This weeks files cover: Dorothy Kilgallen Claims UFO Crashed, Mars
structures and Tubes, Towers on the Moon, and MUFON/NUFORC Bi-Monthly April
UFO Weather Map.
Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon were spotted over: California, Colorado,
Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania,
and Washington. UFOs were also seen in Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, Poland,
and United Kingdom.
These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists,
but my hypothesis is that of the over one hundred UFOs reported each week,
represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance of
Earth. Uncorrelated targets enter our atmosphere four or five times a week.
Uncorrelated targets are those not contained in computer banks of objects
in space. The frequent visits to our planet indicate we humans are under
surveillance while minerals, food and water are being taken. The United
States Air Force Blue Book Project conducted a worldwide investigation of
UFOs from 1947 until December 1969, when it allegedly disbanded its
investigative team. We are continuing the investigation and make the
assumption we are not alone in the universe.
Dorothy Kilgallen Claims UFO Crashed
Dorothy Kilgallen was an Irish-American journalist and television game show
panelist, perhaps best known nationally for her syndicated newspaper column
The Voice of Broadway and her role as panelist on the television game show
What's My Line? On November 8 , 1965 , Dorothy was found dead in her New
York City home at the age of 52. She had, apparently, succumbed to a fatal
combination of alcohol and seconal. It is not known whether it was a
suicide, murder or an accidental death. Her death certificate cites the
cause of death as "undetermined".
Because of her open criticism of the Warren Commission and other US
government entities, and her association with Ruby and recent interview of
him, some speculate that she was murdered by members of the alleged JFK
conspiracy . Kilgallen had become a friend of Marilyn Monroe and the break
up with the Kennedy's, the rumor was she had secrets such as the visit by
the President at a secret air base for the purpose of inspecting things
from outer space. In the mid-fifties Kilgallen learned of secret effort by
US and UK governments to identify the origins of crashed spacecraft and
dead bodies, from a British government official. In May of 1955 she made
the following statement in an International New Service cable that was
later published in the Los Angeles Examiner.
"I can report today on a story which is positively spooky, not to mention
chilling. British scientists and airmen, after examining the wreckage of
one mysterious flying ship, are convinced these strange aerial objects are
not optical illusions or Soviet inventions, but are flying saucers which
originate on another planet. The source of my information is a British
official of cabinet rank who prefers to remain unidentified. "We believe,
on the basis of our inquiry thus far, that the saucers were staffed by
small men ---probably under four feet tall. It's frightening, but there is
no denying the flying saucers come from another planet." This official
quoted scientists as saying a flying ship of this type could not have been
constructed on Earth. The British Government, I learned, is withholding an
official report on the 'flying saucer' examination at this time, possibly
because it does not wish to frighten the public."
I believe the most likely source was Lord Mountbatten. He was first Sea
Lord (1955-1958) and Chief of Defence Staff (1959-1965). Mountbatten was
murdered while sailing near his holiday home in Ireland in 1979. His
experience in the region and in particular his widely known Labor
sympathies led to Clement Attlee appointing him Viceroy of India after the
war. In his position as Viceroy, Mountbatten oversaw the granting of
independence to the Partitioned India as India and Pakistan " I had dinner
with Prince Phillip due to his interest in UFOs at Sculthorpe RAF Base. He
told me his nephew Mountbatten had seen UFOs while in the Navy.
MARS: THOUSANDS OF ALIEN STRUCTURES
Norman Bryden writes, `This new image I discovered is the first I am
posting of the South Pole area photographed by the Mars Global Surveyor.
The image seems to be covered with hundreds of alien structures connected
by an intricate road network. When you resize and resample the full image
you can download from the links below, you can see thousands of structures
more clearly. Notice the large groups of structures located in the two
craters on the left of the image. The full image looks like a landscape
covered with infrastructure and thousands of structures built by an
intelligent species on Mars at 67.67øS 12.34øW, each scaled pixel width is

Norman Bryden continues: This is a closer image of what looks like a
Martian City photographed by the Mars Global Surveyor. Please observe how
the long structures intertwine and travel up and over and down and under
each other. These tube like structures are miles in length and quite large.
The precision instrumentation sent to Mars by scientists has recorded a
vast network of infrastructure. If we were on the surface, you would be
astounded by the incredible size and complexity. In between these roads are
many block and other shaped structures. The structures are stacked in steps
in places and there is a variety of shapes you can easily see. These
structures cannot be explained by any known nonliving process. They can be
explained by processes we see on earth built by intelligent beings.
I think that many of the images have been intentionally degraded. It is my
opinion that they have better images and the images released are an attempt
to slow down the learning curve regarding the astounding structures on
Mars. The technology on Mars is obvious and the geometry and magnitude of
the structures shows the advanced intelligent nature of the species. Thanks

Editor's Note:
It is very likely that a civilization on another planet would look very
different from our own. We know the atmosphere on Mars is very thin, and
most of the water is underground, therefore it would make sense to build
structures underground or to use tubes or subway tunnels for communication.
Moon Towers
Lee Guilmette writes: In the latter mid 60's the Lunar Orbiter's 5 missions
took photographic images of 99.9 % of the entire surface of the moon. The
image shows the Crater Tycho's yawning mouth, 54 miles in diameter. A
strange tower pokes out a tongue of stone 7,000 feet high. The crisp rim
and untarnished rays is recent by moon standards. Surveyor 7 soft landed on
comparatively smooth terrain just beyond the crest of the rim at upper
left. With all the pocked craters on the moon and their relative closeness
to one another, how did a 7,000 feet high stone tower stand alone to
survive such heavy meteorite bombardments? The similarity of the tower-like
stone tongues on either hemisphere of the moon are most intriguing. Are
they beacons to reflect and transmit the rays of the Sun or broadcast
receiver and transmission towers for linkage to the Universal radio waves?

MUFON/NUFORC Bi-Monthly April UFO Weather Map
Steve Reichmuth writes,' Blue symbols for the Mufon CMS data base reports,
and red symbols for Peter Davenport's NUFORC reports for April 16 to the
31st 2006. Triangle objects were operating in tight local areas such as
south east Pennsylvania. In other cases large triangle craft operate
dispersed, over a wide region with smaller disks, and even smaller orbs
reported. Speculating here only, it is as we humans are like `whales.' The
orbs search and locate abductee's, medium size objects perform any likely
abduction, and the largest triangles and enormous disks that never land,
are in essence the `whale factory ships'. That is if the theoretical goal
is hybridization, and gathering genetic material.
Activity continues in western Indiana, New York and Connecticut. April 4
saw very busy activity again around Lake Erie and Ontario. There was a
possible landing and entity report in Mercer, New York on April 13, 2006.
The end of this report suggests possibly the witness's mother may have had
similar experiences. There was a lone large Triangle craft sighting on
April 11, 2006 in Great Falls, Montana.
There was also a vague `Entity' report in the NUFORC data base on April
29th in Los Angeles. There were numerous reports of red lights on April
29-30 in Portland, Oregon and red formations of lights were seen later that
night heading east along the Columbia River basin. The red lights as one
witness reported in Walla Walla, Washington, `Objects appear in the sky in
triangular formation, and move at unbelievable speeds and precision. Make

F-89 Jet Fighter Found in Lake Superior
Port Huron - Divers from the Great Lakes Dive Company claim to have located
a US Air Force F-89 Scorpion jet fighter that disappeared in 1953, over
Lake Superior. The F-89 with tail number 51-5853A was piloted by 1st Lt.
Felix Moncla, Jr, with Second Lt. Robert L. Wilson as the Radar Intercept
Officer. The divers using sophisticated side scan sonar have located two
possible aircraft and a third unidentified object in deep water. The
wreckage of the plane and object that the F-89 collided with it until now
have never been found.
I spoke with a radar operator who worked in the Air Defense Command radar
site on November 23, 1953. During the evening radar picked up an
unidentified target over Lake Superior. Kinross Air Force Base nearby
alerted the 433rd Fighter Interceptor Squadron at Truax Field, in Madison,
Wisconsin, and an F-89 C all-weather interceptor was scrambled. U.S. Air
Force accident report records indicate that the F-89 was vectored WNW, then
W, climbing to 30,000 feet. While on a westerly course, the F-89 was
cleared to descend to 7,000 feet, turning ENE and coming steeply down to
the unknown target from above. The last radar contact placed the
interceptor at 8,000 feet, 70 miles off Keeweenaw Point. The F-89 was
trying to intercept and investigate an unusual radar blip when it crashed.
Radar operators watched as the "blips" of the UFO and the F-89 merged on
their scopes, in an apparent collision, and disappeared. No trace of the
plane was ever found. The U.S. Air Force claimed the F-89 was launched to
intercept a Royal Canadian Air Force C-47, later the fighter jet had
collided with the Canadian transport plane, but the RCAF then, and the CAF
today deny any of their planes was over the lake on that date.
The same day an F-89 from the same squadron crashed and also had some kind
of catastrophe that didn't give the crew time to eject. Despite repeated
engine changes, problems persisted, compounded by the discovery of
structural problems with the wings that forced a refit of 194 -A, -B, and
-C models. When I chased a UFO we flew faster then the red lined speed
limit of our aircraft during the thrill of the chase. The underwater F-89
is missing a wing. Great Lakes Dive Company representative Jimenez claims
that the plane is mostly intact and lying upright in deep water and in
searching the general vicinity of the wreck, we found an unidentified
object that apparently hit the F-89. One wing of the aircraft is missing
and is likely the point of contact. Jimenez declined to identify the other

California a Perfect Square Object
Hayward - driving on 580 Freeway on August 10, 2006, about 2:45 AM, I
noticed a set of low flying lights coming just over the freeway from the
east. The Oakland Airport is to the West, so I just watched these lights
approach. We were headed North, and the lights seem be going about six
miles an hour. I figured they would cross right over us when we reach the
top of the hill, where we would make our turn. The lights looked like huge
car headlights, with a smaller diamond looking light gracing either side of
them. They looked like this...o-OO-o
It had no lights flashing and it banked a bit, and back, as they approached
about 700 feet above the freeway. These lights were a soft goldish color,
but they were still bright. There was no noise as the lights flew slowly
over us. It was a near perfect square. No wings or fuselage only a large
light in each corner, the same size as the 'headlights' in the front, and
the same color. Between each large lights was a small light, so the object
could have been octagon shaped. There was also a tiny red light, very tiny
on each side of the object.
There was a soft pearl colored light in the middle. The lights on the
object did not light the underside at all, nor did they flash. Even with
all those lights, the object itself was blacker than pitch. Its intense
blackness made it stand out even darker than the night sky, so with the
placement of the lights, I could still perceive a great thickness about it,
rather than it being flat. It was the size of nine large Cadillac's parked
in a square, but it could have been larger. It was very much like a large
flying lozenge. The whole sighting took six minutes.

The photographer reports the photo was taken on July 23, 2006. He did not
see the object in the sky prior to taking the shot.
Florida Bright Search Light Maneuvers
Orlando International Airport -- On August 23, 2006, at 12:47 AM, I was
just outside and saw this big bright light over the trees, to the north. I
have 20/13 vision, but also have an astigmatism, so all I could see was
this moving light coming up over the trees. It was far too high up for a
helicopter with a search light. It was moving around searching for
something. As it came closer I could see its shape. The rear section was
also lit and seemed to have bars or something over it, criss crossed, like
two by twos across each other. The body was wide, and the wings, if there
were wings, were short, and kind of knobby. Too short to be jet wings.
The bright searchlight was turned off and all of a sudden it conducted hard
maneuvers, turning back and forth, mostly going straight, but just doing
this weird maneuver. The wing was small, and the body of the thing was
seriously wide and the whole dome was lit up. The bottom had criss-cross
bars. Later, it came back making the same maneuvers. This time, it had the
spotlight on coming from the northeast, from low, and going higher, and
then circling around a bit and then heading due north. I could hear a quiet
engine. I am convinced that this was an alien spaceship. Thanks to Brian

Idaho Bright Flash
Grand Tetons -- On August 19, 2006, we were staying up watching the sky
when there was a bright flash of light like lightning. My sister ran into
the room and told us about lights that looked like a cell phone tower's
lights that blinked very quickly to different colors. The light mainly
stayed red and fell quickly to the ground in one or two seconds. I went
outside and talked to some people near the Tetons, that were camping who
said it looked like someone had shone a searchlight on everything. Thanks
