Unidentified Aerial Phenomena were spotted over: California, Georgia,
Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, New Mexico, Nevada,
Ohio, and Washington.
UFOs were also seen in Australia, Canada, Mexico, Poland, and Uganda.
These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists,
but my hypothesis is that the over one hundred UFOs reported each week
represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance of
Earth. We are continuing the investigation and make the assumption we are
not alone in the universe.
Russia UFO Allegedly Crashes
Siberia - What Does It Mean writes, "Russian news agency RIA-Novosoti and
Sabah News has reported that an unidentified flying object has crashed on
Krasnayarsk area of Siberia the morning December 1, 2006. The crash caused
a small forest fire. The object crashed on an area exactly between
Yeniseisk and Lesosibirsk towns in Krasnayarks near the Trans-Siberian
Railroad. Authorities were informed by the residents of the area
immediately. Russian Air Force authorities said there were no registered
flights detected in the area at the time when the object was crashed.
Siberia Emergency Team sent a helicopter to the crash scene for further

Ostrov, Siberia -- On October 15, 2005, a group of explorers claim to have
discovered the ruins of an alien spaceship and the skeleton of an unknown
humanoid species, all documented with a video camera. Original site

Viner-Neyshtadt (Siberia) of a crashed UFO (or, flying saucer) and humanoid
person found in the ice. There is indication that this photo was part of a
new web game.
Editor' s Note: It is difficult to substantiate claims of crashes from
Russia. I was part of the TV documentary "The Secret KGB UFO Files" with
Roger Moore. Even though thousands of dollars were spent to buy authentic
KGB footage it was difficult to authenticate the film. A legitimate
battalion of Soviet soldiers were filmed at the recovery scene.
Russia to join U.S. lunar exploration program if funded
MOSCOW, December 5 (RIA Novosti) - Russia will join the U.S Moon
exploration program if Washington provides the necessary funding, a Russian
space representative said Tuesday. After U.S. President George W. Bush
announced his Vision for Space Exploration in 2004, a plan for new manned
lunar missions, the country's National Aeronautics and Space Administration
(NASA) elaborated a program that envisions the construction of a manned
lunar base, which will require broad international cooperation. "If the
U.S. offers the necessary financing for Russia to participate in its
national lunar program, Russia is likely to accept the proposal," said Igor
Panarin, a spokesman for the Russian Space Agency.
NASA's Scott Horowitz, who supervises the lunar preparations as chief of
the agency's exploration-systems department, said this week that the agency
aims to return Americans to the Moon by 2020, and that the Moon is seen as
a stepping stone to further missions to Mars. The Moon is thought to hold
rich natural resources. Helium-3, a non-radioactive isotope of helium used
in nuclear fusion research is rare on Earth but is expected to be abundant
on the Moon. The permanently sunlit half of the Moon opens up good
opportunities for electricity generation, and comet ice deposited in
craters can be converted into breathable air, drinking water and even
liquid rocket propellants. The U.S. is the only country to have put
astronauts on the Moon. Neil Armstrong was memorably the first in 1969, and
five other missions followed Apollo 11, until the lunar program was wrapped

Moon Is Being Hit by Meteorites
That's the tentative conclusion of Bill Cooke, head of NASA's Meteoroid
Environment Office, after his team observed two Leonids hitting the Moon on
Nov. 17, 2006. "We've now seen 11 and possibly 12 lunar impacts since we
started monitoring the Moon one year ago," says Cooke. "That's about four
times more hits than our computer models predicted." Each red dot denotes a
meteoroid impact observed since Nov. 2005 by members of the NASA Meteoroid
Environment Office. Last month, Earth passed through a "minefield" of
debris from Comet 55P/Tempel-Tuttle called the Leonids:. This happens every
year in mid-November and results in the annual Leonid meteor shower. From
Nov. 17th to Nov. 19th both Earth and the Moon were peppered with
meteoroids.
NASA Shuttle Flights Show UFOs?
Videos taken from Shuttle Flights, STS 48, 80, 96 and 103 show anomalies
that appear to be unexplained fast moving unidentified flying objects.
Steve Tobias, Sam Sherman an expert in filming, Dr. Jack Kasher a PHD in
physics and many other experts have questioned NASA's forth rightness in
explaining the anomalous objects as ice crystals or camera lens smudges.
Sam writes: I am a longtime film producer recently working on documentary
films, I have had cooperation from various divisions of NASA and I can tell
you that this entire subject has not been thrown away by them as being of
no importance.
Furthermore, I also have D-2 Digital Video clones of the NASA Master tapes
of the STS-48 event which I have taken to a high end video studio for
analysis. I can report that our initial study reveals that the subject
cannot be easily explained away. Physicist Dr. Jack Kasher has written a
book on the STS-48 events, which has his scientific analysis and is quite
compelling. Operation Disclosure Navy veteran Harry Allen Jordan claims he
heard one of the astronauts on his HAM radio say. "We have the UFO under
observation."
The STS-48 tapes show at least a dozen or more distinct events each
different from one another and not commonly seen on other shuttle tapes. If
these were normal occurrences they should have been seen in repeat viewing
as commonly noted visual events which could be exactly identified as what
normal occurrences they are, not merely explained away to conveniently drop
the subject. When I state that NASA has refused to give me technical
information to be used in making a further analysis of the tapes, that is

Steve Tobias is collecting NASA photos from the shuttle missions. He
writes, `Almost every photo in the NASA archives has UFOs in it. During
STS-106 shows the shadow is cast by what is impossible but yet it appears a
long tube like structure is vertically reaching out of the cloud bank for a
clear "view" of the NASA spacecraft. it has the same coloration as the
clouds but is a tube like structure.

I spoke with Dr. Gilbert V. Levin, the principal NASA scientist and main
inventor of the Mars Viking two Landers Labeled Release Microbial Life
Detector, and he still insists microbial life was found on Mars in 1976 and
1977. Science is very skeptical of astounding new discoveries and has spent
thirty years and forty attempts to explain the positive findings of life on
Mars. All alternative solutions, usually based on chemical reactions, have
failed, and its time to admit the Viking Landers Detector found microbial
life alive and well on Mars. Scientists have discovered life at the depths
of the ocean, high in the atmosphere, in deserts and the arctic. Often the
hostile environments equal those on Mars. We now know that life could have
been safely deposited from Earth or other planets. President Clinton
announced that life contained in meteorites from Mars had been found on
Earth. It appears the Earth and Mars may be part of the same biosphere. See

Rover captures rock on Mars with letter E and Y symbols
Our study of satellite and Lander photography indicates that more advanced
forms of life exist or once existed on Mars. Mars has a thin atmosphere
that extends high above the planet and makes air braking feasible greatly
saving on landing's and departures.
Dr Levin admits there seems to be an underlying reason for NASA's
reluctance to admit mircrobial life exists on Mars. The UFO phenomena is
part of this reluctance. Many astronauts and NASA employees admit there is
life in space, privately.
NORAD's Santa-Tracking Website is Open for 2006 Season
In advance of the holiday season and its 51st season of tracking Santa
Claus on his annual journey around the world, the North American Aerospace
Defense Command has activated its "NORAD Tracks Santa" website for 2006.
The U.S.-Canadian command's program began in 1955 when an errant phone call
was made to NORAD's predecessor, the Continental Air Defense Command
Operations Center in Colorado Springs, Colo. The call was from a local
child who dialed a misprinted telephone number in a local newspaper
advertisement. The commander who answered the phone that night gave the
youngster the information he requested - the whereabouts of Santa Claus -
and thus the tradition of NORAD tracking Santa began.
The program has grown immensely since it was first presented on the
Internet in 1998. Last year, the Web site received 912 million "hits" from
204 countries and territories. In addition, the NORAD Tracks Santa
Operations Center, occupied by 550 volunteers on Christmas Eve, answered
nearly 55,000 phone calls and nearly 98,240 e-mails from children around

California -Two Flying Triangles with Bright Lights
LOS ANGELES -- On November 19, 2006, Sunday, at 10 AM, I saw what seemed
like a cloud that moved in horizontal form downwards and then turned
suddenly towards the south.
Two hours later using my binoculars I saw an object making a figure in the
sky that appeared as a pair of tied globes of red and yellow color. Next to
the globes I saw a shining object. Snip. At 6 PM, there were three lights
that moved in the distance. It was a gigantic ship with lights, three of
red color that moved from north to the south, without losing the alignment.

LOS ANGELS -- The witness reports, "I was outside my front door in my
apartment complex smoking a cigarette looking up at Orion when two objects
came right into my field of vision. I also heard a very strong buzzing
(electrical?) sound coming from the objects that sounded like bees. I was
stunned and thought I was seeing a stealth bomber or like craft but because
there were 2 of them and they were flying SO fast and SO close together, I
couldn't see how pilots could fly that fast and that close. There were 2 of
what appeared to be identical triangle shaped objects with triangular
wedges removed from the rear so they looked like 2 big black boomerangs.
Each apparent craft had 2 smaller white lights on either side of the
"underneath" towards the rear and a larger light blue light in the center
of the "underside". Their movements were very fast but the acceleration was
unique, almost like they were pulling on a rope in successive bursts of
speed. One of the objects appeared to be "playing" with the other - getting
closer and buzzing by the other, going faster. They basically moved
straight across the sky for approximately 30 seconds.
I have never in my life seen anything like that. It was not a bird, it
could have been some government test plane or unmanned drone or something
but it was not your usual craft and the unique sound signatures they
carried really solidified this feeling. It flew over the roof of our
apartment. When I ran inside and upstairs to look out our balcony in the
direction they were going, they were gone. I made the attached sketch
immediately after I witnessed these objects because they had such a

Georgia UFO seen by 1300 Army Troops
Fort Benning -- John Vasquez phoned to tell me he has published a book
about a UFO incident. He says, "In September 1977, during the Joint Attack
Weapons Systems Test (JAWS) at Fort Benning Georgia, the entire base
witnessed a UFO invasion. As many as 1300 troops were involved in the
event." Most were left with severe psychological trauma and "missing time"
gaps. John Vasquez was courageous enough to undergo counseling, regression
therapy, and hypnosis. After 15 years of personal research, John and
co-author, Bruce Stephen Holms present the story along with plenty of

Illinois Lights
West Dundee -- On December 2, 2006, I went out to my back yard to let my
dog out and to get firewood. I looked up at the sky and thought I saw a V
shaped flock of birds. However it seemed to stop moving from north to
south...and when it moved from the West to the East it looked like 6-7 very
faint orange or white lights, moving very evenly, evenly spaced, and very
quiet. My dog started barking wildly from the deck for no good reason. It
continued slowly moving East and I lost sight of it over the tree line.
During the whole process my mind tried to rationalize what it could be but
nothing on this earth came to mind with what the object was doing /
behaving / looking like.
Louisiana Anomalous Object
Chauvin - On November 25, 2006, (In Witness's Own Words): I was taking a
photo of two passing fishing boats in Bayou Petite Caillou against the
sunset at 6 PM CST when the photos were taken a few seconds apart. The
object appears in one, but not the other photo.
About 30 Miles Southwest of New Orleans. Clear Skies. Visibility 10 Miles.
Temperature 65 Degrees F. Relative Humidity 78%.
Investigator's Notes: It is difficult to identify the "white object" in the
above photo. The witness's explanation that the object may be a moth is a
good possibility considering that he did not notice anything unusual when
he took the photos. Certainly insect activity would be commonplace given
the temperature (65 degrees F) and the area of the country.
Maryland Three Fireballs in Triangular Formation
Glen Burnie - The Witness states, "I saw three fireballs in a triangular
shape on November 23, 2006, at 3:06 AM EST for just a few seconds in the
Baltimore Area. The fireballs made no sound, but moved to outerspace super
fast (less than two seconds). I was blown away. I know what I saw."
Investigator's Notes: The witness's report is interesting considering that
the cloud base was low. Given this fact the lights must have been low. The
witness said that the lights ascended rapidly. The witness would have lost
sight of the lights in the low cloud deck. Given current information I

Michigan Pictures Capture UFOs
Eagle -- Your Filer's Files have been great! Chalked full sightings and
much more! Great work! If you choose, here are a couple more to add. This
picture was taken on November 20, 2006 at 6:48 AM, as I was taking my dog
out.
The sky was a beautiful color and I took a few moments to capture it in
pictures. Also, at the time this picture was taken, there was absolutely no
air traffic. I did not see these lights with my eyes, only in the pictures
afterwards. Notice how these lights resemble the lights of the picture I
took in the same area I sent you a couple of weeks ago.
Here is the original picture, un-touched and un-enhanced. The red light in
the lower right is an antenna tower, and the other light next to it is a
neighbors Mercury light.
This next picture was taken the very next morning, November 21, 2006 at
7:00 AM above my garage. This next photo below is the same photo above,

Belgium Strange Light Pillars from Filers Files #48
Patty Donahue writes last week...when looking at your Files #48... The
picture reminds me of a picture I took a while ago.
This picture...and I will include a cropped/zoomed version for
comparison...and...what I find extremely fascinating...is...it's
GOLD...hmmmm...sure sounds familiar, yet we both know my pictures are NOT
of "urban light pillars".

Missouri Deer Cameras Spot UFOs
Montgomery County -- A static camera setup was left along a trail to
photograph automatically. At least two unidentified aerial objects showed
up in at least one of the images taken there. The reporter states "I caught
these lights on my trail camera. I put it out on a deer trail, and these
lights just showed up. I don't know where else to go with this. But I do
know that I have one picture of a deer, then in the next frame, these
lights showed up, no less than 20 feet above where the deer was standing in
the last frame!" These pictures were taken with a Moultrie Outfitter cam,
4.1 mp. Trail camera, the cam was placed on a deer trail about 10 yards
from where I hunt. It was left for about a week. I had no idea what was on
this camera, until I went to get it on the Saturday as I was leaving my
property. I did nothing to these photos. No editing, no touch ups, nothing.
They appear exactly as they came directly off my camera. If anyone has any
suggestions, or explanations, I am open to discussion. Thank You, Chris

Nevada Sphere
Washoe --I looked up to the Southeast sky and followed a contrail. Then I
noticed a very bright white sphere (not elongated) in the sky. Mind you
this is 4 PM in the afternoon Pacific time on November 25, 2006, so the Sun
was rather bright. I watched it thinking it was a piece of debris sucked up
by a dust devil. Only to find out it was not moving with the con-trail or
anything else. I watched it for 20 minutes and got 35 mm (digital
photographs with my 450 mm lens. Very interesting. I told a few friends and
they came out and were shocked also. I was at the steps to my apartment in
Sparks, NV. I lost visual on the object due to an approaching weather
system. It turned the sky into a white haze. Very weird feeling. Thanks to

New Jersey Flashing, Multi-Colored Lights In 3 Tiers
Paramus -- Driving north on Forest Avenue from Paramus, NJ to Oradell, NJ
(just before the Midland Avenue Light) at about 9:15 PM on November 27,
2006 I couldn't help noticing a very peculiar object rather motionless in
the sky ahead, over Forest Avenue, with 2 sets of blinking lights. There
was (1) a set of 3 outer perimeter lights and (2) another set of perhaps a
cluster of lights, on what appeared to be an underbelly, definitely
encircled by the 3 lights forming the triangle. Each set blinked together
on its own rhythm. The triangle's lights were colored a very light-bright
bluish-white. I am not certain of the lights on the underbelly. The
individual lights were not large in any way - rather pinpoints instead. The
triangle was tilted upwards from the horizontal toward the South, and so it
was facing my direction at a slightly upraised angle. It seemed as though
it was positioned over Forest Avenue well to the north of the Midland
Avenue intersection.
I heard no noise and decided to pull off the road immediately to get a
better look. I took no more that 3-5 seconds to pull into the first
available driveway and, with a clear view of the entire sky as I got out of
the car to get a better look, I saw that it had completely vanished from
the sky. I stopped my observation for only 3-5 seconds and it simply
vanished. How could it be motionless, not to mention silent, and then
vanish from sight in under 5 seconds? Mind you this object had been
motionless in the sky, roughly 500 feet ahead and between 100-200 feet in

New Mexico Flying Triangle Spotted
LORDSBURG - Almost once a week Benjie Medina sends me a CD full of UFO
videos. Benjie Medina writes, `All summer we have had a great deal of UFO
activity going on day and night near the Mexican border that my friend
Ramon Ortiz is capturing on video. On September 15, 2006, we had a UFO
flotilla over our area. Thanks to Benjie Medina and Ramon Ortiz.
Washington Law Enforcement Officer & Wife See Diamond
Echo Lake Area - The witness states, "While at my home on November 28,
2006, I saw bright lights like reflected sun at 80 degrees above horizon at
15 minutes after noon in clear blue sky. Lights appeared to get brighter
and dimmer. When I looked at object through 10 X 50 Binocular's I could see
dark diamond shaped object beyond lights with hazy edges. This object
appeared to be at extreme altitude 50-70 thousand feet or higher. I watched
this object for 10 minutes until it disappeared without moving. My wife saw
it too. She thought it was Venus or another planet. I believe that it was a
flying object due to the dark background with distinct shape. I am a Law
Enforcement Officer of over 18 years and I know what I saw was not a
planet."
Investigator's Notes: This sighting was made by a credible witness (law
enforcement officer). The craft sighted was flying at a very high altitude.
Perhaps the craft could have been a U.S. Military aircraft, but the fact
that the object just disappeared and didn't move across the sky makes it
harder to explain. Another possibility is that the aircraft could have been
climbing rapidly and moved out of visible range.
Australia Huge Black Triangular Craft
Adelaide -- I went out to my back yard at midnight on November 29, 2006, to
put out my rubbish and noticed an reddish amber ball of light above trees
in the distance that seemed to be stationary. I went in to my house to
obtain binoculars and could see a small white light to the left and right
of the object. I was watching it for about ten seconds when I saw a shaft
of white light beam down to the ground from it on two occasions a few
seconds apart. The light beams were a faint soft white light even in width
from top to bottom. As it drew closer I could see a black triangular object
with a small slowly pulsing white light at each point and the reddish amber
light was in the middle of the objects underbelly.
I also noticed a very soft glow behind its rear edge that appeared to
illuminate the sky behind it but the illumination was unusual to the only
thing I can compare it with is when i have seen a laser projected and the
illumination is paper thin in the air. When it drew closer i did not need
the binoculars as the object when it was close to passing my house was
huge. I am familiar with Orion submarine tracking aircraft taking off from
the military base regularly day and night and this object was far bigger
than those. Snip I am very familiar with all types of commercial and
military aircraft and I know it was not of this Earch unless the military
have a craft that is gigantic in size fitted with engines that make no
sound and can fly at about 50 mph without stalling. Thanks to MUFON CMS
Canada Three hour Sighting and Triangle Photo
ST. JOHN RIVER PERTH-ANDOVER, NEW BRUNSWICK -- My husband and I were on our
way to work on July 16, 2006, on 6:30 AM, we always have our camera with
us. You never know what one will see. On the morning of July 16, 2006 my
husband had decided to take a picture of the beautiful river that lays
between the two towns. We got home that night and downloaded our camera,
and lo and behold, this black sphere looking thing showed up over the
River. We zoomed in on it and the shape is unexplainable. Tell us what you
think.
Investigator's Notes: Bill Pluckett writes, "Although a few more details
need to be acquired the black object in the photo is not immediately
explainable. A blow-up of the object reveals a triangular shaped object
surrounded by a somewhat "distorted" area. I don't believe that the object
is a glider plane nor bird. The photo was taken with a Canon Power-Shot A
75 digital camera (3.2 megapixel resolution).
PERTH -- This picture was taken on December 2nd, 2006 in the later aft
ernoon. The location is about 10 miles north Perth-Andover, New Brunswick.
Investigator's Notes: This is the second photo that I have received from
this witness. The other photo was near the same location. The photo was
taken with a Canon PowerShot A75 digital camera (3.2 megapixel resolution).
The blowup of the photo shows an irregular shaped object with some glare
coming off the top. The blackness of the object might be deceptive in that
this portion of the object may have been hidden from the sun. The glare off
the top suggests a "metallic" color and some reflection. Thanks to Bill

Saskatoon -- My friend and I decided to drive out to Cranberry Flats to sit
in the parking lot on October 28, 2006, and tell ghost stories. We turned
south towards Cranberry Flats when I saw two very dark objects speed over
us at 10 PM. Then I started noticing streams of light like falling stars
going over the road. They started changing color, to purple, green, orange,
blue, yellow, and white. going back and forth and swirling, but I
rationalized it as the reflection of our headlights against power lines.
They also kept flying around each other and changing color. They started
out very thin, and slowly swelled up into the size of large ovals. The
closer we got to Cranberry Flats, the brighter they got, two white ovals
slowly circling each other.
I said to her "What are those?" She exclaimed, "You noticed them too!" We
turned around and drove back to town since we were both terrified. As we
drove we continued to see the glowing white ovals. We finally arrived in
town and could still see two swirling lights. We got back to Diefenbaker by
about 11:30 PM, and they had changed to green and acted somewhat like
Northern Lights. Others in the park saw them, too. Then, we got some
binoculars and went back out to look at them about 1 AM. They were green,
flashing oval lights moving completely differently, leap froging and
chasing each other. My friend is an elementary teacher and we've known each

Mexico: UFO Photographed Over Tepexpan
TEPEXPAN --- Ana Luisa Cid reports December 4, 2006a video taken by Victor
Gabriel Gonzalez of the UFO seen in the skies of Tepexpan, State of Mexico,
on November 26 2006 at 14:00 hrs approximately. The witness states that the

POLAND: Possible UFO In TarnA=B3w Area
Zawada -- On November 26, 2006, between 7 and 8 PM., Mr. Ryszard
GrabczyA=B1ski [38] [near Tarnow, Malopolskie went outside to take some
photos of the Moon with his new Samsung 850 PRO camera. At some moment he
noticed an unusual object in the sky. These photos were taken accidentally.
I purchased a new camera Samsung 850 PRO. I was photographing the Moon and
cast a glance in the West and saw a dark orange unnatural object. I noticed
that it was moving slowly and began to change intensity and color of light.
The sighting lasted 5 minutes and Mr. Ryszard was able to take several
photos of it with his camera set on a tripod. The alleged UFO was moving
with speed of a plane over Koszyce Wielkie. At the moment when I spotted it
the object was rather orange. It was intense red when disappearing in the

What Uganda External Magnetic Field Propulsion
Kampala-Mahmoud E. Yousif of Nairobi, Kenya writes: `This scientific study
of unidentified flying objects (UFO) was inspired by my witnessing an entry
of UFOs into earth atmosphere over Lake Victoria, Uganda around 1:28 AM, on
January 15, 1995. I ran to the club window called for my friend Mr. Kiweewa
with whom we were playing chess to come and see the huge possible meteorite
thing which was going to fall over Kampala. I turned back to watch in great
surprise, the bright light which became in seconds an enormous cylindrical
object, with extremely bright light emanating from a huge (what looked
like) porthole at the front hemisphere, with four or six other equally
spaced portholes extending along the side of the spaceship, the bright
lights became dimmer towards the rear. The body of the object was shiny and
silvered by the full moon reflection; there were five bands of intense red
light, emerging from the central part of the spaceship towards the end,
where they mixed with an enormous and intense red light that emerged from
the rear hemisphere and which seemed to extend beyond the full length of
the spaceship.
Some striking points were observed at that moment, they were:
1. The bright light at the front was so bright, it looked like the light
from electric arc welding, the light was intense and near to ultra-violet
radiation.
2. Each of the red colored beams were much more intense in their middle
3. Both the upper and lower beams that emerged from the center of the
spaceship were clearly curved at the emerging center points, while the two
beams which were above and below the center, were slightly curved at the
emerging points, (These curvatures are characteristic of that which can
only be produced by a magnetic field).
4. No sound of any kind could be heard from the ship.
5. As the spaceship flew above some clouds in the northern part of the
city, the red light was clearly seen reflecting and coming out from the
surrounding clouds.
6. The spaceship then appeared in an opening between the clouds then
disappeared.
7. The red light began fading away in the distant horizon.
8. My friend the length was more than fifty meters, I told him my
estimation is more than hundred meters. The diameter of the spaceship was
around twenty five meters
9. Therefore, from above timings, if the length of the town is 30
kilometers, the velocity of the spaceship at that moments, can be
calculated to be approximately 4320 km/h.
Clearly what we witnessed was an entry or re-entry of a spaceship, through
the earth's atmosphere, but is there any knowledge about discovery or
existence of such an advanced system of propulsion worldwide? Is it
possible for any government to hide such enormous machines from the media?
Therefore, my conclusion was that what we had witnessed was an entry of a
spaceship from a different world that was controlled by different
intelligence.
