Australian Disc near Perth
This week the Files cover: George Washington's First Order to Revolutionary
soldiers. North Korea Missiles Launched, Mars UFO and Colorado UFO are
similar.
Unidentified Flying Objects were spotted over: California, Colorado,
Florida Shuttle Launch, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Utah, and
Washington. UFOs were also seen in Australia, Canada, Croatia, Mexico, and
the United Kingdom. These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent
life not only exists, but my hypothesis is that of the over one hundred
UFOs reported each week, many represent alien craft. The United States Air
Force Blue Book Project conducted a worldwide investigation of UFOs from
1947 until December 1969, when it disbanded its investigative team,. We are
continuing the investigation and make the assumption we are not alone in
the universe.
Mars Like UFOs over Colorado
While reading this weeks files (Filer's Files #26 -2006) I noticed a report
on a UFO in Colorado. The UFO looked very similar to one I noticed in a
Mars Rover image in the sky above the planet's surface.
I have included both side by side. Apart from this, I am noticing many
images with "things" in the skies of Mars from the Rover images. Thanks to

President Washington's First Order
At the start of the American Revolutionary War in 1775, General George
Washington took command of the Continental Army to fight England, then the
world's most powerful nation. The first general order issued to his
pitifully few troops who had little hope of winning the war stated:
"The General most earnestly requires and expects a due observance of those
articles of war established for the government of the army, which forbid
profane cursing, swearing and drunkenness. And in like manner, he requires
and expects of all officers and soldiers not engaged in actual duty, a
punctual attendance of Divine Services, to implore the blessing of Heaven
upon the means used for our safety and defense."

North Korea Launches Multiple Missiles
Six medium range Scud missiles were successfully launched 600 miles into
the Sea of Japan on July 4, 2006. The Taepodong 2 long range missile has a
range as far as 9200 miles. Armed with a nuclear warhead it could destroy
most cities on the US West Coast. The Missile Defense System was activated
and was prepared to attempt to shoot down the missile if it was going to
hit the US. Just a few seconds after lift off the missile exploded.
California Unusual Fast Flying Light
VICTORVILLE -- I was talking on the phone on the back patio on June 29,
2006, at 10 PM, when I saw a bright light. I counted it as a star until I
noticed it was moving, and I watched it move towards Four Corners ever so
slightly. After awhile it started to dim, and once almost out of sight it
shot forward extremely fast and it was gone. My friend on the phone
indicated that his Dad said that it may have been the Aurora space craft
which he saw a couple days ago. The Aurora is triangular and maybe the
sighting someone else had in a report I read on this site. Thanks to Brian

Florida Shuttle Discovery is Launched
CAPE CANAVERAL -- Shuttle is launched successfully on July 4, 2006, with
its seven astronauts at 2:38 PM and will rendezvous with the International
Space Station on Thursday bringing supplies and equipment. Two astronauts,
an American and a Russian, are already living on the station. German
Astronaut; Thomas Reiter will expand the size of the station crew to three
for the first time since 2003. Staffing was scaled back in the wake of the
Columbia disaster because of the lack of shuttle supply flights.
Michigan Unknown Lights and Photos
Eagle --This is Patty Donahue, thought you might be interested in seeing my
new pictures. I took the following pictures while out driving on the back
roads near my home on May 4, 2006.
When I take pictures, I try to take anywhere from 3-10 frames of the same
shot, so I can see what may appear. The photo shows a UFO (though you have
to zoom in to see it). The photo is enlarged, so you could see the UFO. In
later photos it's just gone, vanished. The craft appeared to be disc shaped
and an estimated 25 feet in diameter. I hope you enjoy the pictures. Thanks

SOO MICHIGAN -- David Helwig writes, "Tonight's June 29, 2006, edition of
the Soo Evening News reports that police responded to an account of an
unidentified flying object on Wednesday night in the 1000 block of East 7th
Avenue in the Michigan Soo. The UFO is said to have hovered without noise
there for almost one hour. It was very shiny on top, just like the visor on
an astronaut's helmet, the newspaper said. "While police might have
dismissed the report had it come from a lone individual, neighbors and
other supported the original caller's claims of a strange object hovering
in the sky," the Evening News said. Thanks to David Helwig.
New Jersey Sightings
Gloucester -- It was summer 1963 during a baseball game. I had hit a single
and was on first base. The first baseman (Jimmy Steffens) and I were
looking in toward home plate anticipating the next pitch. Off in the
distance above the head of the batter was a tiny light like a star. It came
from the horizon at an unimaginable speed. The sky was clear except for a
cloud right above our heads. The height of the cloud was unknown and
covered an area the size of a pizza pie held at arms length. This thing
came at such a speed as to be beyond anything we have ever seen. It entered
the cloud and was the size of a dime held at arms length. It did not exit
the cloud, as expected, rather it sped off in the same direction that it
came from. The reverse direction only took two seconds and took off in the
same direction that it came in at such a speed that by the time we started
yelling the other players missed seeing it as it disappeared in the distant
horizon.
Later that night we were all playing hide and go seek. Jimmy and I chose a
hiding place together. What happened to Jimmy and me is too bizarre to tell
on paper. I am afraid if I explain it you will think of me as crazy. Thanks

MONMOUTH -- It was around 1:30 PM, in West Long Branch, NJ. I was at the
BBQ for the residents of the Senior Housing Complex where I work. We had a
dunk tank that the seniors could get a chance to dunk our Maintenance
Supervisor in. I took many different shots of this with all the residents
throwing baseballs at the trigger point. No one saw or heard anything
abnormal at that point.
The next day I downloaded the pictures and noticed that one of them had the
black circle. It wasn't anything my co-workers or I could explain. It
appeared to be pretty high in the sky, within a 1/2 mile. It looked like a
black ball with a translucent black swirl around it. No one had thrown
anything higher than the tank area. Thanks to MUFON CMS
New York White Sphere "Again" !
INTERLAKEN -- I was driving home from Trumansburg, on June 20, 2006 after
visiting with a friend. I was driving home, north on Route 96 and was
between the villages of Trumansburg and Interlaken at 1:25 a.m., north of
the city of Ithaca, NY. The area is very rural and I was about half-way to
Interlaken and I noticed a white sphere that had come out of an open field
by some trees. After a second or two, the sphere shot up at an amazing rate
of speed.
After the object went out of sight when I heard a voice tell me, "We'll be
back for you soon". Of course, this scared me to death, I've had several
previous incidents that involved these spheres and missing time. As I drove
into the village of Interlaken, I couldn't shake the idea that I was not
alone. It only took a minute to drive through the village, and a mile out
on the lonely road, I suddenly felt as though someone had been sitting next
to me. I was so paralyzed with fright that I couldn't bring myself to look
over. It may have been just a projected image that "they" put in my
head...or, it could've been my imagination working. The fear and panic
could've induced this feeling. However, when I regained my senses, I
realized that I was driving 94 miles per hour and the speed limit was only
55. The moment that I felt a presence in the car was about 1:30 AM. I saw
no other car in the total of 9 miles I had driven from Trumansburg. This is
unusual considering that this is a major highway that connects many
different towns. I should've at least encountered about 6-7 vehicles this
time of the night on this highway.
FULTON -- We stopped and got out of the car at 9 PM, on October 30, 1969,
when I noticed a large orange cigar shaped object moving slowly from the
north. I told my friend to look at this. We watched as it came to a stop,
and a piece of the same color fell from it. The piece then burst into
flames and the object then moved off in the same direction it came from. It
was a clear night with many stars visible. I remember this as if it
happened yesterday.
MANHATTAN -- On June 14, 2006, an observer witnessed a "Fleet" of eight
White Dots/UFOs" in formation outside my apartment window on the Upper
Westside of Manhattan. Five of the objects then "broke formation" and

FOSTORIA - A cigar shaped flying object was videotaped by George Ritter on
June 30, 2006, at 6:54 PM,, over a neighbor's farm. Thanks to George Ritter
Oklahoma UFO Dives in Pond
OKLAHOMA CITY -- On June 27, 2006 at 10:40 PM, I was in my back yard
smoking and facing south. I looked up at the sky and noticed a light to my
west. At first, I thought it was just a flash of light in my eyes. I
blinked a few times and followed the object as it moved from west to east
for about four seconds. The lights were dim but obvious. I would estimate
that it was 4 miles high and about the size of a pencil if held out at
arm's length. There was no blinking of the light and the light ran the
entire length of the blurry object. I watched it disappear into the glow of
the City lights in the east. I live between Tinker AFB and the Oklahoma
City airport. This was NOT a normal aircraft. Thanks to MUFON CMS
FLAGLER -- On June 27, 2006, five of our grandchildren were fishing in our
pond about 3:00 p.m., when they saw a big splash on one side of the pond.
Everything became still, and the pond became like glass as the object sank.
Then they saw a whirlpool in the pond about 8 to 10 feet across that moved
very fast across the pond towards them. When it hit the water there was
steam that went up from the object then the object disappeared to reappear
in another area.
One of the children got on a boat that was at the bank, and she could see
lights around the sides and the object looked like metal. Two other
children said they saw the lights, but two of them said it looked yellow
under the water. Two were still watching it when they saw the water and
grass around the pond next to them start to move violently, so they got
scared and ran to the house. They were very disturbed by what they saw, and
it took three hours before they would tell us what had happened. They range
from 7 to 13 years old and all had the same story. The next day we drove
around and found truck like tracks that led towards the pond, but stopped
before they got to the pond. There was a circle where the grass had been
bent down in an arc shape at the edge of the pond as it splashed into the
pond. They said there was a cloud over them that was swirling. The older
children thought it might be a tornado that sounded like a muffled lawn
mower. I asked the OSU Extension Agency to check for contamination. They
informed me there had been two other similar incidents. Thanks to MUFON

Oregon - Unusual Red Light
North of Bend -- I was traveling north on highway 97, on June 19, 2006, we
were about 40 miles north of Bend, Oregon about 8:30 PM, even though it was
dusk we could see clearly without our headlights. We came upon a red light,
about 100 feet off the ground, that was flashing about once per second.
