This week's files cover: Colony Earth, China and Chile Agree UFOs are
Extraterrestrial, Huge Mother-Ships spotted in Chile, Do aliens walk the
Earth, Underwater UFOs, and Photos of Black Manta not Auroras.
Unidentified Aerial Phenomena were spotted over: Alaska, Arizona,
California, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri, New Jersey, Oklahoma,
Texas, Virginia, and Washington. UFOs were also seen in Australia, Canada,
Chile, China, Greece, Mexico, Poland, and United Kingdom.
These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists,
but my hypothesis is that the over one hundred UFOs reported each week
represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance of
Earth. I personally became interested in UFOs when I chased one over
England when flying for the US Air Force. I've been investigating them ever
since. The US Air Force under Project Blue Book investigated UFOs for more
than twenty years, we continue this research. Our goal is to uncover the
secrets of UFOs. We are continuing the investigation and make the
assumption we are not alone in the universe. Based on the large number of
sightings we can assume the watchers have had bases on Earth for thousands

In recent weeks we have shown NASA photographs of huge Mothership's on Mars
and above the Earth. These space ships indicate that the earth has been
visited by other species from another planet perhaps for thousands of
years. Even our earliest cave paintings show UFOs flying above animals
hunted by the cavemen. We humans have tried to explain where we came from
for generations. Most religious scriptures tell us that: "In the beginning
God created the heaven and earth. And God said, "let us make man in our
image, after our likeness:" Genesis 1. This infers we have been designed
like our creator." Most scientific biological theory denies this
possibility and claims homo-sapiens developed from the primordial soup.
Darwin's Theory of Evolution now generally accepted by science states that
all species of plants and animals developed from earlier forms by
hereditary transmission of slight mutations in successive generations.
So far science has not produced even one species developing into another.
Darwin's Theory of Evolution claims the origin of life on Earth originates
out of nonliving chemicals and evolves to higher levels of organization
simply by following mechanistic laws.
Essentially science claims you and I and other life forms were created by
chance. Science does acknowledge that the chance mechanism depends on very
long streaks of luck with chances estimated at billions to one. The
evidence for evolution is thin, a working model has not been demonstrated.
Yet even today life has not been created from non-living chemicals nor has
one species been found to develop into another. If UFOs are real, their
existence disrupts many principles of known science.
Scientists however have discovered life on meteorites that are believed to
have come from Mars. This one was found in Egypt. I personally believe in a
creator and the existence of UFOs. The chances of other life in the
universe in my opinion is greater than fifty-fifty, and this intelligent
life required a designer and creator. We have dozens of photos, video, and
other evidence each week to support our theory.
I flight planned for flights by President's and worked in managing
construction sites, without a plan a flight would be lost and even a simple
building could not be successfully constructed. Every human cell is
amazingly complicated, hundreds of times more so than a building and each
living plant or animal is technically superior to any of our constructions.
Darwinism behaves much like a religion with cherished, unquestionable
beliefs. Fortunately a few shrewd scientists are questioning these beliefs
such Dr. Michael J. Behe a professor of biological sciences at Lehigh
University in Pennsylvania. In his book "Darwin's Black Box" (Simon &
Schuster), Dr. Behe argued that various biochemical structures in cells
could not have been built in a stepwise Darwinian fashion.
The author introduces the reader to the wonders of vision, blood clotting,
cellular transport, and disease fighting, showing in each case the delicate
synergy of the machines of the human body. He then argues that these
machines must have been designed by a higher intelligence.
Francis Crick who is credited with Deciphering the Genetic Code and won the
Nobel prize for medicine wrote the book entitled "Life Itself," and claims,
"Life on earth originated from microorganisms deliberately seeded by a
higher civilization via spaceships." Crick called his speculative theory
"Directed Panspermia," a reference to the idea of "Panspermia" advanced in
1907 by Svante Aarhenius, who suggested that life on earth had been seeded
by microorganisms drifting through space. Crick's theory proceeded from the
fact that the genetic code is uniform across almost all species and thus
likely evolved from a small original or intermediate population, and from
the second fact that the earth is less than half the age of the universe,
allowing time for life to evolve elsewhere first before it evolved here.
Cosmic Ancestry is a new theory that the origin of life on Earth was seeded
from space, and that life's evolution to higher forms depends on genetic
programs that come from space. It is a wholly scientific, testable theory
for which evidence is accumulating. "We don't know where life first
started," says Curt Mileikowsky, a physicist with the Royal Institute of
Technology in Sweden, "but we know Mars was available for life earlier than
Earth."
Mars, smaller than Earth, would have cooled to hospitable temperatures
first. And most planetary scientists envision that early Mars would have
been a warm, wet place -- conditions considered amenable to life. In the
work, Curt Mileikowsky and nine other researchers from institutions around
the world calculated that meteors and comets crashing into the Red Planet
would have knocked billions of Martian rocks into space.
About one of every 150 of those Martian rocks then fell on Earth within a
million years, the researchers said. In total, more than 55 billion Martian
rocks have fallen to Earth in the past 5 billion years. The findings were
presented at the American Astronomical Society meeting in Atlanta and will

Scientists have found a tough but peaceful pair of bacteria that might have
been able to survive the arduous trip from Mars. `They are simply happy
creatures,'' Curt Mileikowsky said of the two bacteria strains that were
tested for road-hardiness in a Swedish lab. ``They don't cause any disease,
they are very peaceful.'' But were they the first visitors from Mars? The
bacteria -- Bacillus subtilis (wild) and Deinococcus radiodurans R1-- are
resistant to high speeds, extreme heat and radiation. These properties
would be necessary to survive a voyage by from Mars to Earth. There is even
tentative evidence that the outbreak of serious flu epidemics are tied to

Chilean Army Discloses Secret UFO Contacts
Santiago de Chile - The Chilean Army revealed to the UFO community
classified material regarding recordings and encounters between the
military and UFOs over the past 30 years, according to the El Mercurio
newspaper today. The evidence was presented at the 10th International UFO
Congress, highlighting the display of a video that captures a UFO pursuit
by Navy vessels and helicopters of the Chilean Navy seven years ago,
according to Rodrigo Fuenzalida, director of the Agrupacio de
Investigaciones Ovnilogicas (AION).
Another pursuit took place on March 27, 2000 when a Citation 2 military
aircraft crossed an unidentified flying object, measuring 40 meters in
length, at an altitude of 1000 meters and 100 kilometers away from the
Chilean capital.
Disclosure of this information was authorized by Oscar Izurieta, Commander
in Chief of the Armed Forces, and forms part of an official investigation
undertaken by Rodrigo Bravo, captain of the Army's 5th Division, who
participates in the congress. Chile, with 15.5 million inhabitants, ranks
fifth in the world when it comes to the highest number of UFO sightings,

China 70 Million Believers in Extraterrestrials
The largest political group in China outside the Communist Party is the
Falun Gong that attempts to improve a person's health through exercise,
mediation, and contact with unseen extraterrestrial forces. The group has
up to 70 million members, and is considered the most serious threat to
communist rule. Falun Gong doctrines draw on a belief in extraterrestrial
forces, Buddhism, Taoism, high moral standards, and traditional values.
Do Extraterrestrials live among humans?
Paul Chen writes, "Chinese scientists also say that aliens live among
humans. This includes Sun Shili, a retired foreign ministry official who is
now president of the Beijing UFO Research Society concludes that
extraterrestrials are living among us. Sun's first close encounter occurred
in 1971, when he was sent to the remote countryside during the "cultural
revolution" (1966-76) to perform the grueling task of rice planting. One
day while toiling in the field, his attention was diverted to a bright
object in the sky, which rose and fell repeatedly.
At first, Sun assumed the spectacle was some sort of Cold War intelligence
monitoring device - a reasonable deduction considering the times - however
years later, after reading foreign materials on UFO sightings, he knew he
had experienced a close encounter. And Sun is not the only expert in the

highly-accredited Shen Shituan, an actual rocket scientist, president of
Beijing Aerospace University and honorary director of the
government-supported China UFO Research Association, every report of an
alien encounter is worth investigating.
"Some of these sightings are real, some are mistakes and with others its
unclear," said Shen Shituan, a real rocket scientist, president of Beijing
Aerospace University and honorary director of the China UFO Research
Association. "All these phenomena are worth researching." Research into
UFO's could help spur new forms of high-speed travel, unlimited sources of
non-polluting and non-fossil fuel based energy and faster-growing crops,
claims Sun Shili, with 50,000 members. "Shen Shituan does not readily
dismiss UFO/ET reports like his counterparts in Western scientific
communities.

Captain Dewy reports, "Many sightings of UFOs entering the Ocean off coast
of Maine, Bermuda, Canary Islands, Philippines, and Japan. There is an
alarming increase in the temperature of salt water, particularly deep in
the ocean that will likely effect our weather patterns. Speculation is that
the large UFOs may be warming areas around their underwater bases. UFOs are
often thought of as fantasy. Even if one of these extreme reports is true
they may indicate alien presence in our environment. The total known

NASA Photo Shows Huge Cylinder
Steve Tobias writes, straight line of clouds are all the same size and in
straight vertical lines suggests shadow of object may have been airbrushed

Perhaps this is a sign of the censoring of evidence problem at NASA. It
highly unlikely the long straight line of clouds all the same size in the
exact same direction as the cylinder would appear in a random event. Thanks

Arizona Changing Shape
Leupp -- On Tuesday January 24 2007, at 7:40 p.m. my sister and I were
driving home when we saw three lights on a flying vehicle about ten miles
from town. The lights came from the southwest and flew east while flying in
a three mile wide circumference circling our car four times. The three
lights on the craft were in a triangular shape. The lights were yellow and
did not blink at all. Ten minutes later, I was still watching the lights
flying its circular turns in a counterclockwise direction. The lights
headed east and flew at low altitude over the Leupp Public School. I
noticed that the outline of it was distinguishable to a disk with 4 lights,
equal distance from each other on the circumference of it.
Then all of the lights went out as it flew over the community and one light
came on in the middle. I saw the craft was about twice the size of the
school gym. As it passed over the community without sound it turned on its
side and kept going east. At 8:04 p.m. I got home and it started to make
the circles again with the one light in the middle. I saw two jets
intercept and follow it east out of sight.
At 8:08 p.m. the lights looped around and went back over us and I noticed
that the craft had 5 lights on it, with one light in the dead center of it.
The craft then headed east and out of sight at 8:35 p.m. At about the same
time a larger jet showed up and my Dad said that it looked like they were

Alaska Disk
Anchorage - The witness reports, "The disk was silver and very bright with
lights that were very red, and it hovered over Lake Hood Elementary School
on January 28, 2007. It was a very disturbing sight. Its lights were
brighter than the stars and stayed in the same spot for over five minutes,
before it flew away at over 100 mph. There were many people there that
night, and they were just as afraid as I was. I could've sworn I saw some
sort of body or figure moving inside the craft. It was a very dark night,
and nothing could possibly be that bright-not even the Northern Lights! I
never believed in aliens or UFOs until that very night. I just hope it

California UFO Sightings Continue
Aliso Viejo -- This is the third sighting of this orb I've seen in the last
two months. This last one was on February 6, 2007, at 11:37 PM. The object
looks like a orb that glows an amber color. It varies in brightness from
strong sustained light to low flashes. It traveled from the east at a
steady heading without variance from the horizon west towards Aliso Viejo.
All the while it changed intensity of glow. It flew over Saddleback
Mountain and hovered for about a minute as the orb flashed randomly with
greater intensity. Then it headed due north very rapidly and was out of
view in seconds. It had no flashing lights and no noise. This is not a

Illinois Unusual Pattern of Lights Merge
Bloomingdale -- I saw something unusual on my drive home from work on Lake
Street on January 29, 2007, at 4:00 PM. I work near O'Hare Airport and I'm
an aviation enthusiast. Just past Bloomingdale Avenue, I noticed what at
first I thought to be a plane heading northeast on final approach to
O'Hare. Its lights were flashing in an alternating pattern unlike any
commercial airliner with a smaller flashing red light on top of the object.
Then four to five more white lights illuminate sequentially from right to
left along the same horizontal plane between what I considered the "wing
tip" lights and they began to flash intermittently as well! That is
something that I have never seen a commercial airplane do! I decided to

Round Lake -- I was driving home from work and saw a big round disc shaped
object just hovering for about 15 minutes on January 30, 2007 at 6:42 PM,.
I pulled into my garage, grabbed my cameras and drove around the area and
took video and pictures. There were two craft to the southwest of me, one
large and one small. About 5-7 miles from where I was and a mile high. I
caught on video one large, bright, round/disc shaped object with a smaller
disc shaped object flashing different colored lights that slowly moved
toward the larger object, then merged into one and shot off into space in
about one second. In my video I caught both objects as the smaller one was
moving toward the larger one. Then I was trying to focus and move closer
when it disappeared. So I did not capture them leaving the earth. Thanks to

Dixon -- I woke up in the night and went to the kitchen for a drink of
water and saw an orange color disc over the pine trees to our west on
January 28, 2007. It was about the size of a silver dollar held at arm's
length. I woke up my husband and he observed the same. The object after
just being still for some time then shot straight up and was gone. It did

Louisiana Large Group of Objects
West central Louisiana -- On February 2, 2007, at about 11 AM, as we left
the post office I noticed a large group of objects in the sky. They were
under the high clouds but between the higher ones and the thin ones
floating at a lower level. For the most part they didn't appear to be
moving forward but rather setting in one spot, maybe moving up a little. In
the middle of these possibly twenty or more objects were ones a different
color, the outer ones appeared black and the inside ones orangish red. They
were too large to be birds, and my husband thought they were parachutes,
but they were climbing in altitude and within a few seconds were out of
sight above the clouds. There was no sound of engines and what I could see
of their shape they were not airplanes or parachutes. The red ones looked

Maryland Silver Dots In Triangle Shape
Baltimore -- On Saturday, January 23, 2007, at around noon, I saw three
silver dots, smaller than the tips of my fingers flying in the shape of a
triangle. They moved across the sky at a normal rate of speed for a craft

Springfield -- On January 25, 2007, two triangle shaped objects were seen
hovering over Highway 44 above Springfield. Then they rapidly increased

New Jersey Light Falls
Malaga Lake -- I was traveling home from work at 4 AM, on Route 538 heading
south and noticed a bright stationary light. When I got home and saw the
light fall and disappear behind the tree line in the Malaga Lake area.
Since our area is in the traffic pattern for Philadelphia Airport it is
normal to see airplane lights fly over but this was not an airplane nor a
meteor. We checked in the news for plane crashes and heard nothing. Thanks

Oklahoma Spherical Object Spotted
On February 9, 2007, I was in my car driving east when I came to an
intersection and stopped and noticed a spherical object moving south across
the sky. I could not detect any head or wings or tail. It appeared as a
distinct spherical object moving at a steady pace, not fast. The side of
the object that was towards the sun was very shiny like polished metal. The
side away from the sun looked dull grayish. A large bird flew towards the
object as if to check it out. When the bird was a few feet from the object
it abruptly made a ninety degrees turn and flew away. I turned around to go
back and see if it was still visible. This took probably little over a
minute. I cannot say what it was I saw, but it was a distinct object, not
fuzzy, or obscured in any way. It was as plain as day. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Texas Triangle

Fort Worth - I was walking the dog about 5:30 PM, on January 24, 2007, and
noticed a dark object that at times had a triangular appearance. No noise
was detected and there were no lights. The weather was very clear and
breezy with some clouds. The sun was beginning to go down in the west. I
saw an object off in the distance approaching from the north west that was
flying quite high but moving slower than a jet plane moves. I could see no
wings. It was difficult to determine the shape but looked slightly
triangular at one point. It curved around to the west towards the setting
sun. The size was about one eighth to a quarter of an inch. I am familiar
with all types of aircrafts and balloons and this looked nothing like

Virginia Orange Light
Franklin -- On Tuesday, January 23, 2007, at 7:40 PM, I spotted a bright
orange light in the eastern sky, and pointed it out to my son. We drove
toward the object and I stopped in the road to have a safer look. The light
was moving and had three lights underneath the same distance apart that
were very big. All were the same color, no pulsing, or color changing, and
they were set in a triangle pattern that was flying backwards---the two
side by side lights were leading, with the 'tip' bringing up the rear. It
flew slowly without sound. It would take a nickel held out at arm's length
to cover just one of the 3 lights. So, just when the object was about to
pass overtop of me, a car came up behind me so I had to move and turned
around, stopped and found it easily as it made its way in the same diagonal
trek. I sat there maybe 30 more seconds as it grew smaller in the distance.
I contacted the papers and WAVY T V-10, which turned out to be a dead end.
Washington Chevron Turns to Intercept a Jet
Ballard -- It was midnight, on January 28, 2007, and standing on my porch I
looked up to notice a large hang glider with soft lights on each wing. The
craft was flying gracefully and tilted to show the under side of the craft.
I could then see the craft's chevron shape and evenly spaced soft lights on
the bottom of the wings. It moved off toward the west and gained altitude
and into a heavier cloud. There was more than a half-moon out, just above
the UFO. I could see the brightest stars in the sky as well as a dimly-lit
group of stars formed in a irregular shaped diamond pattern just below the
moon. I noticed a jet flying north five miles west. It appeared the craft
was attempting to intercept the jet. The craft was completely silent. I
live north of Sea-Tac Airport and the sounds of the planes are easily
identifiable. Compared to a modern fighter aircraft, I would guess it was
similar in size. Once the craft tilted I could see its thickness, the rear
of the craft, the height and width appeared to be the same.The sighting
lasted around 7 seconds. There were three soft lights per 'wing' on the
UFO. The jet in the background had much brighter and white lights. I could
only describe it as a chevron shaped flying craft. Thanks to Peter

Cairns -- We spent the day on a trip to the Great Barrier Reef, had lunch
on an island as part of a sight seeing trip. I was looking back toward
Cairns from Normandy Island and took this random picture with my Advantix
Camera Recently I took the cartridge to Costco to have the 40 images placed
on an archive quality disk. This is when I discovered the objects in the
picture. One in the upper left side of the picture and a faint one mid
picture just where the water turns to dark blue. I am guessing the picture
was taken March 18 or 19, 2006. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Canada Cylinder and Object Burning
Ottawa - On January 24 2007, at 10:27 AM, the witness reports seeing a
white cylindrical object, which moved fast initially then slowed down for a
little over three minutes in a clear sky. The object then rapidly gained
velocity and streaked across half the sky in about 20 to 30 seconds. Its
size decreased as it moved across the sky. The object was extremely bright
and translucent line went down the entire length in the noon day sun. The
object was brightest when it was highest in the sky. The object passed over
a 737 jet and was about 10 millimeters long for reference. The cylinder
appeared to be about 1 unit in diameter and 15 units long. Thanks to Peter

Vernon, British Columbia -- On February 7, 2007, I saw something burning,
all in flames and disintegrating, descending at a fifteen degree angle from
the west at 10 PM. The speed was slow, it was smoky in flames and
disintegrating. I have heard meteorites kind of spit and flare, with smoke,

On February 6,2007, while at work I watched high above to the north, a
brilliant white jet-maybe Lear? This jet attracted me in wanting to take
some pictures. So I did catch the moment, in being curious of any other
aircraft or "other" presence. Sure enough above the white jet, there is a
unknown above. Again one wonders, who's watching who? or what's watching
us? It was unfortunate that our company computer had also crashed

Chile Mothership UFO Video Stirs Nation
Angol -- Raul Gajardo Leopold's latest video recording on February 8, 2007,
in which he claims that his son picked up an UFO in the first few days of
February, was seen throughout the entire country after the video was aired
during a newscast on the Megavision network. The UFO was witnessed by four
other people besides himself after 11 PM. The Ufologist added that the UFO
was a large, orange, cylinder-shaped object -- similar to a pencil -- that
lay horizontally in the sky, having a whitish light at its core with
reddish dots on either end, and that two smaller spherical objects were
launched upward and downward at a given moment. Several UFOs can be seen on

Greece - Strange Lights
PATRAS -- Dr. K.B. Moschovos reports, "A strange object passed over my head
in the place Georgiou in my city of Patras, Peloponnesus, Greece, the
lights were like the holes of a hunter's gun going very late to the west. I
told to the Greek-TV, but they answer that probably I was rather drunk.

Iranian Bombs
Iran is not only building nuclear weapons but is supplying especially
shaped charges to kill British, American and Iraqi forces. In October 2005,
the then British ambassador to Iraq William Patey told reporters in London
that Iran had been supplying technology used to kill British troops in
Basra. Iraq and Iran have been at war for centuries and Iran takes every
opportunity to send its intelligence forces into Iraq.
The Shia militia in the south, the Mehdi army, is using specially shaped
charges, in which the force of the explosion is directed narrowly in one
direction, thereby enabling it to penetrate armored vehicles. The Lebanese
group Hezbollah had also used these explosive charges, against Israel.
General George Casey, the former US commander in Iraq, made similar
accusations in June 2006. In a briefing in Baghdad on Sunday, US military
and intelligence officers laid out their evidence. The US is softening up
world opinion to leave options open for an attack on Iran's nuclear
facilities. Another US carrier and increased Army units are expected to

town of AhuacatlA=A1n witnessed the transit of a group of spherical objects
that crossed the skies over Nayarit. According to one of the boys, Hugo
Alberto Rodriguez Gonzalez, the spheres flew from one place to another
toward the El Ceboruco Volcano, informing her teacher, who explained to the
class that [what they were seeing] could not possibly be space junk.
The instructor told her students that it was the first time she had
witnessed something out of the ordinary, particularly because the possible

Poland: Dozens of Triangular UFOs
Warsaw -- On January 20, 2007 between 1 and 2 am. about 17 unidentified
triangular objects appeared in the sky above Polish capital city district
of Sluzec. Mrs. Jolanta Z. [53] saw triangular objects scattered in the sky
for over an hour, slowly rising up and finally disappearing. At about 1:15
am. the woman living near the airport Okecie, woke up to smoke a cigarette.
She noticed the strange behavior of 17 or 18 identical objects in shape of
isosceles triangles scattered in the sky with their `beaks' pointing east.
One triangle was three times bigger than the smaller objects. Each triangle
possessed 3 red lights located in the corners, with a line of bluish point
lights connecting the red ones. She called the NPN organization hotline,
leaving two voice messages containing the story of the sighing. The woman
also mentioned strange behavior of her cats and dog. When she went on the
balcony along with her animals they became scared - her dog began barking.

UK/England Oval and Rectangular "UFO"
Corby, Northamptonshire - On January 14, 2007, a Polish skywatcher living
in the UK took a photo of a strange object while photographing birds around
3:05 PM. According to his relation he didn't notice the object itself nor
things that could be responsible for the image such as a kite. The
rectangular object appeared on one photo from the series. He was using a

Archway UFO Video: You Decide
LONDON - The Islington Gazette reports, "We have extraordinary video
footage giving first-hand evidence of the Archway UFO phenomenon which
brought the area to a standstill February 7, 2007. Here's YOUR chance to
decide whether aliens were actually hovering over Archway - or whether
there was a more innocent explanation. Amateur cameraman John Zimmerman, of
Bredgar Road, Archway, filmed the spectacle of around 15 orange lights that
