was

Mexico Object Seen from Plane
Tepexpan -- On Good Friday, April 6, Mr. Victor Gabriel Gonzalez managed to
record the transit of several unidentified flying objects. Several spheres
crossed the sky at two o'clock in the afternoon, heading south. Later a
large cross-shaped object approached and slowed but increased its glow,
before heading toward the sun, where it was lost from sight. Therefore,
both Victor and Ana Luisa Cid prefer to remain objective and present the
material as a possible UFOs, without ascribing religious or fantastic

Baja Peninsula - A women reports, "I saw it on my Alaska Airlines Fight 278
flight from La Paz to Los Angeles. I was looking out a portside window for
roads in the mountains at the East Cape of the Baja Peninsula between La
Paz and Loreto on March 28, 2007, about 4 PM." The UFO was going in the
opposite direction (south) at a very high rate of speed and very low
altitude. At first it was a shiny bright object then it looked liked a gray
metallic sphere. I only saw it for maybe 15-20 seconds. I thought it was a
plane at first, but that would be impossible at that speed and attitude,
plus there were no wings. Our altitude at the time was 10,000 feet. I saw
other aircraft on the trip north and none of the other speeds came close to
the object.
Investigator's Notes: The witness has provided an explicit report of an
unidentified object from an airline window. One wonders how many pilots saw
the object considering that the witness said that she saw other aircraft in
the area? She plainly stated that the object was moving much faster than
other aircraft. I know this witness and believe that she is credible.

Inexplicata Peru Photo of Disc Similar to one sighted
MEXICO CITY -- According to a report received from researcher Alfonso
Salazar, at 8:55 AM, on April 16, 2007, the crew of an airliner flying
southeast out of Mexico City reported coming across luminous traffic
described as a large, whitish-blue "ball of light". This occurred when the
airliner was south of the Mexican capital, flying at an altitude of 7000
meters. The crew reported that the unidentified flying object was flying
from the south toward the north at a speed comparable to that of airliners,
while the airliner flew from west to east. However, the possibility [that
it could have been an airplane] was dismissed, as what was observed was a
glowing mass, according to Salazar. Note: Airline and personnel names have

UK England Baffled by Strange Lights
Bexleyheath -- Alison White of the NEWS Shopper states, "Readers have been
left baffled by strange orange lights they claim to have seen in the sky on
April 20, 2007. People living in the Sidcup and Bexleyheath area claim the
lights moving slowly through the sky at around 9.30 PM. Descriptions of the
amounts of lights seen differ from several to at least a hundred. News
Shopper has received eye-witness reports claiming the lights were moving in
formation. There is reportedly no evidence the lights were being beamed
from the ground. One reader, by e-mail, said: "I live in the Sidcup area
and tonight we saw at least a hundred orange lights floating across the
sky, following each other in formation. "Lorraine Mooney, also by e-mail,
said: "Both my sister and two nieces in the Bexleyheath area called me last
night to tell me they had both independently seen several strange orange
colored objects in the sky.
