Spaceships Over Moon and Earth
This week the Files cover: Comments about UFOs by Major-General Wilfred de
Brouwer, Deputy Chief, Royal Belgian Air Force, Santa Clause image above
the Moon, Mars Structure with Letters, Science is Catching-up to ET
Technologies, Blackstar Space plan, and Saturn's Moon Has Liquid Water.
Unidentified Flying Objects were spotted over Arkansas, California,
Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma,
Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, and Washington. UFOs were seen in Canada,
Guyana, Poland, and the United Kingdom.
These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists,
but my hypothesis is that of the over one hundred UFOs reported each week,
many represent alien craft. The United States Air Force Blue Book Project
conducted a worldwide investigation of UFOs from 1947 until December 1969,
when it disbanded its investigative team. We are continuing the
investigation and make the assumption we are not alone in the universe.
Sacred ancient writings and our earliest structures such as the pyramids,
and artifacts on the Moon and Mars point to alien intelligence. I observed
an alien UFO on my radar and London Control had us intercept the UFO over
England.
Admiral Roscoe Hillenkoetter, the first director of the CIA stated, "These
UFOs are interplanetary devices systematically observing the earth." Let us
look for some of the evidence.
Major-General Wilfred de Brouwer, Deputy Chief, Royal Belgian Air Force
investigated over flights of the Ardennes by flying triangles states, "In
any case, the Air Force has arrived to the conclusion that a certain number
of anomalous phenomena has been produced within Belgian airspace." The
numerous testimonies of ground observations compiled in this [SOBEPS] book,
reinforced by the reports of the night of March 30-31, 1990, have led us to
face the hypothesis that a certain number of unauthorized aerial activities
have taken place. Until now, not a single trace of aggressiveness has been
signaled; military or civilian air traffic has not been perturbed nor
threatened. We can therefore advance that the presumed activities do not
constitute a direct menace. The day will come undoubtedly when the
phenomenon will be observed with technological means of detection and
collection that won't leave a single doubt about its origin. This should
lift a part of the veil that has covered the mystery for a long time. A
mystery that continues to the present. But it exists, it is real, and that

Saturn's Moon Has Liquid Water
Journal Science announced that the Cassini spacecraft has found evidence of
water spewing from geysers on Enceladus, one of Saturn's moons, raising the
likelihood of some kind of life in space. High-resolution images taken by
the orbiting Cassini confirmed the eruption of icy jets and giant water
vapor plumes from geysers resembling Old Faithful's at Enceladus' South
Pole. "We have the smoking gun" that proves the existence of water, said
Carolyn Porco, a Cassini imaging scientist from the Space Science Institute
in Boulder, Colorado.

Mars Structure with Letters
Norman Bryden - "I have enlarged and slightly adjusted the brightness and
contrast to help see the step pyramidal structure in the Mars Global
Surveyor image for those who may have trouble seeing the structure, and for
those who may have small screens. Not all people see the same things and
are not required to, but I thought I would make it as large and as easy to
see as possible to help see what was photographed. This step pyramidal
structure and the other tube structures do not look to be random
formations, and very much look to be intelligently constructed by a Martian
species. Notice also how the tube structure forms a bridge over another
tube structure to the upper right and there is another rectangular standing
structure near the middle top edge of this section. Thanks to Norman

Note: Symbols or letters like a 5 or S and E can be seen on the side of the
structure. These letters have been in use since ancient times in Greek,
Roman and Phoenician alphabets.
Moon Mining Spaceship Santa Claus
Walter Shirra aboard Mercury 8 was the first astronaut to use the code name
'Santa Claus' to indicate the presence of flying saucers next to space
capsules.
When Apollo 8 command module came out from behind the dark side of the moon
James Lovell, Jr. broadcast for everyone to hear, "We have been informed
that Santa Claus does exist!" (See photo at top of Files)
Science is Catch-up to ET Technologies
David E. Twichell writes, "Among the many, seemingly impossible,
characteristics reported in UFO/abduction cases, there are two elements
that stand out as the most unfeasible in the view of conventional wisdom."
The first is `invisible' or `transparent' UFOs. In `Sight Unseen' by Budd
Hopkins and Carol Rainey (Atria Books, NY), several documented cases are
cited where only the persons being abducted are able to see the craft above
them, while others are totally oblivious to its presence.
In the May 2004 incident in Mexico's Campeche state, Mexican Air Force
pilots filmed eleven UFOs using a FLIR or infrared camera, as well as
ground and air radar, confirmed the objects presence, but they were
invisible to the unaided eye. There are many bizarre incidents where the
outline of the craft is observed but the witness is able to see
`mirage-like" background through the object. One theory is that the craft
is capable of bending light around itself. Another is that the energies
emitted from craft are in the infrared spectrum.
At the 2005 UFO Congress in Laughlin, Nevada, Jaime Maussan showed the
actual footage of the Mexican incident and video evidence taken by an
average citizen with his camcorder and then with an infrared lens. The
object was visible only with the aid of infrared as thick clouds could be
seen behind the object. Maussan then went on to show evidence of the
beginnings of invisibility technologies as demonstrated by Japanese
scientists. The technology in its infancy has a camera behind the wearer
that feeds background images through a computer to a projector, which
paints them on a jacket like a movie screen. The wearer appears
mysteriously translucent.'
The second element that confounds mainstream science is that abductees are
taken in a brightly illuminated room that seems to be coming from nowhere
but is so evenly emitted that it rarely produces a shadow of the objects
and entities within the enclosure. NBC News reports an amazing new
discovery called `quantum bits' where bits of silicon, only two hundred
atoms in size, is applied to any surface. An electromagnetic grid is placed
behind the surface and the entire surface produces its own illumination. In
theory, the visitors could be employing this technology to illuminate their
craft. The luminescence could be tuned to any wavelength within the visible
spectrum. The result would be an even, virtually shadow-less illumination
of the area. If one were unfamiliar with the process, they would certainly
be baffled as to the source of the lighting.
Earth science is catching up with that of more advanced civilizations
simply by the natural evolutionary process and science is coming to the
realization that elements of the UFO/abduction experience are not outside

Blackstar Space Plane
I have received frequent video and reports of high-speed aircraft often
operating with a donut like exhaust that closely resembles the U.S. Air
Force's historic Valkyrie XB-70 supersonic bomber. Aviation Week & Space
Technology reports the craft carries a second craft tucked under its
fuselage that it launches into space with the orbiter's own engines. The
space plane can reach low Earth orbit. The military desperately needed a
replacement after the shuttle Challenger disaster in January 1986, and a
subsequent string of booster failures. A crash program found the XB-70, the
fastest load carrying aircraft available and its remaining airframes were
rebuilt and updated with the latest technology.
A small military space plane was also developed based on the X-15 and
Dynasoar. Now the magazine claims U.S. intelligence agencies may have
quietly mothballed Blackstar due to shrinking federal budgets. The
orbiter's reconnaissance and strike capabilities may have been limited. The
television cameras of the Space Shuttle frequently picked up these craft.
The manned orbiter's primary military advantage would be surprise over
flight since there would be no forewarning of its presence, prior to the
first orbit. Once a Blackstar orbiter reenters the atmosphere, it can land
horizontally at almost any location having a sufficiently long runway such
as Hurlburt AFB, Fla.; Kadena AB, Okinawa; and Holloman AFB, N.M. Blackstar
was likely configured to deliver specialized micro satellites to low Earth
orbit. If the Earth-orbiting craft is a reality, this would be the logical
technology for building a better shuttle fleet.
Arkansas Unusual Light & Missing Time
ARKADELPHIA -- I am a paranormal investigator, the Founder and Director of
CASPR, the Central Arkansas Society for Paranormal Research. While
investigating a phenomenon called the Gurdon Light, I feel that I probably
was abducted. We were using expensive thermal imaging camera and binoculars
looking for infamous Gurdon Light, and found it was nothing more than an
illusion created by the headlights on the freeway. I was very disappointed,
as I had spent many hours documenting the phenomenon. As we approached our
vehicles, we saw a white ball of light, a sphere, come down out of the sky
and bounce around the tree lines. We were amazed as this sphere put on a
show.
Suddenly, a blinding white light appeared over our shoulder and illuminated
everything. A meteor looking thing shot across the sky right above the tree
line. It was completely silent, left a smoky trail, with a break between
sections, and descended into the woods at about 1 AM. We watched for 15
minutes and decided to go home. Here is the odd thing. We arrived home at 5
AM. We could not fathom that it took almost four hours to drive the 15

California Flying Diamond Massive UFO
Ontario - On March 1, 2006, I saw a single object that was shaped like a
football, kind of squished down a little to be about 2/3 the diameter of a
football, elliptical in shape at 7 PM... It was just hovering above a
mountain ridge in the horizontal position. This object was the length of a
747 airliner or larger and had intermittent flashing colored lights coming
from every angle, that looked like colored lights reflecting off a high
quality diamond. I work in the engineering field in Aerospace and Avionics
and I have never before seen anything like this. My neighbor saw pretty
much what I saw through the binoculars. She described it as a translucent
oval object, extremely large and appeared to have what looked similar to an
immense amount of flashing diamonds. It reminded us of the movie "Close
Encounters of the Third Kind" in which the ship had these different colored

Florida an Orange Ball Of Light
Weston - On March 1, 2006, at 7:07 PM, I was upstairs looking out my second
story window on a very clear and crisp night and in the distance, I saw an
orange ball of light that was slowly moving toward my direction. I watched
and waited for it to get close enough so I could identify it. After only a
few moments, it was close enough to see that it had no structure and was
just a solid ball of "self contained" orange light. It did not glow or
shine; it just was a solid color. It then came to a stop and was motionless
in the sky. Then, a normal aircraft came into view flying directly toward
the UFO. The second it looked like it was going to cross the UFO, the UFO
suddenly "blinked out". I was in total shock! I waited and it did not

Illinois Silver and Orange UFOs
Yorkville -- My brother and I were on our way home from track practice when
we saw many fire orange colored UFOs on February 13, 2006 at 5:40 PM. We
turned towards the craft and followed them until they disappeared because
they were drifting away too fast over the horizon. We could see at least
ten ships as we followed them. One flew straight over our truck. When it
was straight above us, it was about the same size as a full moon and looked
like it was still high in altitude. We then watched the UFOs fly away over
the horizon rising slowly until the ships one by one were out of site. The
ships looked like they were about mile apart in the sky but they still
looked close enough to be together. They flew in a line with a small head
at the end of the direction it was going, and craft were surrounded by
