UFOs Shut Down Missiles
This week the Files cover: Earth-Like Planet found, A Sign of a Base on
Mars, Mars Faces in Hillside, Mars new HiRise satellite, UFO Disclosure
Revelations, and MUFON UFO Statistical Reports for February 2006.
Unidentified Flying Objects were spotted over Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii,
Mississippi, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio,
Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. UFOs were also seen in Australia, Canada,
Mexico, Peru, Poland and United Kingdom.
These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists,
but my hypothesis is that of the over one hundred UFOs reported each week,
many represent alien craft. The United States Air Force Blue Book Project
conducted a worldwide investigation of UFOs from 1947 until December 1969,
when it disbanded its investigative team. We are continuing the
investigation and make the assumption we are not alone in the universe.
Sacred ancient writings and our earliest structures such as the pyramids,
and artifacts on the Moon and Mars point to alien intelligence. I observed
an alien UFO on my radar and London Control had us intercept the UFO over
England.
Let us look for some of the evidence.
Earth-Like Planet Found
Astronomers have discovered what they call an "Earth-like planet" orbiting
a distant star. They feel they are finally getting close to a possible
discovery of alien life and are searching for another relatively small,
rocky planet where temperatures are neither too hot nor too cold for life
to exist. Most of the planets we discover are huge, gaseous planets like
Jupiter, because these are easy to see. However, we now know that a large
outer planet may protect a habitable planet in the inner orbit of a solar
system, because the large planet absorbs the blows from dangerous
asteroids. The new planet is five times the size of Earth and is unlikely
to have life on it, because it is probably covered with frozen oceans.
Astronomers are excited because this discovery shows that it's possible to
spot Earth-like planets around distant suns, meaning the day may not be too
far off when we will discover alien life.
A Sign of a Base on Mars
Steve Tobias a veteran of the United States Air Force, engineer, and UFO
Researcher writes, "Below is the declarative proof from NASA's own photos
from earlier missions to Mars that tells the world, there is a sign of a
Base on Mars." There is evidence of intelligent design on Mars, symmetrical
patterns on the surface of Mars are there. Symmetry (definition) 1:
balanced proportions ; also : beauty of form arising from balanced
proportions 2: the property of being symmetrical ; especially :
correspondence in size, shape, and relative position of parts on opposite
sides of a dividing line or median plane or about a center or axis --
compare BILATERAL SYMMETRY , RADIAL SYMMETRY 3: a rigid motion of a
geometric figure that determines a one-to-one mapping onto itself. The
image shows an encampment between two wind barrier plateaus. There is
evidence of artificial design, and the site has uniform objects of
construction.
Also NASA wants to wait six months before showing the people any more
photos of Mars using its newly orbiting highly advanced High Resolution
Orbiter (HiRise) that went in to orbit around Mars in late March 2006.

Mars Faces in Hillside
Norman Bryden writes, "Its not easy to find any two images close to each
other that overlap the similar regions of interest on Mars. The photographs
are scattered all about. Not everyone sees the same things in the images
and are not required to. A 19 inch or larger monitor is often required to
see detail. Such is the case of this following photograph taken by the
NASA/JPL Mars Global Surveyor.
There are structures and what looks to be faces carved into the hillsides,
some masked and some not. There are what look like a large number of
dwellings, boxes, and other artifacts of intelligent geometry. There are
many areas that look very much to be intelligently modified. Just to the
right of center there are very light markings that form the letter C, that
looks kind of like the shape of a clamp. A pole seems to be held by a large
statue carving of a man. On the other end of the staff or possible device
is the shape of a shark's fin. This almost looks like some type of
futuristic device, weapon, or symbolic staff.
The man's right arm on the left side in this image is bizarrely wrapped
around the device like that of a snake. Above this staff is the face of a
court jester or other exaggerated features, or possible that of a mask of
some sort. You can see a pronounced chin, a large light colored nose and
brows looking slightly to the left in this section. His hair or head dress
curls around down on both sides of his head. This figure is reminiscent of
the Mayan culture here on Earth. I especially like this photograph because
I can relate to what kind of species may once have been, or currently is on
Mars. This is a rare glimpse of a face with such details that it is
difficult to dismiss as any random formation. There are so many points that
look intelligently modified, that I think this is a good example of what
type of intelligent species there may be on Mars.
The cliff sides here and on the full image are riddled with what looks like
intelligently carved terraces and openings. If you enlarge and resize the

Pre-Incas of Peru
In ancient sites on Earth there are faces similar to those on Mars. Across
from the ruins of Ollantaytambo in the Urubamba Valley stands a sacred
mountain believed to have the profile of Viracocha, the Inca sun god,
carved into the stone. Mysterious The gigantic monoliths are part of what
was to be a shrine or temple from ancient times. The legend goes that a
white bearded God, Wiracocha, entered the town and blessed the people. They
so honored him, that they carved his face in the mountainside, where you
can see it today.
When the sun strikes this profile of Viracocha during the winter solstice,
the mineral content of the mountain reflects and refracts the rays. The
Inca believed that this was a sign verifying the deity of Viracocha. There
are indications these ancient sites reflect the Age of Leo - 13,000 years

First Images from HiRise Show Symbols
Norman Bryden sent this image that was taken by HiRISE on March 24, 2006.
Image AEB_000001_0000_Color is centered at 33.65 degrees south latitude,
305.07 degrees east longitude. It is oriented such that north is 7 degrees
to the left of up. The range to the target was 2,493 kilometers (1,549
miles). At this distance the image scale is 8.17 feet per pixel, so objects
as small as 7.5 meters (24.6 feet) are resolved. The image was taken at a
local Mars time of 07:33 and the sun was 12 degrees above the horizon. Its

Regular use of MARCI and the other science instruments on Mars
Reconnaissance Orbiter will begin in autumn 2006, after the spacecraft's
orbit has been reshaped to a nearly circular, low-altitude path.

excited about the potential of the new HIRISE satellite because its photos
are much clearer and sharper than previous satellite data. e High

Letters such as J, N, C, triangles and Y's are not normally found in
nature. Each week we bring the reader examples that suggest evidence of
artificial design on Mars. Has we scan the JPL Mars photos we have simply
looked for the Y, Z or similar symbol. Almost always nearby there are other
designs or humanoid faces or complex structures. This is happening
repeatedly. In addition, I have been getting phone calls from people who
claim to be Colonels and high ranking military who have seen and
photographed UFOs, and encourage me to keep up this work. I received a call
from Sweden from a person who claims to been abducted and has seen the Y
like symbol emblazoned on the inside of the alien craft. There are also
dots or lines thru or next to the Y. She did not know the meaning of the
sign, but had been told they believed in one universal God.
UFO 'Weather Map' for February 2006

on February 15, 2006.

There were two airborne sightings. One report by the aircraft's First
officer on Feb. 22, 2006, twenty minutes outbound from New York LaGuardia
to Kansas City. Object observed visually. (See New York article that
follows ) A second airborne sighting was reported on Feb 23, 2006 by
passenger thirty minutes outbound from New York's JFK airport southbound to

On closer study of this latest 'February 2006 UFO Weather map', what jumps
out remarkably have been a number of 'cluster' sightings, describing
similar objects or groupings of anomalous lights on the same date, in the
same general area and from both data bases. One example is the State of
Kansas on the night of February 14, 2006 (Valentines Day). Six independent
reports of similar objects from the same general area. Each report in
itself reads not that remarkable in respect to level of strangeness, but
when reviewed collectively, the reports suggest perhaps something more
corroborative and substantiative.
Other similar patterns being the southeast corner of North Carolina on
February 18, 2006 where there could be three possibly corroborative
independent reports. And in southeast Michigan - possibly four more
corroborative independent reports on February 20, 2006.

Guyana, South America on Feb. 15, 2006

There were two UFO sightings near Puerto Vallarta, Mexico on February 1 and
2, 2006. Los Angeles and surrounding area still win the prize for the most
apparent number of UFO reports, and would seem worthy of it's very own
special local 'UFO Weather Map' The number next to map UFO symbol
represents the date sighting occurred for that month. Blue symbols for the
Mufon CMS data base reports, and red symbols for NUFORC reports. Thanks to

UFOs D_Nuclear Specialists Testify To UFOs

The Disclosure Project reports that several military and intelligence
witnesses who were in the Strategic Air Command (SAC) have come forward
with testimony proving that UFOs are real and often are flying over nuclear
weapons and facilities.

officer at Malmstom AFB (http://www.cohenufo.org/Malmstrom%201967.htm) for
the 20th Air Division. I happened to see a message that came through my
communications center. It said ...that 'A UFO was seen near missile
silos'...and it was hovering. It said that the crew going on duty and the
crew coming off duty all saw the UFO just hovering in mid-air. It was a
metallic circular object and from what I understand, the missiles were all
shut down. What I mean by 'missiles going down' is that they went dead. And
something turned those missiles off, so they couldn't be put back in a mode
for launching."

Captain Robert Salas: USAF SAC Missile Launch Officer 1964 to 1971: states,
"The UFO incident happened on the morning of March 16, 1967... on duty at
Oscar Flight as part of the 490th Strategic Missile Squadron and there are
five launch control facilities assigned to that particular squadron... and
I received a call from my topside security guard... and he said that he and
some of the guards had been observing some strange lights flying around the
site around the launch control facility. I said, you mean UFO? He said,
well, he didn't know what they were but they were lights and were flying
around. They were not airplanes; They were not helicopters. They weren't
making any noise... [A little later] our missiles started shutting down one
by one. By shutting down, I mean they went into a "no-go" condition meaning
they could not be launched. These weapons were Minuteman One missiles and
were of course nuclear-tipped warhead missiles. This incident was of
extreme concern to SAC headquarters because they couldn't explain it."
