HBCC UFO Recently Reported Sightings
Eden, 30 Miles South Of Buffalo New York Triangular Shaped UFO
Date: Fall of 1989
Time: Early evening.
I finally decided to report a sighting we had, I believe it was in the
fall of 1989. We live in Eden, a rural area 30 miles south of Buffalo NY.
It was early evening and dark outside. We had company that evening.
My son and my nephew were playing in his bedroom. They knew their friend
from next door was coming over so they decided to scare him as he walked
past the hedgerow on our property. There is an open field with a row of
tall pines behind my neighbour's house, across the street from us. Beyond
the row of pines is a clearing. My son and nephew knew the boy was coming
up the street because they could see his flashlight shining in the night.
When he got to the end of the bushes something caught all of their
attention. Lights were hovering above the clearing behind the tall pines.
I would say this clearing is approximately 500 feet from the street. They
all stopped and watch these colored lights, silently hovering. Then they
said an intense white light came on and lit up the entire clearing. My son
said it was so intense that he could see the silhouette of the pines.
Boys, being boys, thought it would be fun to signal to the object with the
flashlight. They would blink the light on and off and to their amazement
the object flashed back the same sequence. Things got quite frightening
for them when the object swung the intense white light in their direction.
This sent them scrambling into the house shouting for us to come out and
see the UFO.
I was the only one to go out to see what they were talking about. As I
walked outside I was reassuring them they were probably looking at a
helicopter. I walked past the edge of the house and I had a 10 second
glimpse of the object before it disappeared behind the trees. There was no
noise. I kept telling them it was probably a helicopter but I know it
wasn't. At the distance it was, it should have rattled the windows in the
house. And even if it were a helicopter, why would it be looking at an
empty clearing?
The next day, the neighbour boy went to religion class and told his
teacher what they had seen, and she looked surprised and said she had seen
the object from another part of town.
I recently asked my son about it and asked him to describe the object to
me. He said it was a triangular shape. Well, keep up the good work with

Amboy, California I Sat In My Car In A Blue Green Fog - Missing Time
Date: 8/12 or 8/15 1991
Time: After dark
This too happened to me (1991) 8/12 or 8/15 being a Friday afternoon. It
began as I rounded a dry lakebed at Amboy, Ca. Note a recent report on of
a landed UFO in the same area from Davenports site. I was driving alone,
both front windows were rolled down because my air conditioning was not
working and all four locks on the car doors were engaged. The narrow
two-lane road then goes up a hill; it was about 4:00 p.m.
At the hills top it turned dark, then curtain black. Could see only a
brilliant blue/white light at water tower height ahead in the distance
that was flashing. Once glimpsed a northwestern tree line on the left side
of the road. In returning back over the same road the next day noted only
a few short little trees scattered about upon it, as this is a high desert
environment.
In the blackness I could not see anything let alone the road and lost
control of the car before I could stop it. It just seemed to be sliding
back and fourth across the road because I could hear the tires screeching
and then noticed, in order. I had no headlights, no brakes, and the
steering wheel mechanism was not working. Out of control, prepared my
prayers for death as I took my hands off the useless wheel as I saw a red
flashing light up and to the right of my peripheral vision as a male voice
inside my head said, "relax, we are in full control now, your in for the
ride of a lifetime." I had an impression, that a tube was being attached
to my exhaust pipe and a substance was being injected through it into the
car that made no sense since the windows were open. I had by now lost all
interest in what appeared to be my eminent death, resolving not to miss so
much of a second of what was to yet to come.
The very next moment I sat in my car in a blue green fog still wearing my
seat belt. The car engine was cold as if I had been there for some time
and the windows were now rolled up and the four door locks still engaged.
It was so hot in that car I could barely breathe. Yet hell or high water
could not make me unlock the door and again prepared my prayers for
emanate death, rather then open a window so much as a crack as a scene
unfolded in front of my car. As the fog began clearing that I will not
relate as this post is already too long.
That again seemed to impose for the third time, if your counting an
eminent death ahead because I failed to mention that before any of it
started a eminent accident on the road way prior to driving up that hill
had been avoided by little more than a inch or two.
After the scene ended, and still very much alive, I decided asphyxiation
was not the way to go so decided to crack the window only to find that I
was paralysed and could only move my eyes? The next moment, was driving
down the bright moonlet road, both windows down, cool and very happily and
high as a kite admiring the view that illuminated a lunar looking
landscape due to the desolate looking boulders on the drivers side of the
road as another scene, that I will also omit unfolded.
In the end, I arrived at my destination from about fifteen minutes to
forty-five minutes to an hour later than estimated. I had never driven the
road before and the time was an estimation of that of two other friends
who had.
Just as I reached the bottom of the lakebed, prior to driving up the hill
a new blue Lincoln passed me. At the top of the hill, just before it began
to grow black, the Lincoln was so close in front of me I nearly rear-ended
it. Emerging from the sitting still experience, high as a kite, the
Lincoln was still there on the road ahead of me as another omitted scene
occurred that ended in the sky behind me. Having slowed down a couple to a
few minutes to forty-five from about sixty-five to turn my head around
behind me to watch it. When I turned back around the Lincoln was gone.
The view was unobstructed for a very long distance ahead of me. Stunned to
realize the Lincoln should have been there within easy view as I speeded
up to catch sight of it and drove for twenty minutes at ninety-five miles
a hour to find it scaring self nearly to death because I have never driven
that fast before or since. Then and only then did I slow down, catching
sight of a car making a right turn on to the main freeway ahead by about
another twenty minutes on the road ahead of me.
Not entirely convinced it was the Lincoln. Mathematically to my mind the
numbers did not add up.
The missing time so messed up my mind and it got so bad it that after
seven years I could not concentrate for more than two minutes at a time
and my mind would always go back to the event. I was always getting lost
in a town that was only a few blocks square in size. My daughter said it
was disease symptoms. With some extra bucks contacted a regressionist,
she had me lie down on the floor with a pillow as she suggested I return
to the memory of the road where it was dark, get an imaginary flashlight
out of the glove compartment, get out and shine it under my car. Yes, the
wheels were above the road, at least a few feet, at least three of them
were. The next night as I lay down in bed to sleep the missing time
memories filled in to reveal what actually may have really happened, only
to add more weird events and to make a long story short
my mind straightened out and still works even better than before. Like all
mysteries many of us carry, it will probably never be solved but at least
it was put behind me and allowed me to move ahead with my life.

Palo Alto, California Silver Barbell Shaped Object
Date: October 19, 1994
Time: 4:45 p.m.

Shape of objects: Silver Barbell.
My friend and I were sitting up on a rooftop in Palo Alto. It was
approximately 1 hour before sunset, but obviously still very light out and
clear. All of a sudden I looked out and saw an object rapidly approaching
us. The only way I can describe it is that is was in the shape of a
barbell, but instead of discs on either side of a rod, they were perfect
silver balls, approximately 8 " in diameter. The entire object measured
about 4 feet long and was completely silver, not antennas or anything
else. The object approached us rapidly, and then came to a dead stop in
midair only about 10 feet away from us. It then turned in the air to the
left with absolute control and precision and then speed off.
Both my friend and I got a very close, clear look at this object. I
absolutely have zero doubt about what I saw. I am an extremely honest
person and would never lie about this, please believe me! For years after
I saw this unexplained object its shape troubled me. Why a Barbell instead
of a flying saucer or disc? Then I saw a picture of a crop circle about 2
years ago that was in the shape of a barbell. I now have even more faith
that this object is alien to this world. Again, I have never seen any
object come to dead stop in midair without even the slightest of hovering
movements up and down, and then turn directions! There is absolutely no
possible way that this object was thrown. I guess it is possible that it
could be a remote control device, but with no antenna is this even
possible. I would appreciate any feedback and would be willing to talk
about this to someone. Please let me know, thanks.

Culver City, California A Huge Disk With Lights Around The Edge
Date: Around August 1965
Time: Evening
HBCC UFO Research Note: I spoke to the lady on the telephone that filed
this report of the object seen over the drive in theatre in Culver City,
California. She related an amazing detailed account of what was witnessed;
not only by herself, but others saw the unusual object as well.
Message: Some time around August 1965 I was at a drive in theatre in
Culver City, California. At intermission time a huge disk with lights
around the edge suddenly appeared to hover above the screen. It was
fairly low, but high enough that we had to bend our heads down to see it
through our front windshield. My husband and were pointing and wondering
when I looked around and saw others in cars nearby also looking and
pointing. It stayed there for about 2 minutes and then banked off for
about 2 or 3 seconds before just disappearing.
I've always wondered about it and tell the story once in a while. I
recently told it to my 8-year-old grandson. When he asked me what it was
doing there, I said," Good question, I've always wondered that. Then I
added that I thought it might have beamed something into my stomach, as I
was about 6 months pregnant at the time, and after his mother was born her
skin "buzzed". I am a retired schoolteacher. I decided to do a search for
sightings in Culver City around this date to see if anyone else saw this
and wrote about it. I found nothing but did find several stories about
drive-in theatres. Thought I'd tell you. Have you ever heard of buzzing
skin?

Maida Vale & Kingsbury, London UK Objects Filmed

The 1st stills are taken from when I walked to Maida Vale London on the
way shopping, I was on the phone at the time, & observed this object in
the sky, I told my friend on the phone that I was filming something while
taking to her, it lasted for about 15 minutes.
The 2nd again while I was on the phone to my wife, this time I was in the
garden in Kingsbury London, the object gracefully glided from one part of
the sky to the next until I hung up the phone & then was gone. Cheers.

Southern Fauquier, County A Boomerang Shaped Vehicle
Date: March 2006?
Time: Approx: 7:00 p.m.
I found an account on the Internet of a series of UFO sightings in early
2005 from someone in Spotsylvania VA, looking toward Culpeper VA. I have
recently seen something that's similar to what was described in this
account. I live approximately 16 miles west of I-95 in southern Fauquier
Co. I was recently looking out my kitchen window that faces west toward
Culpeper & saw lights hovering over the tree line about 2 to 3 miles away.
It was just after dark - around 7:00pm. I told my husband, and the two
of us went outside and continued to watch the lights. After about 5
minutes, the lights began to approach, and then a craft of some sort went
directly over our heads, headed east, just above the tree line, moving
very slowly. The craft was nearly soundless. From below, it looked like
a boomerang shaped vehicle with lights in the interior and on the wings.
My husband, who is retired from the air force, says he is not aware of any
craft that looks like this one or that can move so slowly & nearly
soundlessly. Have you had any additional sightings in this area?

Beaumont, Texas A Lime Green Ball Of Light
Date: March 6, 2006
Time: Approximately 9:30 p.m.
Location of Sighting: Above my rooftop moving over trees towards the
South.
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Ball shaped.
I was sitting on my back patio talking by phone to my friend in Washington
State, when I noticed a lime green ball of light appear just at the edge
of my rooftop, moving slowly, like a feather floating towards the southern
portion of my little town. It floated over the pecan treetops moving
southward towards the southern edge of Jefferson County. It made no sound
what so ever. It moved approximately five miles before the light just
disappeared from the sky. I watched it for at least five minutes, the
whole time I was yelling into the phone at my friend about what I was
seeing. I just freaked out saying, oh my God! Oh my God!. The centre was a
darker green than the outer edge. It looked the same colour green as a
drink called" Mountain Dew".
Dark in the middle, then lighter towards the outer edges, seemingly to
glow brighter near the outer edge. Never blinking, just a steady floating,
featherlike in a downward arc across the sky. Then disappearing entirely.
I related this to my friend on the phone as it was happening, and then
related it again several nights later to a friend in Orange County, CA.
She then told me that she and her son had beheld the same object several
weeks before my sighting. Over the past 30 years, my husband and myself
have seen other sightings but have never reported them before this.

San Mateo County, California Large Square Flying Platform
Date: March 10, 2006
Time: 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
Location of Sighting: California, Highway 1, 1/2 mile south of
intersection Highway 84.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Large square platform with lines underneath running
around the edges and toward the middle, and flashing lights.
We were driving south between 8:00pm and 9:00pm pm on Friday evening,
March 10, 2006, along Highway 1 in San Mateo County, California, and were
about a half mile south of the intersection with Highway 84/Woodside Road,
on the top of the first hill south of that intersection, and notice
something coming from behind the car. A moment later, it appeared above
through the moon roof, and then went eastward and southward from there.
Speed unknown. But slow enough to see the underside in some detail. It
was about half way between the car and the cloud floor above, and was very
large, possibly 500 to 700 feet on each side (square).

Maricopa County, City Of Phoenix Arizona Lights Merging Into Larger Light
Date: March 15, 2006
Time: Approx: 7:30 p.m.
Message: At approximately 7:30 pm March 15th 2006 driving southbound on
I-17 from Happy Valley Road I saw a big bright light. The light was about
the size of my thumbnail at arms length. The light was due south from my
position on I-17 but didn't seem as far as South Mountain. The light was
stationary then all of a sudden I could see two smaller lights moving west
and east merging simultaneous into the larger light at the same time. They
entered in from my perspective at the same level as the larger light. As
soon as the two smaller lights merged with the larger light the larger
light seemed to rise and vanish.
