The title should be : Thoughts about Aliens...
Especially for OM Henry - PA7KK
Firstly : The Human is the measuring stick for anything else
!
( in german : Der Mensch ist der Masstab aller Dinge )
Strange ? There bodies are like ours? and so you go...
Secondly : A Alien generation 1000 years advanced will
outclass us in every respect.
A generation of 100 years will do as well.
It is conceiveable that we - WE - are under observation. But
WHY ?
IF they come from a similar planet, similar Atmo/Meso/Hydro
ASO -sphere?
Yes , then maybe its a form of interrest called : Curiosity
!
All other forms..the Methane breathers, the rock eaters and
such...what would WE have to offer.?
Everything out there is conceiveable.
More likely WE are more a : Zoo, maybe with a lush
atmosphere, hydros...and so on. If they come from a similar
planet, there is probably similar evolvment, therefore the
looks : 2 eyes, ears, nose and throat and so on are there.
But very likely not a similar political system. Methinks in
that , and education and behaviour and such...there is the
real difference. There is NO necessity for them to DEVELOP
an ATOMIC Weapon. Is there?
They might do pity on us, seeing it as we are destroying
ourselves.
The real difference is not in human thinking, its elsewhere.
They might NOT have a : Walt Disney, Adolph Hitler, never
known a Ceasar to be, and Stalin and a Roswell...
Similarity? Yes , on common Biological grounds...But why
should THEY approach our world leaders ? When even a common
citizen cant?
Hopefully they have humour. More even than WE need. And
thats probably the mostest alien thing...to expect the same
sort of humour from a Outworlder.
Think : Who would have interrest in our world?
Only the ones who have a similar base. (What will methan
breathers from us?)
What might interrest them ? : Our world is THEIR Disney park
!
Now, a Generation of them 1000 years back...wont have space
travel.
A generation 100 years back ...neither. (Compared to us, of
course)
As is , WE are outclassed in every way. We dont understand
our own Witches, or ESP. Worse, we don't want to
care...Maybe thats it.
Look, what do WE have to offer a Space Generation which is
able to come to us?
Look, what would WE want to have what they had (maybe?) to
offer to us?
Mh...I just fed my dogs...but they behave as they never got
anything...
Mhh, OM Henry...2 eyes, 2 ears, two arms, two legs...Maybe
they (!) have 2 brains...then weve lost already...
Well, there is annother question , already answered by some
writers. Why is the size of the aliens about (comparable) to
ours...?
This is probably more alien than anything in similar looks.
( Dont forget, it is said WE are only using a small
percentage of our brains - as many Packeteers do (Hehe)
