Iowa Huge Rectangular Shape Spinning
Des Moines -- This sighting happened on Friday, August 18, 2006, I was
visiting a buddy and we were just leaving a restaurant round 1:15 PM. I was
about to hop into the truck, when I happened to look up to see a huge
rectangular shape spinning in the sky. It was kind of hard to describe with
very rounded edges - it looked soft - and it was rotating steadily as it
ascended. It was roughly 1,000 feet high and black or dark gray in color.
It looked like an inflatable mattress filled up with helium, but a lot
bigger. It was thirty feet on it's longest side and about five feet in
height. My first thought was 'this is a prank,' because it looked so soft.
I tried unsuccessfully to take pictures with my camera phone. The 'soft
rectangle' ascended steadily for a good five minutes, rotating the entire time.
We followed along in my friend's truck until it got so high I lost sight of

Michigan Orbs and Red Blinking Lights
EAGLE -- Patty D. writes, "We had a sighting on Wacousta Road on August 25,
2006, with Michelle S., her two daughters, as well as my two daughters and
I. Michelle's girls were to spend the night at our house and we decided to
take some pictures of the girls, riding their skateboards. Roughly, an hour
later, Michelle was in her car getting ready to leave when I noticed lights
pretty far up in the sky heading straight west. It was two huge "golden"
colored lights connected to one object. It reminded me of the triangle
lighted/rod I saw on February 14. I instantly "knew" it had a "missing
light" in-between the two golden/amber lights. I could actually see the
outline of the object between the two golden/amber lights. It was veering
more and more vertical then, it just straightened out horizontally.
As I glanced up again, the two golden/amber lights, and this object, did a
complete turnaround and it was "circling" and suddenly, it lit up with
multi-colored lights then, red and golden/amber lights. It WAS definitely a
triangle as I could then see the faint outlined shape. I then said,"What is
that"? Michelle got out of her car and we saw it move very slowly. Then, as
it started to level off horizontally and it lurched forward, sped up and
then proceeded in a southeast direction.
We kept watching, when the triangle came out from behind the trees,
Michelle said, "Oh my God! It's a triangle,and absolutely huge!" Suddenly,
it circled and banked sharply around and headed straight towards us. You
could see just how incredibly large this triangle was. It was halfway
between a vertical position and a horizontal position. We could now see the
entire underside. Michelle and I both took pictures of it.
Now, the triangle's underside was all lit up,.and in unison, we both
exclaimed to each other "did you see that?" All 3 undersides had many,
many, many large round gold colored lights outlining the entire underside 3
edges. There were so many, you could not count them and then they looked
like pure gold lights. It was amazing, the gold was just so gold. Then, a
BIG huge round solid red portal circle appeared underneath it.
It was a transparent/plasma type of red. It "fluctuated" and appeared to
flare, it was NOT a light and then, yet NOT a solid flame either. It gave
me the impression there was some sort of a plasma/energy/heat field around
this "portal". We saw "windows" like those on my very first triangle
sighting on February 14, 2006 only there were more this time. These windows
were all lit up this time with a "clear" light, like light bulbs. The
"windows" "appeared" like fluorescent type tubes of light. It flew west
again going back behind the trees.
The triangle then proceeded to continue in a southeasterly direction, until
it was out of sight. When I tried to take pictures the camera was NOT
letting me focus on to the triangle, so then I turned it to video. My
battery indicator instantly started flashing that the batteries were almost
dead and it would NOT let me turn on the video. So I quickly turned it to
auto.and I managed to get three pictures before the camera went totally
dead. Only the first picture turned out "somewhat" okay...the second
picture shows orbs. Michelle had just put new batteries in her camera the
viewer showed, 0:00. We set in the correct date. As soon as the triangle
appeared and she was taking pictures of it, her camera batteries again died
immediately thereafter. The triangle made a "whoooooooshing" sound. I
called my neighbors, Tom and Phyllis V. immediately after the triangle
left, and asked them if they saw it. Phyllis said she saw red/yellow
lights, as they were driving down the road, and she thought it was a
helicopter and her husband thought it was an airplane. Michelle had an
enormous pounding migraine headache all night and started vomiting after

New Hampshire Colored Lights
Franklin -- I witnessed a strange event on the night of December 1, 2004,
with my two older children and fiance. We were watching a movie when above
my curtains I saw colors of light, which were pink, blue, and red
oscillating around. I looked out the window and I saw beautiful colors
going round and round. I yelled to my fiance to come look. Everyone saying
what the heck is that? So my fiance ran outside looked up and everything
disappeared immediately. There was no noise I was so scared so I called the
police station in Franklin and asked them if there was any low flying
planes or anything in the area? They asked me what happened so I told them
and two of the cops were talking and mentioned that one week earlier they
had a similar call of a man driving down Route 4 in Boscawen seeing lights

New Jersey Yellow Object Appeared
Lumberton - I was in a car with my girlfriend and my boyfriend saw a yellow
round object in the sky that seemed unusual. We all looked up trying to
figure out what it could be and the yellow light started to fade away but
twinkling at the same time. There was a cloud like shaped C to the right of
the object. When it faded away the cloud also faded away. Five seconds
later, the yellow light appeared again but this time it was brighter. After
a few seconds it began to turn red and as it changed colors the object got
smaller and slowly faded away twinkling. All together this event took three
to four minutes. The object never moved from the spot and could have been a
tower, but it was way too high in the air to be a tower. That's what made
me believe it was a UFO and because of the actions it was making.
North Carolina Flashing Lights
currituck county - On August 20, 2006, I saw four to five craft just across
the border of Virginia North Carolina border. I saw four flashing lights
with no sound, it was during the time before moonrise about 10 PM. There
was no sound. They faded out one had four dimly lit lights diamond shaped
that matched the fabric of my womanly outfit. These craft are extremely

Washington a Large Green Round Shaped Object
West Side of Stevens Pass - While being detoured onto Goat Trail Road
because of a paving operations on August 22, 2006, I noticed a very large
bright green round shaped object in the sky. I had to slow the van to a
stop and watched this object hovering up and down. It moved slowly off a
bit and stopped again. Then, it took off with such speed I just couldn't
believe what I had witnessed. The passengers in my van missed the object. A
news report came on the radio about a week later at noon reporting
government and private radars tracked the object and a lot of people had
reported seeing this object. I can't remember exact date. Thanks to Brian

Canada UFO Photos
Fort St. John BC - On August 19, 2006, at 1:30 PM, I was helping a friend
haul out his Moose and while we were waiting for a couple of other people
to show up I started scanning the skies and taking random photos. My friend
said what's that? I looked up to see an object moving over top of us at a
high speed. I set my camera on high speed to lessen any blur and snapped a
few shots. I thought that it was gone in the second photo but it was not.
It had moved southwest about a quarter mile away. There was no wind and it
made no sound. I use the high speed setting because it shows bugs and the
like better. You can see their wings which helps to eliminate them as
likely suspects. These photos were taken about 20 miles north of town.
These objects just make quick flybys and I've yet to see anything just

SCARBOROUGH'S - Paul Shishis writes, `UFOs in our skies and power outages
may be connected. We had a two hour power outage between 1 and 3 AM, on
August 21, 2006, from Victoria Park Avenue east to Markham Road. More than
half of Scarborough's Township-lights were out! The following morning at
work about 8:15 AM, a circling sharp turning Cessna was flying overhead for
about 15 minutes. Later at about 10:15 AM, I noticed a jet making a hook
turn towards my position. I took three pictures to capture the moment. The
trails thin out and the jet headed just north of my position and stopped
dispensing it's trail. If you look along the trail, you can see a small
round white dot, maybe an unknown. The real smoker on that day August 21,
near 12:09 PM, I caught a smoking picture of a UFO, a dark brown cigar
shaped craft. The picture will not be released to the public until at later

SASKATOON, SASKATCHEWAN - On August 26, 2006, I was in downtown Saskatoon,
at the foot of the Broadway Bridge, following a bridge party and fireworks
display in celebration of the city's centennial (the city had shut down one
of our major river crossings for an evening street celebration). The
streets were pretty much vacant by about 11:30 PM, except for a few
clean-up crews and security personnel.
I looked up, roughly northward well over the tops of the high downtown
buildings, just in time to see what appeared to be three lights in an
equilateral triangle formation fade into the darkness. I blinked a couple
of times to see if there was something really there or I might have been
imagining it. But that was it, three lights fading into the night sky over
the city.
Editor's Note: William Stewart writes, "There were two sightings related to
Saskatoon in Flier's Files #34. It should be included in these reports that
there was an Air Show on in Saskatoon the weekend of August 18-20th,
including promotional flyovers the previous week and planes leaving the
following days."
MEXICO: UFOs BUZZ BASILICA?
GUADALUPE BASILICA -- Ana Luisa Cid reports, " We have photos of a probable
chance UFOs over the Basilica de Guadalupe in Northern Mexico City.`As a
further detail,' she writes, `due to the sinking of the old Basilica's
foundations, a new circular-based shrine was built beside it, where the
original image of Our Lady of Guadalupe is now venerated.'
The image, taken by Mario Casta, is dated August 14, 2006 while the one
from Ing. Hurtado below is dated September 2001. Both photographs were
recently submitted to researcher Ana Luisa Cid.
New Zealand Spherical White Glowing Light
HIRA NELSON - On August 19, 2006, at 2 AM, I was amazed to see a bright
circular ball of light come up suddenly from behind the trees and shoot off
up into the stars at a tremendous velocity. The entire wall of our bedroom
is glass so we had a great view as it flew up at a slight angle but soon
disappeared. I was a bit perplexed as to what it was but it came back about
half an hour later and I saw it for longer time. It was very high and
traveling very fast breaking and wobbling a little as if there was some
turbulence. If it had been a plane it would have been traveling many
thousands of miles per hour but it also came straight down on nearly the
same path that it had left on. The object was circular or a spherical white

Poland Sightings Increase
ToruA=B1 -- This photo was taken on May 20, 2006, on a Torun housing
estate. The anonymous witness did not actually see the UFO when taking the
photo. He took photos of some products for a catalog, setting the white
balance. No sounds accompanied the alleged UFO manifestation. Watching the
photos, he noticed a strange, cigar - shaped object that appeared in the
sky at 13:39:25. On the next photo taken on 13:39:27, there is no trace of
it. The witness did not agree to publish the whole photo, being afraid that
someone may recognize his estate. A SONY DSC-H1 camera was used.
Zloczew -- On August 2, 2006, at 6:20 PM, a white, cigar-shaped UFO was
seen by three witnesses attending a traditional pilgrimage to Jasna Gora
Monastery in Czestochowa to pay a visit to the Black Madonna's Miraculous
Image. Alicja Rafalont stated, " It was a cigar with round edges. We were
setting up the tent and the object was already there. Other pilgrims saw
the UFO. We were observed for ten minutes and then the object disappeared

Stanczyki Aqueduct -- Our good friend Piotr Cielebias sent this image,
which was taken by Juan Carlos Troncoso, a Chilean national living in
Poland. Mr. Troncoso took the photo on August 18, 2006, at in the bridge of
Stanczyki. The picture was taken with a Nikon F80 and 28/200 zooms during
my holidays in the beautiful region of Suwalki Northern Poland."
Czestochowa -- On August 2, 2006, at about 8:10 PM, a strange behaving
object was noticed in the sky over Czestochowa. It was the sunset; with a
huge star seen among the clouds in northwestern sky. It was shining with
soft, light-yellow light. Spherical and motionless object was at high
altitude in close vicinity to a small cloud. At one moment, it dimmed and
soon after it reappeared. The object was pulsating then disappeared for
thirty minutes.
Kamienica Slaska -- Mr. Grzegorz from Czestochowa taped a strange white
object near Czestochowa passing quickly over a groove of trees. It was
another sighting that recently took place in Czestochowa area. In August
2006 the region became a hot spot for UFO sightings. Check the video:

United Kingdom Unusual Maneuvering Lights
Worksop -- On August 24, 2006, six witnesses between 1 and 2:30 AM, saw
three lights flying towards the Hospital at the top of Kilton Hill. There
were two very bright lights, at times a faint red, but then it brightened
to really bright white and nearly fire looking. The lights were quite close
and moving strangely around, often swooping positions, one going left and
fading out then coming around and the other doing the same. This would last
for 5-10 minutes then both fade away or move off to the right in the
distance for a long time. Then they later reappeared.
Later over the golf course we saw one red light, sometimes constant,
sometimes blinking and moving weirdly left to right then in circles, up
down, everything. Later we saw another faint red light appear, then another
one, then another one. There were four or five in this one area, but they
all disappeared apart from the first one. After roughly an hour it started
moving right, straight into the path of the first two white lights which
suddenly appeared again. This thing was seriously moving across the sky
quickly, but not at warp speed, but double a plane's speed easy, and it
just kept going. None of these lights made noise, but we did see a really
strange plane looking thing fly over with two bright white flashing lights
going the length of the thing and it didn't sound like a plane either.
BRISTOL AIRPORT -- On August 24, 2004, two of my friends went out for a
smoke at roughly 9 PM, we saw a UFO going across the sky, we all saw
something too. It was a large bright light which went straight across the
sky extremely fast, it went into the distance and stayed there for a while
then slowly fell an dimmed out.
We live near Bristol airport and we see planes going to and from the
airport about every 10 minutes. This was certainly not a plane it was going
way too fast. We came to the conclusion it was a shuttle as NASA is
releasing one later this week but I did not know the date. I had a look on
science daily to find out that it is apparently being launched on the 27th.
So it can't be the shuttle. None of us had seen anything like this before.
